The worker at the window was totally rude. I ordered my drink as I normally do and she told me that some things I say are "unnecessary". I get this drink 1-2 times a day so I know how to order it so it's made correctly. When I got my drink and it was wrong because she did not add extra milk for the light ice it was incorrect. She repeatedly tried to describe what a latte is in an incredibly condescending way "it's just coffee and milk", the drink I get practically everyday and make at home. Then the "coffee master" redid the drink and was passive aggressive and when we drove away called me a f'ing b. I don't have issue with other Starbucks and try to be polite and kind to the workers because I know they deal with jerks but this was just unacceptable. I hope their day gets better. read more

While at times the wait is a few minutes we have always had a great experience here. The eggs are always perfect. The Strawberries & Cream is delicious & the coffee very good. The drive thru staff have been friendly, funny & always kind. The employees have always had a smile on their faces even when two people called in. We frequent this Starbucks & have no plans on changing that. read more

Super rude and very costumer service! I ordered a drink, they don't have any of the fruit pieces. I said it's ok without it as I really like the drink just to be handed something that looked like pee and water. When I asked well what is in this drink that is now completely different from original the lady gave me bad attitude and was rude and walked away. This is the worst Starbucks. Every single time I come here the drink is made incorrectly (my go-to drink). Their app calculating time is always SO OFF. It either overestimates or underestimates severely. That doesn't bother me as much as paying for crap coffee. And when I ask for a remake, maybe don't be so obviously annoyed by it.. Staff member did not know how to make a caffeine free pink drink ( which is on the website).Demonstrated no interest in finding out how to make this drink. Was dismissive in her attitude and conversation with me. Other two components of out order were wrong. Thankfully there are other options of coffee houses to patronize. The idea that they constantly close the lobby and offer drive-thru only is indicative of a manager who keeps the store short -staffed. The staff is wonderful, but when you want to purchase an item only offered in the lobby and every time you come by it's drive-thru only.... If I could give this location ZERO stars I would! This place is the most unfriendly and the slowest service I've ever seen. They mess your order up all the time then get even more of a bad attitude then they already have when you tell them. Going inside is even worse! you can walk in and stand there to order for 10-15 mins while everyone stares at you but won't come take your order. Don't even bother trying to order ahead because you are going to still wait 45 mins even for a cup of ice water! They should build another one to take the work load off these guy because it's very obvious they can't keep up and have an overhaul on their employees....maybe hiring ones that are friendly. read more

I usually have a great experience at this particular Starbucks and I go almost every day, but today I ordered through the app and got my usual drink and a couple of sandwiches. They were busy and it took awhile before getting my drink, which was fine, but I never got my sandwiches. Four employees saw me stand at the pick up area for over 30 minutes without saying anything to me or asking if I was missing anything. Eventually, I politely flagged one employee down and was told they were out of the sandwiches I ordered and then she started to walk away from me without asking if I wanted something else or refunding me. I told her that I ordered through the app and I need a refund for those since I wouldn't be getting them. A different employee helped me, but it really rubbed me the wrong way that no one bothered to inform me that they were out, even though the app didn't say so when I placed the order, and they were just going to let me stand there or take my money. My time was wasted and I was made to feel like a nuisance even though I was kind to everyone despite the poor customer service today. Really disappointed. read more

I love my local Starbucks!! A couple of weeks ago, I placed an order via mobile app. When I went to pick it up, they were out of one of the items on my order and not only did they substitute it, they gave me a cookie and a Starbucks card to use for my future purchase that was worth more than my item would have been. They went above and beyond to make up for the out-of-stock item and I was seriously impressed! Every time I visit the staff are super friendly and helpful. This is probably why I'm here almost daily. so happy to see a Starbucks in Danville, being close to Kroger, Liquor Barn, Hobby Lobby and TJ Maxx it's in a happening spot!! Each time I've gone it looks like the drive thru stays busy. The inside is very nice and clean-- every city deserves a Starbucks the baristas in there are kind and quick to serve up coffee. With constant traffic on the bypass it's a good stop before you're on your way. Check it out if you're in the area! read more

I hate this Starbucks! The standards hours are from 6am to 9 pm. The problem is they may be open or not when you show up. For the 3rd time I've shown up in the last couple months and they've been either completely closed or there's a sign saying that the last order was taken 30 mins before my arrival at 8pm. Um you don't close for and hour. What's up with that? The sign says nothing about COVID or new store hours. They just decided to close. Like the saying goes, the 3rd times the charm. The store closes at 9:30, so I show up at 9. Can't go inside. Only the drive thru is open. Two other customers tried to go inside and couldn't. So, one man is in a vehicle that is too tall for the clearance for the drive thru. So he is unable to get service. This isn't the first time this has happened. There are two employees inside and could easily handle having the store open inside and with the drive thru. Very disappointed! If you're going to have close times, that's the time the doors close.
