I went to McDonald's today and ordered a large order ( sorry ) and these two workers were so nice! I don't know their names, but they were working at the drive- thru and the lady had three facial piercings (very pretty btw ) and dyed red strains of hair and the men had dreads and pretty sure was wearing glasses. I am EXTREMELY FURIOUS with what happened this morning at this specific McDonald's location. I ordered at the kiosk this morning. 1 Sausage McGriddle and 1 Sausage Biscuit Value Meal. After using the kiosk I don't get a receipt. That always happens. The problem comes with the entire staff working there this morning and especially the person by the name of "Chloe" that took care of my order 777. Throws my order on the counter, quietly says my number and walks away. Well... I'm missing parts of my order. The Large Coke I ordered is missing. So, I now stand there for over a minute and not 1 employee walks by the front by the registers in the front where food is placed. I literally had to walk into the back where employees are making food to get somebodies attention for help. The same "Chloe", who screwed up my order tells me I can't be back here, and I brush her off and talk to somebody else and tell them I've been just standing up front and missing part of my order and I would like this fixed. I finally get my missing Coke and leave. The best part is the manager on duty, based on uniform being worn, is just standing there where the food is being prepared with his jaw dropped not knowing what to do. While what looks like the Ass. Manager is too busy on her phone, sitting in a booth and drinking a can of Red Bull. I also was not the only person whose order was screwed up in the 5-10 minutes I was in this location. Somebody had come in, that placed an order threw the drive thru, and was missing there drink as well. I find it pretty damn sad that I have to walk by into McDonald's kitchen to get service and my order corrected. The Manager on shift doesn't even help when I have to walk back there and just stands there. Other employees even had to tell this "Chloe" to stay quiet and quit interfering. God forbid I wanted to pay with cash this morning, I never would've been served. This "Chloe" needs to be fired and changes need to be done where people can get proper service. read more

This is my first review of McDonald's, and I always come to this location. First of all, the food is amazing. For today's order, I got a Big Mac and a cheeseburger. I love how delicious the Big Mac is, especially the sauce and the perfectly cooked meat. The cheeseburger is another favorite--I get it often, and it never gets old. The service is fast and efficient, and the atmosphere is great--quiet, clean, and pleasant. I'm giving this location a solid 5-star rating. read more

I haven't been back since my last review, and I shouldn't of came this time either! I just don't understand how it's so difficult to understand someone when they order. I ordered a sandwich and fry(get 1 for a $1) then order 2 sandwiches (get $1 for a dollar) and 2 other items, and 2 of the new sauce. He decided because I said 2 sandwiches to take off the 1st sandwich I ordered, so now I don't get 1 for a dollar but I didn't notice until I received my bag!!! I've been going to mcdonalds for a long time . Never had to many issues until today . So I won a medium fry and sandwich, keep in mind no where on the ticket is there a limitation of how many you can use . So I took both of them into mcdonalds and was told I could not use them . They then allowed me to use only one , so I got the sandwich. I received the sandwich and it was completely destroyed upon receiving it , clearly they just threw it all in the box . Ok I'm gunna be honest, McDonalds is delicious. Freaking. Bomb. I could get their food every day and probably not get sick of it for a while. Bias aside, this is probably the best location I've been to near my house. It's consistently tasty and my order is usually right. On cleanliness - Of course, since this is McDonald's, it's not always going to be "spick and span". I'd say it's decent enough. The only times where there seem to be a lot of table areas that are in need of cleaning are the times when the place is mostly/completely packed. Food - Always good, tastes better than at most McDonald's restaurants Customer service - The managers and other workers are usually nice. The (I guess) main manager always welcomes people, especially if they're "regulars". If there is a problem with your order, hardly ever is there a grouchy face when it has to be redone. The manager usually makes sure that the second time (if necessary) for making the order is the last, and he makes sure that the customer is satisfied. read more

How was your last visit to McDonald's? Well, it was good, except for all the annoying flies that are buzzing around the restaurant while you're trying to eat your food. Although the restaurant is newer and clean, during the summertime, too many flies can make it an undesirable and unsanitary place to want to sit and enjoy your next meal. During a recent visit, I had to cover my drinking straw and sandwich with a napkin, to guard them, so that no flies could land on them. I took a picture and video of a fly on my table and next to my cup as I was eating. At another McDonald's restaurant close by, I walked into the restroom, only to find a group of at least 4 flies swarming around the toilet. Needless to say, I decided against using the restroom. These are the same flies that are trying to land on your food in the dining room of the restaurant. Flies are carriers of bacteria and could be a hazard to your health. I have seen this problem at many of the McDonald's restaurants that I have been to recently. I realize it's summertime, but this is a problem that needs to be addressed by McDonald's. Please find a solution to this problem sooner rather than later. Customers are taking note and are annoyed by all the pesky flies in your restaurants. Idk if the people at this location didn't know what they were doing, but I love macchiatos and the ratio of syrups, (chocolate and caramel) to everything else in it was way too over powering.
