My review is also kind of a response to the other reviewers... The electronic kiosks are specific to the McDonald's company, not this specific establishment.. so leaving a bad review for one location because of something the company as a whole as implemented isn't really fair. Personally, I love the kiosks. I've never gone in and had it be so busy that I waited around forever. My orders always come out pretty quick and with great service. It certainly doesn't take as long as other restaurants.. The drive-thru is usually kind of long, but have never had an issue with the establiment. The fact that it's usually busy does not change my opinion on the business as a whole.. it just means I need to either plan to swing by when it's NOT busy, or have some patience.. VERY rarely do I ever have an issue with my orders, and even when I do, they are quick to fix the problem. I will continue to visit this McDonalds over any other place :) Especially since I can customize my order to my specific liking. Great job guys!! A+++ read more

And I get to the window to get my food and this BITCH LESBO starts yelling at us for talking in "fake accents". My accents is 100% real and she has the nerve to scream at a customer! Ridiculous! I do not want to give any stars. The fries were a large and got a medium in a large container. Grease is soaked through everything. Food is cold. They have no pride in service at all but want to make 15 an hour. Learn to do this job right and you might just make it to 15. read more

The new ordering stations are a disaster it takes 3 times longer to get your order and people don't want to come in so they go to the drive thru. Now the drive they is backed up. They really need to get things to flow better here. The drive thru is always backed up especially when they got a special like 2 Big Macs for $5. I've been in line and just drove away twice in the past week. Also, it's getting to be just like the Kittanning Dairy Queen - you can pretty much count on having to pull up and wait for fast food. If I'm going to wait 10-15 min I may as well go to Valley Dairy or Kings where I can get slightly better food for about the same price. read more

If I could give a rating of ZERO I would. So today I ordered a chicken sandwich. When biting into it, it was very tough(the texture of raw meat) it looked white. When I went for a refund, they handed me a $5 bill. Without even looking at my receipt or even asking me what kind of sandwich I had. I will not be returning! disgusting!! they always get our order wrong and sometimes they put way to much salt on your fries. (but if you ask for unsalted fries they have to remake them so you get fresh fries and you can put salt on them yourself). and the customer service is bad. it isn't always terrible but it's bad enough to irritate me. read more

As most Americans I have ordered from Mcdonald's for years. This is my first time using the APP and ordering on line. I will admit some things may be user error. When you want to order multiple of the same item. there is nowhere to increase quantity. when I got to Mcdonald's you are to select whether you want to pick up at curb or drive thru or inside. i selected inside. App stated to go to pickup line and wait for our number to be called. there were lots of workers. too many if that is possible. after a little wait the manager asked if anyone had ordered online. i said i did and she said she wondered where we were she was even outside looking for me. and couldn't find me. Remember i had marked "inside pick up ". then she said the apple pies would take a few minutes longer. meanwhile i see people coming in and ordering and picking up their orders. i am still waiting. then we got my order and i wanted to make sure i got everything. she told us there was no receipt available because i paid online. so i had to remove every item to check for completeness but then it was memory only so it was really useless placed my order from home and i live 10-15 minutes from there and order still wasn't ready. i will not use this app again. i use pizza hut and dominos apps all the time with no problems. be ware of mcdonald's unfriendly app the app also doesn't have a place for comments.
