I ordered 6 McDoubles and 3 French Fries, no Musturd or Ketchup on the burgers the meat was way over cooked, i had to go back to Mcdonalds to get my Fries that they forgot to put in the Bag, and they gave me burnt Fries. Staff was polite, but as we were ordering on the kiosk they started spraying bleach on the floor to clean it...an hour before closing. One person was even wearing a backpack to get ready to leave, and another wasn't even wearing proper clothing. Ice cream was soft, a worker had to put it in a cup. Chicken nuggets were old. Outside soda machine out. Clearly not maintained. And bathrooms were filthy and disgusting. This place was so bad it made me create my first ever review, and I'm not usually a complainer! read more

They need to replace all their chairs, as they are ripped and poorly/crudely repaired, also many of ceilings tiles are stained form seepage. No ketchup in the dispensers, which is compounded because the fact that they don't automatically provide any with an order of fries. The lobby is superficially wiped down as they don't provide the employees squirt cleaning bottles. Employees are responsive, but the lobby needs attention, possibly a renovation is due. I ordered a quarter pounder meal at the drive through on Page Ave in Jackson Mi. When I got up to the pay window ( after 10. TEN minutes) the order was wrong!! The employee reordered it and I paid for it. When I finally got to the pickup window there was NO order on the computer for me. I ordered AGAIN!! The fries were warm, fresh and crispy, they were so good and I loved eating them so you might be wondering why I left a two star review, well the cheeseburgers that we got were not very good, they were cold and I could tell they have been sitting out for awhile, When I ate a fry I expected so much but was extremely disappointed. This location keeps messing up the orders in the drive through, forgetting the sauce, and when we ordered double cheeseburgers, these guys think they are so smart by giving us mcdoubles instead (double cheese means 2 pieces of cheese dumbasses, not 1). If you want McDonald's, go to a different location instead, you will be wasting your time here. They also burned the fries apparently. read more

2 minutes ago My girlfriend came to the McDonald's with her two grandkids and ordered a meal. While waiting she took a couple of selfies with the grandkids that's when the manager and employee surrounded her and proceeded to interrogate her as to why she was taking pictures. She told the manager that she only took pictures of herself and grandkids. The manager kept on accusing her of causing problems. She finally showed the photos to the manager and he looked at them and just walked away. No apologies and he was about to kick her out of the store. Sad! The few times we have stopped at this particular location has always been the worst experience you could possibly have. they'll be completely empty drive though and wait until they stack up 6 cars pulled to the side before they bring anyone food. after waiting 10 minutes for the wrong food he tossed the bag into the car. no uniform or name tag and wouldn't give us a name. you're going to have an incident at this location eventually when someone isn't going to take their attitude and service if corporate doesn't figure out their employees. because it's obvious by your reviews here corporate doesn't care. read more

Terrible customer service. Why should I have to pull over and park and wait for my food. Maybe you should foresee the fact that you have lots if customers at lunch time. Worst experience at a McDonalds. Kiosks should be removed and go back to face to face customer service...they are so slow and clunky! More questions than the cashier would have asked. By the time I completed my order there were 3 new customers that placed their order at the counter. I was ushered to the kiosk when I walked in the door. My coupon on my app wouldn't work, the kiosk offered diet Dr Pepper only to find out they don't have it (after I ordered) and their automated ketchup thing was broken and then you had to stand in line to ask for packets. I would give zero stars if possible. I just went there and got food for my family. I was supposed to get a double filet-o- fish and It was a single and I was supposed to get a double quarter pounder with cheese, no onion and well done and I didnt get that, so I went it. I stood there for 10 minutes just waiting because it wasn't a big deal. This lady came up behind me (I think the manager, but I'm not 100% sure. She wasn't in mcdonalds uniform or nothing thats why I just assumed she was the manager.) She said "I can help you" so, I told her what I needed and she said "well the receipt says you only had a double" & I said okay well can I get a double and she walked in the back I didn't even get a chance to say I would pay the difference. She goes back and says I need a quarter pounder. ( it was supposed to be no onion and well done. & I said its supposed to be no onion on that and I said if you looked at the receipt and she proceeded to say "watch what you say, please." I was just stating a fact. I ended up getting my double fish & it was right. Then the manager lady says "just give her this quarter pounder to get her out of here." They gave me the quarter pounder and it had onions I said there's onions on this. So they took it back and fixed it again. All around bad experience. i went into this restaurant at 0734 walked out at 0755. i waited 20 minutes for someone to bring me unsweetened tea out to the lobby so i could fill my own cups. they bought out sweet tea right away. i told the young man that i needed unsweetened tea. that was the last i saw him til he clocked out 10 minutes later for break. he passed in front of me waiting at the drink counter to fill his cup. never said a word to me. i waited another 5 minutes, yelling out to the "so called" manager, i have to be to work!! well about 5 minutes later here he comes with filled cups of iced tea, from the drive through area. now i went inside today because the drive through line was totally filled, and nobody was waiting inside. the car that i would have been behind in drive through, drove off with food and drink as i was waiting for my tea. i did not get a receipt but i seen i was customer 324 this morning. i used to go to this restaurant all the time. my business will be going to taco bell or burger king from now on....i just heard that a manager and employee were involved in a fight/argument last week and one threw a hot pie in the other's face...causing that person to go to the e.r. with possible burns to his face....wtf is going on with mcdonalds????!!!!! i would love to hear back from mcdonalds, but i guess they have their own problems and don't really care about what i have going on in my life.....hope this helps someone when they have the same problem i had............ read more
