Just left this McDonald 5:16 pm on 8/26/26-waited in line 15 min for a shake. The Latin woman working at the window is rude and slow. Won't be coming back to this location anymore. Gave me a mean face and told me to hold in when she was trying to give me the wrong order. She needs to learn how to read orders read more

Every time I come to this location, there is always something that disappoints me. I will never take any more chances ordering from this place again. It's either old, stale fries, smashed foods with hand prints on them, or ice cream that only got filled halfway on one side. HORRIBLE. read more

Twice in the past week I have ordered food on the mobile app on my way home from work, only to find the restaurant (including the drive thru) closed. This was not super late at night either, around 10:45 PM. The hours I've found for this place online say the drive thru is either open 24 hours or until Midnight. read more

14 minutes for one cheeseburger. Ordered inside. No one on front counter. Disappointed for such luxury food.

I feel bad for the people that work here. This store is always mobbed and there never seems to be enough people working no matter what time of the day....I see that the workers here are trying as hard as they can but they can't seem to catch a break...people keep on coming..... The store itself isn't dirty but it's definitely older and could use a good face lift. I've never had them screw up my order or be rude to me but I do always have to wait a long time for my stuff which is unfortunate because I know it's not because the workers are standing around chatting...it's just that they're understaffed. I hope they can get their act together and get more people working here.... read more

This is the worst establishment ever. Avoid at all cost. I would rather drive 6-10 extra miles to go to a different McDonald's. My husband is the one who insists on going to this location. Their staff is always bickering at each other, they are RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, CONFRONTATIONAL. they will not own up to their mistakes. Today my husband went and ordered a double filet o fish meal. Different McDonald's ring it up different ways, point is, I got a single filet o fish. He asked for one cheeseburger only ketchup happy meal and one hamburger only ketchup happy meal. When we got home, there was no cheeseburger in the happy meal! I won't even bother to call them anymore because they are seriously disrespectful. I will, however, contact corporate and I recommend to you all to go go ahead and reach out to corporate. Someone has to do something!!! read more

Zero, zero, zero. I can't believe nobody from McDonald's corporate is looking at this reviews! This place is the worst place you eat at. Is a fast food restaurant but there is nothing about the FAST. Haven't tasted food. Terrible curbside service. Went inside for correction of order and two refused to help...third did but only grudgingly.

If I could give zero stars I would. This McDonald's is out of Ice cream EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. I've been living in Lilburn for the past 5 years and i have yet to pull up to this McDonalds when their ice cream machine is working! I've literally went to this McDonalds the past 3 days and every time I went they were not serving ice cream! Don't even waste your time going to this location. The employees are completely useless and not helpful. Here's some advice to my fellow ice cream lover. Skip the McDonalds and drive to the Arby's across the street. The service is a hundred times better and I promise you their shake machines are always working. read more

Whenever I'm on the go and have to grab breakfast out I like to get it fast, in a hurry, and with a touch of friendly customer service. I get it here all the time at this Mickey D's. The ladies in the drive-through are always smiling (surprising for a mcdonald's) and very friendly. Good customer service truly goes a long way. read more

McDonald's - the front of the restaurant - Burgers Near Me - Lilburn, Georgia

Just left the drive thru and the staff was EXTREMELY AGRESSIVE. We ordered 4 breakfast meals and only got 3 drinks, when we politely asked for the forth drink the window cashier and what appeared to be a manager or supervisor came to the window arguing and raising their voice for no reason with an extremely aggressive behavior. When i asked holding the ticket in my hand she raised her voice and said I ASKED YOU WHAT YOU WANTED you said 2 coke zeros and apple juice. When i saw the horrible attitude and my kids were in the car, i just answered that's ok. No problem. This is shameful... Whomever is in charge at this location needs to teach customer service skills to their staff. There wasn't a ma'am, excuse me, sorry, explanations anything. Just a confrontational mean attitude. Whatever happened to I'm sorry ma'am your meal doesn't include a drink, would you like an extra one? Even if i made a mistake, if anything you sold one extra drink. But no, i got attacked for asking "IF" All 4 meals had a drink included. read more

Was served under cooked near raw quarter pounder. Received a single sorry on the phone. Employee who gave me refund couldn't look me in the eye and didn't even try to apologize in person. Worst Mcdonald ever been too. Don't waste your money here. read more

