Best McDonalds in Northeast AR!!! Clean, fast, friendly and fresh! No extreme wait times like others. Best fries ever!!!

Horrible. I ordered on DoorDash but they forgot my 2 PLAIN SUNDAES, it was the first item on the receipt. They also forgot my three 20 piece chicken nugget meals, which I find very surprising because I did not pay 59.68 for that kind of service. Very bad. Also, the fries had what looked like mold. The manager is horrible and rude. Curses and yells at employees and even at customers! The employees are rude, and the service is always slow. I understand that it's McDonald's, but you can act politely, it's human decency. read more

I realize I am there early. But the majority of the time they are extremely slow Otders often messed up. For example this morning I order biscuits and gravy with large orange juice. Today I was told by upper management that only certain police officers are entitled to a discount which are uniformed or JPD. Any other police officers will not be appreciated and or provided discounts. I always thought that when a business provides discounts to police is because they appreciate our services. The manager was very inappropriate and constantly cursing at staff when guests were clearly in the area. Within the spand of the 15 minutes I was there he forgot nuggets in someone's order and proceeded to play inappropriate music after someone told him not too. read more

I'd put this McDonald's against any other in the country. Quick service regardless of how long the line is, my order is ALWAYS correct, and the staff is so friendly. Whoever manages this location deserves a raise! read more

The people are friendly, the food is hot, it's inexpensive, and they are quick getting it to you. The lobby was clean (only because a lady was busy cleaning up after disrespectful teenagers). Even though they messed up my order as they do almost every time they were still pleasant and tried very hard to correct the mistakes. They were able to fix the drinks and fix one sandwich. One sandwich all they did was go to the back and slap a slice of cheese on it. They kept asking me if my order was some other order and then finall they asked me what I ordered. They NEVER get your order right! NEVER! Way too many "workers" standing around goofing off. Why are their 15 people standing by the fryers Instead if taking orders, cleaning bathrooms or cleaning off tables.
