If this doesn't get this corrected you are risking losing the best employee at this store. If I were Hailey I would have quit a long time ago for the treatment she receives from customers in your store. She deserves a raise and so much recognition that I don't think she gets based off how she reacts to the compliments we always give her.

They were busy when we got there and it looked like one of the workers showed up a little late so it did take a bit to get our food. First of all, the parking is very friendly with easy access for people with needs for a street level entrance. Once inside, I was thrilled by the proprietary decorating theme that successfully makes a statement but doing so without excessive overkill. Beautifully balanced and in very good taste. The service was very quick and professional. Service was provided with sincere smiles and pleasure. The food was absolutely delicious. Worth every penny. The facility was clean and well maintained and had enough room for customers to negotiate their movement around the eating areas without concern of bumping other guest chairs or tables. (Fantastic) The climate control was comfortable and welcoming. I found absolutely no reason to give Smash Daddy's less than A five star rating. This place hit 5 stars, SPOT ON! Hubby ordered the Juicy Lucy with fries and I ordered the guacamole burger with onion rings. We also ordered regular mixed beignets (1/2 powdered sugar and 1/2 cinnamon sugar) with chocolate sauce. Hubby's burger was seasoned appropriately but it resembled a meatball vs a patty. My burger looked great but that's where it ended...there was so much guacamole on it that when I cut it in half, guacamole went everywhere. It was overkill, honestly. I couldn't even pick it up to eat it. I had to use a knife and fork to eat it because it was a horrible mess. The onion rings were perfectly crispy and ketchup was the perfect accompaniment. We shared the beignets and my favorite was the powdered sugar ones and hubby's favorite were the cinnamon sugar. We both dipped in the chocolate sauce. Service was at the counter. She was very kind and patient as it was our first time to visit. We were the only patrons in the restaurant as it was early in the afternoon on the day before Thanksgiving.