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I had to repeat my order multiple times. I get to the window to pay and my order was wrong. I told the guy working the window I wanted quarter pounders, not Big Macs. A lady working there responded with "you said Big Macs". They would not change the order. Just kept looking at me in silence. I honestly couldn't believe the lady wanted to argue over what burgers I wanted/ordered. I should not have paid for what I didn't order because the Dr. Peppers were all soda water and very little syrup. Fries were old and cold and the burgers I did not order were cold and dry. I spent $27 and was very disappointed. I ended up throwing the food out. I did not like the way I was talked to and even if I had said the wrong order by mistake, they did not want to try and fix the problem. I will not be back. read more

This location is trash. Don't expect them to fix your order if you go through drive thru. Just call corporate. Don't expect they'll even look at your ticket to make sure it's accurate. It won't be. Definitely don't think they'll come to your table even after grabbing a table tent when you put in the system that you'll be eating in the restaurant. Waste of time. The customer service there does not exist. It's garbage. read more

Worst service I have had in a fast food establishment. I did not expect a 5 star restaurant quality service, so my expectations were low. But they managed to go below my expectations. First of all the attitude of the workers, I almost feel like they are angry with something. I do not want to order from a person who is angry. Also they should have health inspection scores out on display, but they do not. Restroom is a mess. Obviously they do not clean the facility that well.. So I do not expect the kitchen to be any cleaner. Also coffee+espresso shot= 1.95 just the espresso shot is 2.25??? Every other location I have been to was dollar per shot. Thats pretty much airport premium at a non airport place.... Nice. read more

You need 30 plus minutes if you use the drive-thru. Bring your own pleasant customer service with you if you plan on having any. Bye!

I love ordering nuggets and not getting my sauces. And to make it even better I get home and take a big gulp of what I think is sprite only to find just carbonated water. I know McDonald's is known for hiring the scrubs and not so bright of the world so I'm not surprised but I'm still disappointed. read more

I've not been sitting here for 30 minutes. I sat at the menu for a while without anyone taking my order before driving around to place it at the window. The car in front of me had to do the same thing. When they told the girl at the window that they were waiting at the menu she acted like she had no idea. When I told her the same thing she apologized and said "there was a change". She eventually asked me to pull up to wait on my order which I have now been doing for 10 minutes for some biscuits. read more

Currently sitting in the parking lot after already ordering/ waiting 30 minutes for my food from the drive-thru. The lady at the window is beyond unprofessional and rude. She got my order wrong/ gave me someone else's food and took it out on me? Like what the heck? Whoever the lady is working at this very moment at the window/mic - YOU'RE RUDE AND NEED AN ATTITUDE CHECK. Second time coming to this location at this hour, and best believe I've learned my lesson - NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN. read more

This Mcdonalds is ghetto! Expect very long wait times in drive thru for cold food. I took a friend here and gave a code for an extra free fry. Had to repeat it 2 times to the girl on the mic. When we got the food the fry was not in the bag. I let the mexican woman (also the manager) at the window know that the fry was not in the bag, she got and attitude and told me that I needed to come in the store if I wanted the fries. I told her I wasnt coming inside when Im right here at the window. She closed the window in my face and walked out the back door where they come when they are taking out the trash, she walked out that door and started handing out orders because she did not want to service me. After a teen in the back window clocked in he apologized and gave me a full refund for my order. The child in this situation had far more sense and accountability than the adult! I was calm the whole time. The woman manager just flipped! If u hate ur job find a new one! read more

By far the worst fast food experience of my life! 40 minute waits in the drive-thru, employees that couldn't care any less, with unbelievably rude communication. After a 40 minute wait in the drive-thru. I finally get to the window. I didn't say anything to her initially about the wait as it was late at night, 11:30pm, and not a full staff, so I was being sympathetic. After a few mins, attendant hands me my bag with food. I asked her for my drink and she replies in the worst tone and body language and says, "I GAVE YOU YO DRANK!" Immediately, I felt disrespected as a customer. I looked at her and said, if you gave it to me, where is it in my car, pointing to my one cup holder. She ignored my question and began to fill up my drink. I asked her again, this time louder, and she still ignored the question. While she is finally handing me my drink without any apology, I then asked, why does it take 40 minutes to put 4 cars thru the drive-thru. Her response, "You didn't have to come here". Upset by the the comment, I immediately asked to speak to the manager. Her response to that, ..."NO". ...and shuts the drive-thru window. I'm glad I didn't complain until I received my bag of food. Ladies and gentleman, this is McDonalds on Lawrenceville Hwy in Lilburn. Good thing there are plenty of other fast food options in the area. I'll take my business elsewhere. Also, I don't buy the "well this is the fast food industry". I would answer with, go thru a Chick-Fil-A drive-thru, ...anywhere. P.S. - If you are the owner of this franchise, you are doing a piss-poor job of hiring, training, and managing. Best of luck to you. You have one less customer to please. read more
