Waited 45 minutes for our food. Talked with a few other people who were also waiting for 30-45 minutes. It should not take this long for frozen food. The restaurant wasn't busy by any means. Looked Inside the kitchen and there were people standing not doing anything. And the front desk lady kept ignoring me completely. When I finally got my food it was cold. everytime i come to this mcdonald's they always get my order wrong. i specifically told them a correct way i wanted my food made and they even double checked with me to make sure they got it correct but still got it wrong. and even with that, i had to wait at least 30 minutes in the drive thru to get my food. read more

We used to stop at this McDonalds on every trip to and from Missouri and Minnesota. Two years ago, I watched as a long line of snot dripped from the cashier's nose. We agreed never to go back. Today, decided to give it one more try. Waited 20 minutes for food. My quarter pounder was cold - no warmth whatsoeverr. I took it to the counter. Explained the problem. The manager did not say anything to me but just tossed the sandwich in the trash. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes while my family ate. When I asked about the burger, the manager said that they were working on 20 orders, implying that I was inconveniencing him. He finally handed me a slightly warmer burger with no apology. We definitely have struck this McDonald's from any future travel stops. read more

It's an ok McDonald's. Better than some, maybe not as good as others. The bathrooms were fairly clean. When I'm traveling, McDonalds are usually my pit stops so they'd better have clean restrooms and this one was good enough. The food was regular McDonalds food. By far the slowest fast food I've ever experienced. We sat in a drive through line with only a few cars for over 20 minutes. If it's not fast, or at least medium speed, then what is the point of going here? The employees were also rude and rushed our order, removing it from the screen before we could check it for accuracy. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or incompetent, but avoid this McDonald's at all costs. read more

Came in at about 845pm. Young lady at register didn't greet us, ignored us until she was done talking to whoever was visiting her, then turned and stared at us like we were wasting her time. The dining room was filthy: soda/ condiment bar dirty and empty of straws, garbage cans were open and empty (where were we supposed to put our trash?), floor gross, and tables all dirty. Stopped here after our fiasco in Cameron, MO. We had much better service and food here. The only draw back was an INAPPROPRIATE comment made by another patron to me denigrating my Vietnam service. I ignored him because I did not want to engage in a battle of wits with an unarmed person. read more

Try putting out some condiments for people it's a little bit of a hassle and to some people embarrassing to ask for sweeteners for their coffee, Salt and Pepper and things like that you know we're all adults here we shouldn't have to go back up to the counter and beg for one little packet at a time. read more

I just received a message from Kearny, Missouri McDonald's restaurant. they said that they have deleted these employees!!!!!! I'm sharing this post about McDonalds in Kearney, Missouri : Wanted to share a post I made for our community pages. I think everyone needs to hear this story and pass along the message. BULLYING NEEDS TO STOP! Last night I went to McDonald's to grab food for my kids. I went inside with my son and my friend. While we were ordering our food this teenage girl came up to the counter almost in tears on the phone with her mother. I asked her what was going on. She said look what they did to my food. She had purchased 4 sandwiches for her and her friends. She was telling her mom that she spent almost $15 on food at McDonald's. Before her movie she was now running late to. Her food was all messed up intentionally because this girl who doesn't like her was working and did this to her food. She told her mom no one would help her that worked there. She showed me and my friend her food. It became very clear that her food was deliberately messed with. I mean look at all the salt poured onto her sandwich. They all looked like this. She stood at the counter for a long time and no one would help her. So my friend I was with stepped up and asked to see the manager. After I asked them to remake her food and they did not do anything. My friend was told that the manager was in the back working on paperwork, and wasn't going to come help. My friend then got upset and told them to get the manager now or she was calling corporate. The girl went back and got the manager. The manager asked what was wrong. The girl said I ordered 4 sandwiches and the girl working here doesn't like me. Because of that look at what they did to my food I paid for. The manager said she would have to go back and review the tapes from the kitchen to see who did this before any disciplinary action could be made against the crew members. Now at that point I stepped in and said to the manager I think you all need to remake her food. The manager at that point finally did request the food to be made. No offer of apology of any kind was given to the girl. In fact all the crew members came up front to watch and talk about what was going on. I know everyone is tired of hearing about McDonald's and there food mess ups. But this right here is a way bigger problem. I told the girl I was gonna take pictures and post this on keeping Kearney Informed to share this outrages story about how teens in our community are treating one another. This poor girl was a paying customer just like everyone else. However because of some childish behavior of a fellow peer her food was messed up. This cost McDonald's double to remake it after this was done. I even heard the girl working there say let them tell corporate and post this story the owner won't care. Well you know what I as a mother of teenagers here in Kearney do care. This is no way people should treat each other. Our children and families shouldn't have to be worried about being bullied while ordering food at McDonald's. They should be treated fairly and receive the food they pay for just like every other customer there. Something for sure needs to be done about last night's incident. But the reason why I'm reaching out to you all is in hopes that if you have a teenager you can take time and talk to them about bullying. If your child works at McDonald's please, please talk to them about proper customer service as it appears McDonald's has failed them in this area of training. If this is going on at McDonald's I would hate to see what else is going on between peers outside of their work place when they have conflict. What a shame.. WE HAVE TO STOP THE BULLYING! read more

I have been to many McDonalds and this is by far the slowest. They always mess up on your order and they are not very friendly. I always check my order and have to ask for the right item. I am not sure why this place is so horrible. Please beware when stopping here for food unless you are stranded on 35 and starving to death. read more

Everyone has been to McDonalds. I'm in my 60's and remember when hamburgers were 15 cents and fries were 10 cents. The chain has changed a lot over the years but some things stay the same. I've had several difficult situations with the service at this location and I can't recommend it even though it's the only one in the town I live in. The waiting time in the drive through is often much longer than a typical McD's. The food preparation, which should be like any factory line mass produced products, is very inconsistent. Hiring dependable and competent help is often difficult in this area and sometimes these fast food joints get a group of oddballs in charge at least on certain shifts like the night. I state this because it is what I've observed. The service tends to be better the earlier in the day you go there but it can still lag. The cashiers are usually friendly and if you should eat inside it's usually fairly clean. read more

Easily the WORST mcDonalds EVER. I tried the drive-thru last Saturday - for the first time in 2-3 months and the employees were only providing service to one of the two drive-thru lanes. After waiting as mcdonalds took orders from two cars that arrived AFTER me, I drove to Burger King. This exact same thing happened on my prior visit (a few months ago) - and I swore off them (kids do love the nuggets & fries). They should close one of the drive-thru lanes if they're not going to provide service...I've never seen a fast food place as incompetent as this one. read more

Horrible food, they mess orders up constantly. They also use vulgar language while customers are in the store. We could hear them cussing the whole time we were there (around 30 minutes) and the manager there was also cussing. I would definitely go somewhere else. Place updated the inside to he nicer; too bad they didn't upgrade their staff to match as well. read more
