When I get poor service, I honestly report it. Ditto for great service. I went to order dinner…read moretonight and skipped over the suggested ARBY'S due to the debacle last week, which was never resolved. Half our dinner had never reached us. No refund. No offer to help. Nothing. As I passed over Arby's, I decided to report what had happened to the manager, just so he would know. I called the local Kenai, Alaska Arby's. Imagine my surprise when the manager personally answered the phone and immediately agreed to listen. I told him what had happened was not his fault, but that he should be aware of it. And that they had lost me as a customer. Nonetheless, Marcos was patient, empathetic, and understanding. He identified the gap that caused the problem. He mentioned possible improvements. And he immediately offered to replace the entire order, free. It was never about the money. A $50 fast food order isn't going to break us. It was the principle. And Marcos did everything right. He supervised the remaking of my order and handed it to me himself. He was pleasant and professional. I honestly told him what a great job he did. He made it right. HE ALONE WON ME BACK AS A CUSTOMER. He is to be commended and should be recognized for his excellence. Thank you very much.

Between the food that makes you physically I'll and the $11 mimosas this is by far the worst sports grill I have ever been too. The chicken Cesar wrap was tolerable. The Philly cheese steak sandwich tasted like they deep fried thin sliced spam and then dried it out on the sidewalk. The prices were a spit in the face for the quality of food we were given. If you want to punish your little league team for losing this is the place for you. The service was the only redeeming quality of this jersey covered circus.
