100% check your bag and don't drive off 9 out of 10 they forgot items or messed the order up.

There are 2 drive through lanes and both were open. I chose 2. More than 10 cars passed me up from lane 1 before I could even place my order. The girl on the speaker kept telling me to "wait". I ordered the "value meal" and instead of $5, it came to $10, even though I explicitly asked EACH TIME "will this be an extra charge". When I asked WHY my meal was double the amount, once again she did not respond - more silence and more wasted time............. My order time was over 20 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me (but 10+ cars placed their orders and picked them up from lane #1!). Apparently MY ordering girl was assisting the people in lane 1, which the manager stated was how it was and would continue to be. She told me this when I went in to speak to her. The manager would not give me her name but she had tattoos on her hands and kinky black hair tied in the back of her head. She could have cared less and told me to call the "corporate phone number" on the door as she pointed me to the door. I did call and no one answered. Tried another 30 minutes to call another McDonald's number online for customer service and a rep named "Shy" from another country AGAIN could have cared less. Asked for her manager and she put me on hold for over 5 minutes and said she was not transferring me. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND NO FOOD - not that your food is any good anymore. read more

Make sure you check your bag before you pull off, the order comes up short constantly. I've used their hotline for questions, comments, and concerns that they've placed on the entrance. Good luck getting a hold of anybody. I'm calling corporate next. I've had multiple items come up missing on different occasions, I've also had to wait 15 minutes in the curbside parking multiple times. If you're passing through Harrodsburg, just wait the extra 10 minutes and go to Danville. This place is a joke. read more

Every time I go to this McDonald's, or place a mobile order. It's like they cannot read the screen or something. My food is always wrong, they either don't add something or don't take something off. A few times I've received the wrong order. Every one EXCEPT one younger gentleman that's always in the drive thru (blonde hair, always wears a hat). He is the only nice person. Everyone else is RUDE. Complains when you ask them to fix their mistakes, argues with you when you try to tell them your food is cold and hard. Terrible management and terrible service. The store is always clean though, I will say that. read more

Well, I went through the drive thru around 7 PM Sunday evening, ordered bigmac, 2 fish filets, 2 fries, 1/4 lb w/ cheese. I live next to Shaker Village What I had when I was home was no fries. The bottom buns were harder than the box they came in. the cheese on everything was so dry the cat would not eat it , people wonder why we can't get anymore quality restaurants in Harrodsburg in this case it was the people working there and from what I could see while picking up the so called food everyone appeared to be Caucasian citizens as am I. I been here a lot and all my experiences have been awful. The employees are rude and careless, the place is dirty and not clean, and the food overall is not good, it's takes a while for your food to get to you, once you get it, the food is always cold. Ok let's start food. It's McDonald's it's the same globally so decent. The service is probably the worst I've ever had at a restaurant. There was a very kind gentlemen who when there was a misconception with the order he gave me free nuggets. I thought they'd be in the bag so I didn't get them at first so I go inside. Once inside me and an older woman and I am standing waiting at the inside counter. Then the vile worker very loudly says "I don't know why they're looking at me I don't do register" as if I was supposed to know or I had been looking expectingly at her. Well regardless of the situation the manager comes out and makes things right and they are perfectly agreeable. However on visits since the drive thru person can barely wait till you finish talking to cut your order off. Overall food is McDonald's(ok) and the service is awful. Went to a funeral here in Harrodsburg and needed food. This was open and I was thinking at least I know the food is known and consistent. I ordered a chicken sammy and a diet coke. My friend ordered a 2 burger meal with fries. It took them longer than it should to get us our order. We did get to order from those touch screens which is really dirty in my opinion. Took at least 20 minutes to process food when lobby was practically empty. Visited at 2 pm so no lunch or dinner rush. Had two separate orders both had items missing/incorrect. Bathroom had no toilet paper in one stall. The only toilet paper in the other stall was the entire roll laying on the floor. Only reason I'm leaving one star is because no stars isn't a option. This is the worst McDonald's in the state of Kentucky. 2 different times I've been given a double cheeseburger instead of a triple. Yesterday I went inside instead of drive thru because it was so backed up, waited 30 minutes on my food. The employees were laughing and joking and not focused at all on providing service. I was so angry that when my order was up I just took it and left because I was so ready to get out of there, only to realize my sons chocolate milk wasn't in the bag when I was almost home. McDonalds has the best coffee in town and smiing faces at 6AM. For a low calorie snack, you can"t beat their ice cream cone.

Usually this McDonalds is pretty good. Went there today (Sunday 3/21/21) at it was an awful experience. Everything was cold, dry and the buns were stale. Basically inedible. Plus they got my order wrong. I had originally wanted breakfast meal. Asked for egg mcmuffin was told they didn't have any. What had happened was they had switched to the lunch menu but rather than say that I was told "We ain't got any muffins". I had ordered an orange juice but cancelled that for their lunch menu items. They still gave and charged me for the juice. So I won't be going back there anymore. read more

Worst McDonalds I've ever been to.. One of the managers couldn't figure out that 2x2=4 and had an attitude when I called to tell them how badly they had messed my food up.. It's like they only hire incompetent people that literally can't read a computer screen.. One day I went through the drive thru and they had take half of the order to another car.. I asked for said half and they all looked at me like I was the idiot and then had to hand them my receipt for them to realize what they had done.. The woman running the window turned around and told the other girl that she didn't know what she was doing and I told them they had made that very apparent..
