I've never had an issue here before. I'm also not one of those people who say "give me or I want" when ordering. I usually start off with "Hey, how are you doing? May I have a...." Manners go a long way when it comes to the service industry and how you and your food will be handled. I don't think you'd have to worry about food tampering unless you're a complete Richard or Cuntry. I'm only reviewing because I wanted to see which McDonald's was closer this one or El dorado from my house. Ordered 2 happy meals today. They couldn't get either one correct. Asked for 2 BBQ on one and Apples instead of fries for the second. Guess what, no BBQ and no apples and no ketchup either. All were printed on the ticket. I called and asked for a manager, they acted like they couldn't hear me and hung up repeatedly. The milk was on its use by date as well. Very sad. WHEN the delivery driver arrived after delivering to the wrong address, my meals were absolutely SHITTY looking, and not that much better tasting. It looked like someone had stepped on each of the burgers, flat flat flat. Asked for pickles and got ONE per sandwich. Nearly NO ketchup, messed up my add ons, large fries were really a medium content wise. Very poorly handled all the way around. Never had a rude interaction with any of the employees. However, they seem to always get my order wrong. I usually just get a coffee and MAYBE one other item with no mods. I'm always handed other people's orders or something is incorrect with what I got. Not sure why this is a consistent problem. Waitstaff and cashier, Alicia really made my evening at Mickey D's enjoyable.. really nice, sweet, attentive person. My friend and I ordered a double fish sandwich with three medium fries and what do we get? A double fish-o-filet and three medium fries. We got exactly what we ordered. I needed mustard for my fries and my friend needed salt for her fries, we both asked Alicia and she was on top of game. I especially liked that they had real mustard and not that yucky honey mustard mess. To add, Alicia was always smiling, no nonchalant attitude.. The restaurant is clean, although a bit outdated with the furniture. However, one thing that bothered me was I overheard the manager yelling loudly at what seemed to be a new crew member; he was being all so rude to the young kid. She works the Saturday morning shift and was in at 6 am today 9/30 with her attitude bold as hell. I went in for a cup of ice, she was too busy making her own drink and then came around the corner and said 'um excuse what are you doing' there was no ice in the machine so I said nothing as there is no ice. I read the reviews before coming, and decided to try them out anyway. I ordered the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes. When I went to go eat the hotcakes, I noticed there was no syrup. I removed everything from my tray, and lo and behold, no syrup. Let's try this again "Big Breakfast with Hotcakes". No syrup. Place was clean, including parking lot. I did not visit the restroom. Staff was friendly. Food was hot and fresh. No syrup means I am not ever going back. read more

I waited 15 mins for a Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit when the place was empty, and all of my friends got their food before me, even when I ordered first. They take FOREVER ! 4 times I went by there before work (I don't learn my lesson) they open up at 5 and didn't open until 5:10. This has happened all four times. I timed them one time and it took 10 minutes for them to give me a cup of ice . Another time i ordered a chicken sandwich at 6:42 and I waited in that drive through until 7:00 for a single chicken sandwich that's 9/10 already ready . The MANAGER slammed his drive through window on me when I asked for my iced coffee to have more coffee in it. I could literally see the thick layer of cream at the bottom of the cup and I don't feel like I was making a ridiculous request. This location is a total joke- the customer service has become incredibly poor and that starts at the top obviously. This is the only location that charges for a cup of ice water too! So, when I get my iced coffee back from a different employee at the window, all they did was put the "iced cream with a dash of coffee" in a different, larger cup. Hey, thanks McDonald's. We were hungry! There were few other options! We came through the drive through and I thought this was supposed to be fast food... The person in front of us took a long time, that's forgivable. But it took so long for us to get our cheeseburger and nuggets. We didn't even ask for anything special. If there was a negative number I would give them less than a 0. Their customer service is awful. I ordered a fish filet item with extra pickles, 3 days in a row - not exactly a healthy fare, I know but I'm recuperating from a procedure and didn't want to go to the grocery store. What really upset me is that when I asked if they put the extra pickles in the sandwich, they said YES, of course! on the contrary, they put less.
