Shadrach's has a very nice young staff overall. Admittedly, the coffee is good. They are willing to add limitless shots at customer expense, of course, and sell coffee to children and that's very concerning health wise. We've been patrons for a very long time at various locations. They also reuse and prepare frothed milk for coffees in advance which is not per industry protocol and another health hazard. It was also very disconcerting that they forced some employees to stand out in below freezing weather without proper outerwear or coverage. I'm most disappointed to learn that they withhold their new employees tips for the first at least 3 months and the managers are included on the split tips. That's wrong! I appreciate their Christian brand. However, it's not very Christian to withhold hard earned tips from new employees esp since most are struggling college students. At least Chick Fil A provides its employees with appropriate outerwear for the elements. read more

My friend and I ordered two frozen coffee drinks, both without dairy. Hers with almond milk and mine with oat milk. Hers was accidentally made with dairy, which we discovered immediately upon leaving. My friend called them back and they replaced her drink quickly and correctly. They were so nice about the whole thing. Both coffee drinks were absolutely fantastic. We always go to Shadrach's and this is the one in Paragould, btw. In my opinion Shadaracks has remained successful in Jonesboro for superior quality and customer service! With three locations now, Shadaracks set the standard for premium coffee in Jonesboro. Each location has two drive throughs on each side of the hut. You may see a long line in the morning but rest assured the line moves pretty quickly. They also offer a punchcard for frequent visitors. Their house coffee is brewed fresh and I have never ever had a stale or cold cup. The flavor is always perfect you won't even need any cream or sugar. The staff is so courteous and nice they will even come to your car if they have a long line to make sure you don't wait. I have tried every coffee drink they offer and made my own. I have zero complaints and I used to be a barista myself. I was so excited to see that they now offer cold brew! read more

Stopped in on my way to the airport, and was very happy with my experience. I ordered an americano with a shot of vanilla and almond milk, and it was fantastic. I am pretty picky with my coffee, and they know how to make it well! The prices are great when compared with competitors such as Starbucks, etc. Also the workers were very friendly and accommodating, which made my experience even better. I was in and out in 3 minutes, so they are super quick with their service. This is just a drive through, so it's great if you are on the go but maybe not good if you want to sit down and enjoy your coffee. They also only offer espresso drinks, so I wouldn't recommend stopping in if you are looking for drip coffee. read more

I think the biblical tie-in is actually pretty clever -- according to the website anyway, it's Shadrach's because the coffee's roasted in a fiery furnace. Neat. The people are friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Unfortunately, the coffee's more bitter than I'd like -- kind of like Starbucks espresso on a particularly bitter day. Today I added a little amaretto flavoring to my iced Americano, and that helped -- but then it just tasted a little weaker than I wanted. Definitely get some sort of sweetener, even if you usually shun such things (like I do). read more

Man, this place is hit or miss. I order the exact same thing every single time and I am always a little nervous because it never tastes the same. Today my iced Americano tasted so bad I had to throw it away. It tasted more like water than espresso. I noticed the color of the drink as soon as it was handed to me but they were busy so I just paid and drove away. My mistake. After waiting in line for 15 minutes (I don't mind waiting, especially if it's tasty) and paying for a drink, I want it to be good. I had zero desire to wait in line yet again so that's why I just tossed it. I always try to support the local businesses but consistency is key. Love the coffee. They grind the beans and brew fresh daily. This little shack is a drive thru coffee stop, which is way different from Starbucks. There is no place to sit down like there is at Starbucks. This is more of a grab-n-go kinda place. This place was recommended by a lot of people that I know so I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad to give this business a review. Since I'm on a budget, I don't indulge as often as I used to when I could work. But, even a simple iced coffee is a great break from the monotony of grocery store coffee. And when I splurge and get a true coffee drink with cream and a flavoring, topped with whipped cream and all the fixings, it's a true experience. I've often pulled up and told them a general idea of the flavors I'd like and asked for suggestions, with the end result being something I'd never imagine ordering. The service is beyond just gracious, they are truly Masters at helping decide what I want and delivering , pronto! The tuxedo is my favorite. But the gingerbread flavor is also good. I sometimes really spurge and buy the Columbian coffee by the pound, whole beans, and grind it myself at home to make my daily iced coffee at home. Have purchased some for family and friends-no one has been disappointed. It is bold without the usual downside of a bitter aftertaste. Just bright and fresh. The punch cards are pleasant, so after my card is filled, I get a free coffee treat-they also do them for buying by the pound, so after 10 pounds, I get a free pound. Hard to beat that! read more
