It seems no matter what McDonald's you go to, a 2-2 1/2 star review is about average. I'm thinking what's up with that? So,the last few I've been to,I've read a few of the reviews and find it interesting that they all sound alike. Complainers is the adverb that comes to mind. read more

Good staple parties out of a drawer that aren't warm enough to melt the cheese is not the magic sauce. All I can say is UGH! Or YUCK! The restaurant has lots of people, and serve a lot of people through the drive through, but compared to most McDonald's this food is way below average. The restaurant is sorta clean, but with this many bodies employed you would think it would be much cleaner. The manager that helped was great, but for the most part these people don't wanna be here. 2 stars read more

Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. The chicken nuggets were very soggy and didn't seem fresh. The food was not as hot or crispy as expected, and the overall quality was disappointing. I hope they can improve consistency and food preparation in the future. read more

Every time I come here my order is wrong and something is missing. When I went the last time they canceled my order after I was already there for pick up. So I reorder and I have to go in and I see people getting it for pick up! Annoying. Anyways I go inside with my toddler. Pick up my order and of course it's wrong. I tell them my order is wrong and what's wrong with it (just needed nuggets) they pull every single thing out stand there looking confused. It took 3 people to figure out I was missing nuggets even though I already told them what I was missing. Then they give me all my dismembered food that got taken out of my bag and I look at the guy and tell him do you think I can carry all of that while holding my toddler? He stares at me like he doesn't understand English. So I ask for my bag back and he's like oh yea. And they didn't provide a straw. If people can't work and smoke dope maybe they shouldn't smoke it before their shift so they can actually do their job and not look like an idiot. read more

A business is only as strong as its employees it excepts. An employee named Jennifer apparently couldn't speak English- when I asked for the FISH sandwich meal she couldn't understand- she leaves the register goes to a mgr twice. After staring at me helplessly....after several minutes the (a as I don't know her name as she had her name tag flipped )crew leader (another Hispanic woman) yells at me "YOU WANT A FISH SANDWICH" after yanking her mask off. I say "yes, that's what I told her" when the crew leader continues to yell at me " THATs WHAT I'M TRYING TO FIGURE OUT" At this point I said "OK that's Rude" and left- this McDonald's location is horrible. Do yourself a favor and get food somewhere else! If I could give this place a negative star rating I would....,No one needs yelled at just for lunch!!!!!!! I stopped into this McDonald's the other day to get a couple of chicken sandwiches for lunch and they were pretty good, decent fast food fare. This location has a modern design aesthetic and was clean and well lit inside. The employee I spoke to for my order was friendly and she got my food out to the counter quickly. I also had a chance to use the free Wi-Fi while I was there, which worked quite well and allowed me to do a few extra things during lunch on my laptop. Definitely a pleasant experience and I'd be happy to stop by again. read more

Who designed this parking lot!! Have to park in back and tightrope walk along fence. Even though there is a crosswalk marked you're still in danger of being run over! I usually get great costumer service while ordering at McDonald's but this morning I went to get breakfast and the person who was taking my order was absolutely awful. He was very sarcastic and rude. Then I waited in line 10 minutes for my food and the lady didn't even say "sorry for the wait" or anything. She just handed me my food and shut the drive-thru window as fast as she could. I like how McDonalds is open for extended hours, & they usually have something new to try on the menu. I don't eat here for the food or meals, but I do like to stop here for a drink fix, since I like their frappes. This time, I went thru the drive-thru (which was pretty busy, & a few cars were ahead of me), which was nice, quick, & convenient once it was my turn. And the prices aren't too bad. I travel all over the U.S. and I must say that this McDonald's is by far the worst I have ever been to. Came into the store a few days ago for lunch, only 4 other people in front of me, it took 17 minutes for 4 people to get there order taken during the lunch hour!! Today, I drove through the drive thru, asked for 2 McDoubles with NO onions, guess what, I received my burgers WITH onions and had to ask for a straw for my drink, the very young guy at the window seemed like I was disturbing him as I asked for a straw. Without a doubt the worst McDonald's in the country. 10 minutes plus to get through the drive through.

Took almost 20 minutes to go through the drive through. When we finally did get our order we had to take off a good table spoon of mayo from our cold burgers. The sweet tea was soured and still warm because of the lack of ice in our drinks. Horrible place of business, I'll never stop there again. read more
