This place is the absolute worst. I ordered a simple iced coffee yesterday. After waiting at curbside for 15 minutes, I called them and no one answered. So I went to drive through. The person kept saying there's no order for me so he sent me to the manager. The manager found it just sitting there. Today I ordered an iced coffee, an iced macchiato and an iced latte. After 25 minutes at curbside and still no coffee, I called and again no one answered. When I went to the counter, they couldn't find my order. So then they looked at my order on my app and said their macchiato and latte machines were not working. So I changed to all 3 iced coffees and he said "let me turn on our coffee machine". I usually go here because it's the only place open after 9:30 in Ladera besides Corky's, but the drive thru is the worst at getting orders correctly, even when they give you a sticker on the bag that says the order has been checked twice for accuracy. I have gotten caramel dipping sauce instead of sweet & sour sauce, no sauce at all with my nuggets, ingredients in my sandwiches that I expressly said not to include, the completely wrong sandwiches and frequently, no straw when I've ordered a drink. Why don't they just stick it in the drink like every other drive thru? The reason I didn't give it one star is that I did get a response when I reported them to corporate, and the manager did give me a call to apologize. Great place, I love that they remodeled it, makes it look a lot more up to date. i can always come into this place for a quick bite, and am always sure that i will get quick friendly service. i love the way you can order from the electronics instead of having to go to the counter (i'm not lazy) but it just makes it more convenient. i always come back to this place, but i am very disappointed that they took the HIC orange drink out of their selection. please, if you are reading this, consider bringing it back, because it was mine, (along with my family's) favorite drink to get, because although i like soda, the children don't necessarily like the carbonation, so we would have gotten the non carbonated drink. anyways, keep up the good work! read more

The workers at this location are just awful dude. If you need to go up to the counter to ask for anything at all, be prepared to stand there like an idiot for minutes on end unless you speak up. All the workers just pass you by and literally don't even look at you. I swear, they're all shootin the shit behind the counter and don't pay attention to anyone. They're laughin, bopping around, looking at phones, going back and fourth but literally won't even make eye contact with anyone that might just be standing right there to ask a question. Being understaffed is no excuse cuz there's always several people behind the counter. I even saw the manager going back and fourth passing right in front of us every time and he just doesn't even look at you. I finally said excuse me.
