This place tried to shit me out of 5$ and then after I got my food there was no egg on my sausage egg and cheese McGriddle.i went back inside to get an egg then a Manger bring back sausage egg and cheese but with an McMuffin egg and asked if that was alright. I told him no and he said sorry we ran out of folded eggs so you get what they have. Not what you want. And they obviously don't give a fuck about customers. They only care about time in the drive thru to competes with other store around and the money not how the customer feels. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone read more

The side items are not shown on the billboard menu above the cash register. Because the prices of those items have been manipulated, usually 30 cents more than you would pay for a side item at an adjacent town Mcdonalds. Prices are set by the franchisee not the corporation. I was told this is the 2nd highest profit Mcdonalds in the country. Easy to believe. read more

We had a huge order, like over $180 worth of food and the experience was fantastic. The workers were so kind especially a worker named Christian. He organized our order and got our drinks out immediately! He had such a positive attitude and was so respectful and so kind. We order 4 huge bags of food and it was just such a wonderful experience. resident in this area and I've got to say that McDonalds isn't on an island here as most fast food places are the same. It would seem that since the masses forced wages to go up the intelligence level of workers went down. I order a breakfast sandwich which is the same every single time, an egg McMuffin with no cheese as I'm allergic to it and 75% of the time I get an egg McMuffin with cheese. Usually I catch it before I leave the parking lot but sometimes I'm in a hurry and don'. Its the simple things in life and I know there cheap by todays prices but handing over 3.75 for nothing still chaps my rear. I dont think it's much to ask that your employees understand how to take an order and listen to your customers as they're paying you for this food. Get better please read more

We have a running joke in our family... if you want a surprise or to miss something that you ordered go here LOL They forget or mess the order up EVERY TIME we go. For the past few orders I have made here they have gotten everything wrong or forgot something. Normally I wouldn't care but the overall rudeness at this location is unbelievable. Every time I stop here for a iced coffee they always get it wrong every time. Tell them I want an iced coffee no flavor with a shot of Espresso and 4 extra liquid sugars, every time they give me an iced coffee with NO CREAM. No flavor doesn't mean no cream. Nearly half the time I go to this McDonald's they claim their system is down and they're doing cash only. However, the last time I went they said cash only yet their system was working because my friends used the app discount, yet I was unable to get my free frappe because they frappe machine is also "not working" half the time I go because they neglect to clean it. Not to mention they often take over 10 minutes for a single person's order on top of intentionally not serving customers using card so they don't have to work... never been to an establishment so lazy and poorly managed. read more

Hard to rate a McDonald's when they're all basically the same. Ever since they remodeled the place, judging from the constant lines in the drive-thru, one would think they're giving away free food! But here's my point: I'll NEVER go inside that place again. It's not that it now looks like some sterile video arcade, it's the simple fact that this McDonald's NEVER enforces the old "no shirt, no shoes, NO SERVICE" rule! I mean, go in the place during the summer months? Dozens of half naked, half wet, kids AND adults, who probably came directly from the aquatic center -- I'm sorry, I don't like eating around a bunch of fat, overexposed and shoeless people. The real kicker was the obviously insecure, super-short older dude who came in with nothing but shorts, and a semi-auto pistol strapped to his side. Ready for a shootout at the OK Coral... gimme a break. It was like a flippin' freak show. It seems this location is progressively getting worse. They rarely get an order right, or the food that's supposed to be hot, is cold. Tonight's experience was the same. Pulled into the drive thru this evening to get a couple dbl. cheeseburgers. 1 car on each drive thru. I thought I was # 3. The car on the inside drive went thru...also the next 2 cars that pulled up. Finally they took the order from the truck ahead of me. I pulled up to place my order. 3 more cars that pulled in were served. I'm still waiting for someone to take my order. I looked at my watch and I had been sitting there 16 minutes. I backed up to leave when they finally came on the speaker to take my order. 4 cars are behind me all watching the cars in the other drive thru order and move on to pay. This was not poor service...it was NO SERVICE. What gives? read more

I pull in McDonald's October 25th 2:02am 2018 I order a bacon smoke house meal, 3 plain McDoubles with cheese and extra onions and the order came out after 45 minutes of being in line that I was 3rd in line in. Then I go around tell them they go to fix it and that takes forever to retake my order and make it. And when I was at the window they are running around like they don't know what to do. I'm sure they know what to do but just not when to do it. Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. As I write this in the drive thru I'm still waiting for them to bring me back my correct food and it is now 3:01am and it is finally corrected! Doesn't make it any better. read more

Poorest quality food and service. Any time I order a large fry I get a half empty box. Not exaggerating even a little bit. I have to have it fixed and look like a jerk customer every time. When I get the nuggets and order bbq and honey.....I get one pack of bbq for 40 nuggets between my family. They wouldn't even let me add a large tea onto my order at the pick up window. Even though I had exact change for it. If I could give it a zero star I would because the managers are rude the staff is rude and the whole industries could careless about its customers. Every time I've ordered from this McDonald's the food has been fresh. I only get the chicken nuggets from this chain and they are always great here. I travel a lot and since my daughter always wants McDonald's on the road (We usually never get fast food unless traveling) the nuggets are the only thing I like. Every other store except this one the nuggets are old. My kids always ask how are your nuggets? Great at this location, always fresh and such friendly employees and fast service. The food here is not good. The hot items aren't served hot. They won't give you condiments unless you ask and ask and then you still may not get them. They serve the wrong hot beverages and then try to tell you you are getting the right thing (ie serving hot chocolate for coffee). It is hard to get to because you have to go through a lot of stoplights and turns and traffic to get in. It's equally difficult to get out of it because of the traffic, stoplights and turns. This one is located at an intersection for a strip mall parking lot so there's no true turn lane at the main entrance. Why they haven't relocated to the main highway by now is kind of odd. Maybe they only want locals to eat there and not all the people driving through on the highway up the mountains or down to Charlotte. (I'm looking forward to the new one in nearby Granite Falls that's right off the highway and will be easy to get in and out of). The service is painfully slow most days, but they have a friendly nice staff. They have plenty of places to sit so that's good too. read more
