This is probably my favorite McDonald's out of all the ones in my area. I have at least three about equal distance. This one is always quick, friendly, and accurate. I have not been inside to report on the conditions of the restaurant, but the drive thru is always great. I feel like I have visited a lot of McDonalds over the last month (thank you McRib season) and this one stands out as a step above the others. read more

We come to this location every morning for two carmel iced coffees with extra drizzle and extra syrup. This morning the second speaker wasn't working (it was on, but no sound) and there were two vehicles on the other speaker that arrived after us. Already being a little late, I drove up to the window even though I know that is inconvenient to the employees/other customers, and not what you are supposed to do. Miss Kiki has always been the one to serve us in the morning these past few months, and I shouldn't have been surprised but I was when she just said, "okay, I got you", and went on to make our coffees already knowing exactly how we order them. It was probably a little weird for her when I said that I love her because I thought it was so nice of her to do so, haha. Even so, I have been in the food industry for 15 years, specifically management and drive through window service, so I am fully aware how annoying customers like me can be in the AM. She is always so nice to us, and always makes our order quickly, and perfectly! Thank you so much for your hard work Miss Kiki, and someone give this woman a raise! read more

Food was ok. Only issue I have is they had me pull forward to wait for my fries and it was no where near full. Tired of these companies toying with my money. Receipt I cannot even read due to the lack of ink.. You all should give me a dollar back smh. read more

Drive past this ghetto hole. Emplyees are rude and lazy. I went through the drive-through because the lobby was closed at 7:00. The guy told me they were only doing delivery orders. I will never go there again. Should be shut down read more

This location is chronically understaffed. I usually have to wait 10 minutes or more just to get a cup of coffee in the morning. Today it was over 15, so I left and never intend to come back. Given the volume of business they get and the low expenses they have with wages, the owners of this establishment must not be hurting for money, so I'd advise you not to give them any of yours unless you're really determined to wait forever to get bad food in a dirty environment. read more

Unless you have 30 minutes to spend waiting in the drive through, don't bother going here. The employees don't even pretend to work and it reflects in the consistently incorrect orders. I was recently handed a half full coke and expected to head on my way..? Not sure what happened in the last few months, but this place has gone down hill. read more

McDonald's - Order receipt - Fast Food Near Me - Kansas City, Missouri

Just came from there about 10 mins after the time of this writing. It would be better if they handed me nothing at all. The fries came out @SS. The service was @SS. They sold my buddy an ice-cold burger that came out @SS temperature. The employees look like @SS. This store is @SS - but I guess that's my fault for expecting anything resembling service from such an @SSS location. Why must I wait nearly 15 minutes to fix a burger and get the fries I was due the first time with my coupon? If it were up to me, I would have the manager fired for allowing suck @ssery to go on at this location. This isn't New Orleans, thank God! read more

Rude staff and got our order wrong. Fries were unsalted and too stale to chew. Also no sweet tea?? Could not get half the things we wanted.

This Mcdonald's was never any good. But today especially hit rock bottom. Decided to do a mobile think it was going to be an easy in and out. But we've sat in the mobile parking lot for an hour and then got a message on our phone that it had now been delivered. So I inform them and was told they would have a manager out for it and I waited yet another 30 mins read more

Honestly the worst McDonald's everrrrr. People are rude, line takes forever for no reason. Like any hour of the day your large fry is the cost of 20 minutes. It's ridiculous. But will I continue to go to this McDonald's because it is a minute away from me? Yes, yes I will read more

If I could give them -5 starts I would horrible service, slow, don't greet you, aren't attentive, and horrible attitude. The place is clean but the service is horrible. Waited 40 minutes for a McCHICKEN And got the wrong order. Again -5 stars don't come here go somewhere else read more

Here for door dash and have been waiting for over 15 mins just for the order. Highly would not recommend this place is dirty and no one is professional read more

As someone who has worked in food service myself, I usually try to be very understanding of fast food workers... but when a location is advertised on Google, the Maps app, AND the physical location as 24 hours it's more than a little frustrating to be told they're closed - especially when lights are on and multiple employees present, including one milling around outside on his phone. False advertising is not a good look. read more

Worst McDonald's in the area. Routinely has 15 plus minute waits, and over a 10 year they have managed to get my order correct once. This place should be demolished and everyone fired read more

