They made it seem like I messed up the order. When I called , some brat faced heifer answered then hung up in my face after saying I had the wrong location. Poorest excuse for a McDonald's. Stood at the register while the workers looked at me but kept working on orders in the drive thru while others looked on. No one Sid anything. Another customer came in behind me and asked me how long I had been standing here. Unfortunately he was familiar with the same wait. While we both stood there the associates looked at us but never came to take our order. Finally one of the associates came to the register to take our order. All I needed was hot cakes and coffee. Eat-in I waited. They were not crowded. I was given a number but after watching customers that had ordered after me get their food, I took my number and went to the desk. I saw a plate of hotcakes waiting for a cup of coffee the was act mine when she called my number. Taking it back to my seat to finally eat only to find that my hotcakes ate cold and the butter didn't melt. I started to send it back but at this point I had had enough. I don't mind waiting a fair amount of time but at least acknowledge that I am waiting or that you plan on assisting me when you get the chance. And please serve hot food. If the coffee isn't ready serve the food hot. This goes back to companies training their employees and employees caring enough to want to work. In high school I worked at the local Waffle House and made $2.01 an hour plus tips and I was glad to get it because I was making my own money. I worked when I was supposed to and then some. I was pleasant to customers even when they were not to me. It's called learning and dealing with the public. The customer that was behind me was an older gentleman and we both talked about how things used to be with customer service at places. How people acknowledged each other and how those days are gone. I just ordered a Big Mac meal and a happy meal for my little girl Becuase I was busy moving into my new house and couldn't leave to pick it up. Just experienced the worth service every this morning at this location in which I frequently visit since they recently opened. Place an online order and sat in the line for over an hour only to get to the window an hour later and be told I can't get my order. Manager then ask if I let some know I was present and I explained to her that the line was very long but that's what the app is for. Hopefully this gets better or management needs more training on how to handle a very busy day. Customer service should be important I would think so .. my thoughts read more

Holy crap! Horrible, I just sat in the drive through for nearly an hour. While ordering, ( 2 double cheeseburger meal, no onions, large with a dr Peper and a sweet tea ) she had is down for 2 cheeseburgers, a large dr Peper, medium sweet tea and 2 large fries. Which don't sound to bad except it was all individual off the menu. So she caught it, and made it meals, saved me a few bucks. Then we waited, and waited, and waited. Never fails to disappoint. Don't go through drive thru, always always check your food. Cold fries put in you bag even by the manager, cheese won't melt on your burger because the meat isn't hot, nuggets old as dirt, you name it and McDonald's has done it. So i went Sometime this week and i ordered a meal .. I let a guy pass by because apparently they messed up his order.. so as he went in front of me he was real upset. The people at the cashier asked him very nicely what was wrong. and he whispered. Umm they cant hear you if you whisper sir.. the girl said, 'Sir I'm sorry i can't hear you," the guy barked, 'I asked for no pickles and no onions" and the girl said "Ok we'll make you another sandwich.. so as the girl was putting in the order for the new sandwich.. another cashier asks him what was wrong and the guy rudely said to her,' you probably made my sandwich, you messed it up.. etc etc.. and the girl nicely apologized and said, "If I did messed it up sir, I will make it up to you". and he said a bunch of mean things.. how come he had to yell at them?? why in that manner.? How come you don't take off the pickles and onions off your sandwich?? why mumble harsh mean things for a sandwich? That was no way to talk to these hardworking employees.. But the fact that these employees took this situation so well. Props to these employees.. I'm sorry yall have to work with these type of people.
