When you stand inline (inside) to get the food you ordered and paid for at the drive thru.. smh.. pull over to parking spot 1, it will just be one minute.. (Yeah Right!)... 7 mins later still no food. While inside waiting my turn to complain and get my order, I hear the same employee apologize to 4 different customers about, wait time, wrong orders, order mix ups, didnt get all of their order etc... So many apologies going out that she had a stack of gift cards she was giving to anybody that walked by or even looked at her.. You!! get a gift card and You!! get a gift card... dude just give me my order!!!! smh. if there was a way to give negitive stars... I would !! like this McDonalds is a minus 4 stars. read more

Waited 35 min in line for breakfast we ordered at 9:50am. Once we got up there they said they wouldn't give us our food that we ordered 40 min before breakfast closed and we had to cancel our order. They could have honored us and all the other people they did it to but no. read more

We ordered and waited over 30 minutes to get our food. The fries and nuggets were soaked in oil and you could squeeze out a pile of oil. Our Double Quarter Pounder was not fully cooked, my husband took a bite and tasted blood that he could squeeze out also. Nik the manager is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND AN A$$!!!!! He told us that burger was cooked McDonald's standards and it's going to look like that and the nuggets were fine. I asked for a full refund including drinks. Nik wanted to argue with us and take his time. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to, it's dirty, not properly staffed and the management seems to be the issue. read more

My day was thorughly amazing.. that is until I was turned away by this sad excuse for a restaurant. I arrived in full business attire, ready to receive the expected, commonplace mediocre food and service at "McDonalds". I received neither the mediocre food, or service. Instead I received nothing, absolutely nothing. The door was locked, and so I walked to the drive through. I was met by silence. I would have rather sat through a sad excuse, than nothing at all. I would say I was surprised, but this is what I have come to expect at "Mcdonalds" that name used to leave a bad taste in my mouth, but now I can't even remember what their mediocre food tasted like.I have nothing more to add except I hope that the general manager of this establishment steps on a lego. read more

Well. Really why oh why do I go back here. I should have learned my lesson long ago. I come down to Holdredge a lot for work and McDonald's is close to my hotel. And every time I come here they screw up my order every time. Tonight I put my order in and had a park and wait for in the parking lot and they didn't bring me any salt and ketchup or ranch like I ask for so from now on taco johns it is no stars please save yourself and don't go here worst McDonald's ever ever been to. If I could give no stars, that would be my selection. This is not the place to eat at in Holdrege. The restaurant is never clean, the help are not courteous, skilled or dressed for the job (visible underware showing above baggy jeans) does not create a pleasing dining experience! ABSOLUTELY ZERO STARS!!!!!! My friend and I had to wait 10 minutes to get our food. It was COLD, her ranch CONTAINER was so gross it had an entire top layer of water sitting on it, and EVERYTHING tasted like fish. Stopped in on Sunday, the day after Husker football. Asked for the bogo Sack deal and was advised that they couldn't give that deal to me as the Huskers didn't sack the opposing quarter back. Admittedly I was a little short with them and then the girl at the window apologized because she doesn't watch football "that's just what someone told her." It wasn't that big of deal but if your going to offer that deal your staff should know whether or not there was a sack or at the very least look it up. By the time I got to the window I had found it on McDonald's fb but evidently the staff was to busy to check. read more

We stopped here for an ice cream cone around 7:00 p.m. - there were 4 teens working the counter and we were told that 'we are on break - we can help you in 5 minutes!!!! There they stood with their backs to us, yacking and laughing. If they are on break, then they need to leave the front serving counter and have some reliable help working the counter until their 'break' is over. This is the most disgusting, rude, dirty, smelly McDonalds ever. Many people we know have been dealt with the same way we were and refuse to go back. - the youth working at the Holdrege McDonalds are a sorry bunch representing our future work force.