This location is notoriously rough running but tonight they've outdone themselves. Worst location in Kansas City. I don't understand how they're still in business. Consistently get my order wrong, then they refuse to fix it because I didn't get my receipt. All while this was about a 45 minute process because the lines are so slow moving. The service is never pleasant, rarely correct orders and the lines are super slow moving it's not worth it. Just go to the McDonalds 5 more minutes away lol read more

This McDonald's is even worse than the other McDonald's I went to. It was pure chaos, the line was super long and I had to wait for 40 minutes in the drive thru just to pay and get my food. There were people who had gotten their orders wrong and WALKING back to the drive thru window and getting in the way of the car in front of me just to get it fixed or get ketchup! First of all you should always check your food before leaving the line to make sure everything is in order and second of all they shouldn't be getting everyone and I mean everyone's orders wrong. They handed the person in front of me a drink cup filled with only ice instead of the drink they asked for! When I finally got up there they asked me what my order was again, prepared it and gave it to me but when I ate the fries they had no salt. This is by far the worst McDonald's close to me. read more

The only thing worse than waiting 20 minutes in a drive-thru is finding out your food is cold as you drive away. For your well-being Avoid This McDonald's! read more

worst mcdonald's ever. Making excuses saying i can't hear you and the machine doesn't work. You kidding?

There are 3 McDonald's that are 24hour in the area. This one gets 1 star because there are no fewer starts to offer. Thus the other 2 places get 2 and 3 stars because there's a slight difference... unfortunate to us, but for them, you're welcome for the score boost. This location however is just always going to be REAL slow. Late night they don't even mention having a credit card machine down because it doesn't change anything. Kind of like during the day. It's just gonna be a long minute. BUT, like all the other locations, it's served with a smile. I'll give'em that. read more

Not sure who owns this location but they need to get a handle on the service. Two days ago I came through to get a Diet Coke. The employees for no reason stopped taking orders through the drive thu then sat at a table. Here in the parking lot right now. They asked me to park for a Diet Coke. I went in to ask. The man at the counter said it wasn't his job and he couldn't give me a cup to help myself. I just walked in a second time and let them know I would be standing in front of the cars in the drive thru line if someone couldn't simply get me a Diet Coke. This location serves a lot of people who deserve better service than this. I'll go elsewhere but I won't allow others to be treated this poorly. read more

Said it was open 24 hours, this a bold face lie. I am very upset. Maybe next time you will do better.

I deliver and basically all the time when I deliver an order from here the customer says it's not there order. So DON'T ORDER FROM HERE, this store is also really slow at giving you orders. Go to another store, it may be further but it's worth it :) read more

Before I begin my review, I just want to give you a background on this McDonald's. It is on the corner where Hogan Preparatory Academy is located and for years students have met up at this McDonald's after school wearing their uniforms and this McDonald's has been given a lot of business by Hogan students. This past year they put a ban on Hogan students saying they were causing problems. So now Hogan students either just change their shirt before they go to McDonald's or take their business to the Wendy's across the street who I'm sure loves their business. I personally had never visited this McDonald's location but decided to try the new chocolate chip frappe I keep seeing advertised on TV. I went to go through the drive thru when I realized that the drive through line was so long it was blocking cars from pulling out of the parking lot. There are technically two lanes for the drive thru but apparently the other lane was not working because an employee had parked their van there with a sign saying out of order. I waited in this line for about 10-15 minutes before placing my order. When I got to the speaker I told them I wanted a small chocolate chip frappe. I paid at the first window and when I finally got to the second window to get my frappe the employee handed it to me and I took it but thought it was strange you couldn't see the chocolate chips. As I drove off and took a sip I realized this was not the chocolate chip frappe I waited a half hour for, this tasted like a chocolate shake in a frappe cup with some carmel syrup, whipped cream and a cherry. I don't know if this was some other flavored frappe they had on the menu, but I regularly get chocolate shakes from McDonald's and this was a chocolate shake but made sweeter by adding caramel. I tried to just go with it and drink it anyway but it was so sweet (since it was technically a shake, not a coffee drink) I ended up throwing it away. Think I'll take the advice of the Hogan students and take my business to the Wendy's across the street. read more

By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. And it's McDonald's. I don't really have high standards for these kinda places. The staff is rude and they get my order wrong every time.
