Bad place to work. Unless you are personally connected with Tara or her friends, you are a complete inconvenience for her, even if you already know what to do and how to do it. If they do not like you, for whatever reason, they will lie on you and send you home under false pretenses until they succeed in getting you fired. Misty is especially horrible about this. Chris, maintenance man, told me she is responsible for over 4 people losing their jobs because she didn't like them. I feel so sorry for the Wolfe family taking this place over. They had no idea what they were getting into taking these stores over. These stores, there is 6, are nothing even remotely close to the high standards of their other stores. Hours state open 24hrs. I just tried to go order for my co workers who work night shift as nurses, waited in the drive thru for around 20 minutes waiting for someone to ask me my order and I never got anyone. I drove around the building to see if I could see anyone and saw what appeared to be 4-5 people sitting around a table inside the lobby. I could understand if the hours state that they are closed but if that's the case, the hours or operation should be updated and corrected. read more

Service was sorta fast . Food I can honestly say it's not something I would rush for or want on the split of a second. Don't get me wrong Big Mac was good but it wasn't the best. It was warm and had only one drop of Mac sauce on it (disappointed). Zero stars! Visiting from out of town, ordered breakfast for my grandchildren and family as we were all actively trying to get ready for the Labor Day activities. (Order total: $53.90). My son went to pick it up. They refused and said you have to have the phone you ordered from actually with you (he had a screenshot of the Order & #). I called the location, and finally was able to speak with someone. I tried to explain the situation. She insisted I have to be there with my phone. I left (in my pajamas) and drove to the location. I could not get the app on my phone to allow me to input curbside/Drive-thru or Inside pick-up. So, I went inside. It showed my order but the app would not allow for any interaction with that order. My big bag of food was still sitting on the back counter. I told them my Order number and they said it was not complete- they were waiting for it to finalize. What?!? I waited and waited and it still wasn't final they said. By this time it had been about 45 minutes to 1 hour. The same big bag of food still sitting on the counter. I pull up my bank account as I used my debit card and my account showed the transaction in pending status with all my other purchases from my travels. So now there is no excuse. I told the lady she needs to call someone to figure out why there was a glitch in their system. She was extremely rude and said I will tell you who I am going to call the police. What?!?? I have proof I paid $53.90 and you refuse to give me my order? Go ahead and call I will sit right down and wait for them. I had one of my grandsons with me. Two officers came and talked to the female; then with me. Get this,: two more officers also showed up as I was speaking with the 1st two. I want to reiterate that I was frustrated but I was not belligerent or disorderly, just frustrated at being charged and having our breakfast getting cold. The officers suggested that maybe I should just pay again with my debit card and I told them I was from out of town and I do not want to pay over $100 and have to fight to get my money back- because the bank already shows the transaction-that's ludicrous!! One of the other officers said " this sounds like a civil matter and we have other matters that need our attention". He was speaking to the choir- because I did not call the police. The female should have called her superior to help her figure out their system glitch. I traveled with the military all over the world my entire life and I have never had a restaurant try to extort / embezzle / steal money like this. I finally got our cold food because some wonderful lady stepped up and paid for it. So, McDonald's got paid twice for cold mushy food. And that is a form of embezzlement!! I believe the police department needs to start charging for service calls instead of raising everyone's taxes to pay for big corporate franchises lack of training. In the end it ended up being Wolfe Enterprises's fault for not training their employees how to resolve issues with their system and how to treat customers. Shame on Wolfe Enterprises that own this McDonald's franchise. I will not go to any of their establishments in the middle Tennessee area. read more

They told me they were out of tea and couldn't make anymore because they were out of CO2! I was thinking 'why would you need that to make tea?" Their employees couldn't figure out how to mix tea, water, and sugar, and stir til the sugar dissolves. They are bad about not paying attention to special orders. And there's this one older lady that I'm pretty sure her only job is to clean the lobby area and she does nothing but very openly complain about it in front of all the customers. read more

Always always always forget my damn sauce but yet they want $15 an hour when they can't throw some simple sauce cups in a bag. Pathetic! Then when you call to complain they ask if you wanna come back and get your sauce. The food is always good! The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because I get off work around 11-1130 pm every night and they can NEVER accept credit cards they only accept cash! You can't even buy it through the app because there's no way for them to type in the code at the drive thru! I'm over it!!! I understand you have to update your computer every now and again, but this is almost every single night! It's ridiculous. read more

Had to pull up to next window and waited 15 min in line just for them to get the whole order wrong when opening up bag. Had to replace ice cream with lattes because apparently they were "out". Ended up with nothing in my hand. Also ordered fries but lost appitite when i saw them soggy and burnt. read more

Never go during lunch or too late in the evening. Other than that..its pretty good. Service can vary, but that's basically anywhere you go.

It's a run of the mill McDonald's. 24hr drive thru and lobby. Dual drive thru lanes. Night shift staff is very friendly. Unfortunately they run credit card settlements at about 1am so cash only at that time. read more

It was food, about average for a mcd. Bathroom is somewhat clean ( recently remodeled looking ) They do have a really nice indoor playground for kids (climate controlled). Place was clean and has the newer mccafe interior. Had mcnugget meal, fries and pie. Filled an empty spot, but nothing to write home about. read more

Fries are always waaay too salty. Prices keep going up but meals (esp. Happy meals) keep getting smaller. Employees have no idea what they are doing and have to ask for help from others constantly and still mess up orders. read more
