Customer service is horrible, they take too long to take orders through the drive-thru. I have came here before and they have messed up some of my orders, and have not put in all of the food i ordered. Overall I have had a horrible experience coming to this McDonalds. read more

They always have extreme delays around 10pm at night. Folks don't take orders from the drive through at all and blame shift changes. Don't use the app to order ahead because there's a sting possibility you'll never get your food. read more

Manager is the worst and didnt give the right change and also forgot my sauces i would not recommend

Still not working to prevent people from the drive thru from pulling a u-turn and going the wrong way. The other night I almost hit someone that did that from the drive thru. Not only that, but immediately after someone was coming the wrong way in front of the restaurant. This is why I prefer going to Midlothian instead. read more

Food is decent.. service is horrible, 1/11/25 went threw the drive and they refused to answer the speaker until a couple of minutes after they responded with "we are close " with attitude. Not the first time this has happened. Store is full of People who hate being there and that don't wanna work . (Would give zero stars if possible) read more

I haven't been at this location in a while the the manager was extremely generous and nice the clerks were also very nice well return

This McDonalds is decent compared to other restaurants in the area. The inside is neat and clean the majority of the time. The drive thru moves quickly as long as both lines are open. Many of the workers are well mannered and friendly, so overall the customer service is good. The food is normally fresh and prepared well. read more

McDonalds - Fix the darn drive thru !!!! 1 lane again!!!! - Fast Food Near Me - Harvey, Illinois

I ordered my food online & pickup it up via drive thru . I had to pull to the 3rd window & wait an additional 10 minutes. I ordered 2 Double Bacon Jalapeño McDoubles. When I got home & looked at the food, Both are single, with it looks like nacho cheese & no jalapeños or bacon. This odd a reason I stopped eating here in the first place. I'm thinking because I had a couple drinks & it's on the way & it's not crowded, why not. & this is why read more

Worst ever. Just lack customer service. Will have a full conversation with a coworker while you wait for them to take your order. Just horrible read more

I don't expect much from McDonald's, but it's as if this one is intentionally trying to make people not like it. I've been several times, but it seems to continue to get worse. The food is fine...it's McDonald's. The service is slow and not very friendly. I will say there was one gentleman working there who was polite and apologetic about wait times. They took away the fountain drink machine they used to have, so you have to wait on them to get your drink or refill...that's a personal major dissatisfier to me. I think this is my last time coming to this location. read more

Just went there now and ordered breakfast for my family. I went back because I was missing 1 sausage egg mc muffin and they refused to admit it. I didn't get no names, but there was 3 African American women (one being the "manager") that was attacking and yelling at me, telling me "fucking Mexican". There was no reason for any of that non sense especially over a mc muffin that THEY forgot. If they would do their job correctly, this would have never happened. People with that type of manners, should not work in that type of position. read more

Chicken nugget meal with orange juice was my order but mostly a how many burgers i can get for tonight type of deal. Awesome.

Management has gotten better it's a lot cleaner in the inside the only problem are the bomb's and the people that are begging outside all of the solicitation and the things that go on in the parking lot I just wish it was a lot safer to bring my children so that they can have a quick meal right after school I just need them to clean up the area Police needs to patrol more because it's it's just not a safe environment read more

Cluster $&@#.... amazing how many mistakes are possible with just 1 order .... ..... .... Just came here again. TERRIBLY slow service- So UNDERSTAFFED.... Also- kiosk was "closed" but it doesn't say that. Go all the way thru ordering your food. Then try to pay... keypad said closed. Absurd to let a customer waste their time ordering at the kiosk and it doesn't actually work. Restaurant was messy. Almost every open table had stuff on it and needed to be wiped down. read more

The first time I ordered a iced latte, the lady in the drive they hands me my cup 3/4 full..I gave it back and said I paid for a large, I expect it to be full...employee goes over to the ice compartment and fills my cup with more ice..I told her so I'm expected to pay almost $5 for a cup of ice with a small portion of latte?? Employee says, we ran out of latter...needless to say I'm pissed... Today I sent my daughter up to the same McDonald's I ask for a small ice latte...same scenario...expect my daughter didn't get the extra ice to make the illusion it was a full cup......just fill the damn cup, that's all I'm asking for!!!!!! read more

Every single time we visit this place, we don't get shamrock shakes. No matter what time of day it is. Every year I go back for shakes because it's close to home and never get any. Very disappointing! read more

Our order is always wrong and the employees are always very rude when we return. This time they didn't get it right the second time either so we are just accepting not getting everything we paid for and never returning. read more

McDonalds - a red car parked in front of a mcdonald's - Fast Food Near Me - Harvey, Illinois

So the girl grabs me out of line when I was the next person up and says she will take my order at the stupid kiosk thing they have going on now . She says she will show me how to do it and I said I never want to know how to do it . If it's too difficult to just place an order at the register then I don't know what this world is coming to . Well I look over and at 3 people have places their orders with the girl at the register now. That is 3 people who were standing behind me . Well , she says she got my order of 2 Big Macs in now and it's 8$ or something like that . They are supposed to be 2 for 5$ . She just points me to the register and says you can stand there and order. Thanks , I guess this is what progress looks like . Mickie D's is not what it used to be . read more

I had 2 different orders, i get to the window to receive my items and they didn't give me my drink... i tell the lady that was working the 2nd window at 10:52am on Tuesday, the 17th of November, 2020, that i had a drink and she tells me "i don't think so" and looked at me like i would lie about a dollar drink... she gave me a horrible vibe and i felt like she assumed i was trying to get something for free.... She didn't apologize after i showed her my receipt and she close the drive through window doors right after she handed me my drink with an attitude.. terrible service for the morning shift, i will not be coming back..... read more

I came to your McDonald's around 2am and I got 8 chicken McGriddles and I specifically asked for them not to be spicy and and when I got home they were. This was very disappointing I don't enjoy spicy things and I don't want to be a Karen about it either :( read more

Never going back to that McDonald's they take so long to give you your order. I ordered a cheese burger took at least like 30 minutes to get it. I also ordered a coffee didn't get it until I was almost done eating. read more

I understand the employees were just starting their day, but it's disheartening to get to your destination and find that the two biscuit breakfast sandwiches you ordered are griddled instead and you can't eat them because they have too much sugar in them. Now what am I to do until lunch time? I'd like to add that we confirmed my order details at the payment window and I still for the wrong food. How? read more

If I could rate a 0, I would. This is the WORST McDonald's to ever exist. I don't understand why every time I come it's SO SLOW. The employees don't know what's going on half the time. Customers shouldn't have to wait 10-15+ mins for a simple order. This McDonald's 100% needs to get shut down. I'm typing this as I'm in line...going on 15 mins. Ridiculous. read more

Just returned home from the McDonald's on 147 & Dixie highway. I ordered a filet-of-fish, 4 oatmeal raisin cookies, and a medium coffee. My sandwich had only 1/2 a slice of cheese ? I was told if I wanted x-tra cheese I had to pay .50 ! I didn't want extra, I just wanted a full slice of cheese..... just like the picture on the damn wall !!! They also gave me 3 oatmeal cookies & 1 chocolate. What if I was allergic to chocolate ? They didn't have what I asked for, so they just push what they had on me ? Not good !!! VERY DISSATISFIED !!!! read more
