Slow. Slow. Slow. Ridiculous. Nobody in front of me. 20 minutes since the order was placed on DD. Still waiting. I don't get it.

Everything on the evening crew! They are horrible, horrible customer service they can't get nothing right, messed up my order multiple times. Had me wait at the window while the girl played on her phone and manager just ran her mouth while my food and drink sat there at them and 20 minutes later they have the nerve to ask why am I still waiting? While traveling I stopped in looking for an ice cream cone. The Macdaddys up the road didn't have a working machine and guess what, neither did this one, so I opted for an ice coffee and used my rewards points. It took eight minutes to get a drink. I had a little trouble with the app and I guess McDonalds doesn't train their employees on how to use it so they can help older folks. Frustrating. I will be sending a note to headquarters about training the employees if they want us to use their app. read more

The absolute worst service ever. Never even made our food, took 30 minutes after finally knocking on window to get someone's attention. Afterwards, they walk outside to smoke a cigarette and claim they are closed until 430. Absolutely embarrassing. Never again will I ever consider eating here. read more

You know I've been a fast food guy for many years but it seems when I come here waits in the drive thru or walk inside its always a situation! The cashier is not understanding you on the drive thru speaker or you go inside and they are looking like they dont want to be there. I know many people dont want to work in the food industry but some are paying up to $15.00 per hour now I'm sorry but $15 an hour that's not chump change! Shiftless and Lazy. 20 minutes to get a Southwest Taco salad....that's premade. 5 people behind the counter. 4 female and one that could go either way. A Young girl was taking orders at the register and no one was helping her. She would take the order then go in the back and assemble it while the others did nothing. Certainly didn't help her. Zero organization. A lot of the clientele are truck drivers like I am. We are on the clock. We need our food and we need to go. We don't have time to wait around while your employees play games behind the counter. And this is how I know it took exactly 20 minutes to get my salad because of my electronic logs. A total joke. These employees have no idea what they are doing. And that's because management probably has no idea what they are doing. Thanks for wasting my time. read more

It is McDonalds. Much better than my last McD experience. The food was hot, fresh and in stock. The place is reaaonably clean.

Wish I could put -0 stars.. I have issues every time I come here. Customer service is a joke and when the drive thru girl handed me my change she dropped it on the ground and refused to give me my change and stated that it was my fault and I basically needed to get the change out from under my car myself.. I literally hate this McDonald's and the employees need an attitude adjustment because they're in for a rude awakening. The employees here apparently refuse to serve you smoothies and or any coffee drinks or McFlurry's after 10pm.. I'm assuming out of pure laziness. (Considering they all come out of a different machine) I'm sure the awful customer service and attitude issues towards customers is because after all.. I do not understand this new trend of making people park after using the drive through and wait for the food that you will "bring out." I ordered a quarter pounder meal, probably the second most common thing ordered. The whole reason I am coming to McDonald's is because it's fast and I am in a rush. Don't make me pull into a parking space and wait. Make the food and hand it to me like mcdonalds has been doing for all eternity. Or tell me before I pay that you are inept and it is going to take you 20 minutes to make the food so I can move on and go somewhere else. read more

Very very clean, like scarily clean it's great. I can't emphasize enough how clean this place is all the time. Employees were nice. Why am I surprised that this was a terrible experience? It's almost like I deserve it for going there. Lol. But seriously we wanted to grab a quick breakfast for the road. Our food comes out and my order is wrong. I ask the cashier to please fix it and she says she has to get the manger. The manager comes over and says ok and 20 minutes later no food. At this point my husband had already ate and the hash brown they gave me was ice cold and past the point of eating. My husband complained and they said oh well hold on we will make a new one but at that point it was like just give us the money back so we can leave. Getting the money back was an argument and we only got some not all of it back. So all in all not a good experience. We have been to this McDonald's in the past and the experience is typically terrible. read more

If I could rate NO stars I would! As a wife of a truck driver I've been on the road and have seen where my husband has to get off his truck at the truck stops because of COVID-19 safety the inside of fast food is closed! Which is understandable however NOT ONCE HAVE WE BEEN REFUSED SERVICE. My husband got down to get us and our 2 year old food and he goes in and the MANAGER tells him no that he needs to go outside through the drive thru and order. He explains how he is a truck driver and has a 18 wheeler and it won't fit! He still interrupted him and asked for him to go through the drive thru. SO he goes to the drive thru was ordering a KIDS MEAL FOR MY DAUGHTER! & he comes out in the microphone saying "NO YOU NEED A CAR" he explains again how he is a truck driver and can't put a 18 WHEELER THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU. After going back and forth he was refusing to give service he tells him "GO TO THE WINDOW" as he's in the window he tells the lady can I have a kids meal and 2 10 piece chicken nuggets! AND the lady tells him NO I can only serve the kids meal and not the 10 piece because you need a vehicle and she said I know sir my manager won't let me! WE WE'RE ONLY ALLOWED TO GET THE KIDS MEAL! Which I'd rather have my daughter eating then me. I've never seen this ever in my entire life. I've never been rejected service for food (because I didn't have a vehicle) WHEN COVID everything shut down THATS HOW TRUCK DRIVERS GOT THEIR FOOD (STANDING BY THE DRIVE THRU & ORDERING THAT WAY)!
