Terrible place for eat. Why does this burger need that much ketchup and mustard. I called to complain about it and all I got was they didn't know. Do you need to put a soggy burger in someone's bag? We go here a lot because it's close to home. Not bad. Only messed up the order a couple of times. Overall decent. Clean.

We ordered two Deluxe Quarter Pounders with no Cheese and Onion. We got two chicken sandwiches! Not Beef but Chicken! This is not the first of incorrect orders at this McDonalds! The service is bad, rude and inconsiderate. Read the one-star reviews which clearly represents the attitudes towards customers over the last 10-years! Brand new location on SE 29th and Harrah Rd. I was sad to see the area grow as we moved here to get away from the chains. That being said, at least I can get my Mcmuffin fix without driving 20 miles! They are new so everything was nice and clean. We will see how it fairs in a year or so. They have a large parking lot so it will work even if you are hauling your hay or animals around! Food is okay at best. It takes a long time for it to come out, my average wait time is 15-20 minutes - not bad if it was a full wait staff type place. They one night I was there the manager was screaming at his staff - which in turn cause the food to be wrong or made properly but got messed up in the process of getting to my table and the fries are always cold. The cashiers are nice but the cooks and drive-thru staff have major attitudes. If it wasn't for the fact that it is so close I would for to another location but the next closest one is 20 some odd miles away. The last time I went there I had to send back my sandwich three times before i said screw it, everyone else in my party was either done or almost done with their food. Given the last visit I will not be going back to this location, I'll be going to the that is 20miles away! read more

My dad went to McDonald's to het me and my cousin a happy meal. I told my dad I wanted a cheese burger just meat and cheese. My cousin ordered a chicken nugget happy meal. My dad CLEARLY told them "one cheese burger just meat and cheese please" and he came home with the order, my cousin got EXACTLY what she wanted and when I opened the happy meal, it was NOT what I had ordered! Our visit started with the fountain drink machines out of order, and it all went downhill from there. It was hard to find a clean table to eat at. When we picked up our order, my husband's sandwich was supposed to be a Sausage McGriddle, and he got a Sausage McMuffin. The bathroom had tissues everywhere and the hand dryer barely worked. They had plenty of employees "working" to be able to clean. And just before leaving we witnessed and employee sticking her bare hands inside the ice machine to see how much ice was in it! I've eaten here dozens of times. The quality is the same as any other standard McDonald's. They've only gotten my order wrong twice. My big complaint is they always take forever! It doesn't matter if you are the only customer. Be prepared for at least a five minute wait, even for one value meal. read more

Simply put, this is McDonalds. It's quick, easy, and somewhat cheap. The one here in Harrah, off of 29th, you have a 50/50 chance of being satisfied. I was curious how long the drive thru would take when I witnessed 5 cars decide it was taking too long and drove away. I waited 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 1 drink on a Sunday morning at 10:30am. My husband went thru the drive thru and ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, no onion, no tomato, and no bun, with fries. He received the bun, lots of onion and tomato. Also, a 6 piece nugget which was cold and dry. And lastly a crispy chicken sandwich, that was soggy and quite frankly disgusting. Fries were also cold. I just have to ask a question for anyone in the restaurant business: what does the phrase "no pickles" mean? Because if you go to the same place on a regular basis and ask for the same thing, the employees should have some clue as to what I said. After all, I'm sure some of them have at least a 3rd grade reading level. Basically what I'm saying is this: when you ask them for a burger with no pickles and say it really slow and numerous times, the message should get across. Ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin. It was so raw that it dripped out of the wrapper through the bag and got all over my seat. I went to return it, and was given only a portion of my refund after dealing with the rude cook shouting, "What's this bithch's deal?" My deal is that I don't like raw food. The highlight of the trip us that because the way the drive thru is lined all the way with parking stones, I was trapped for another 25 minutes in a line because of the extremely slow service. Went here on the way to my Inlaws and will never stop there again. They need to get all new staff that is going to a least act like they are happy to be there and take a little pride in there job. My went through the drive they and sat at the second window for about 10 to 15 minutes waiting on 4 McChickens and 5 McDoubles and a 4 piece nuggets. When we finally revived the order there was no nuggets only 2 McChickens and 6 McDoubles. Not only was the order not really right we discovered that we was also short a burglar. Umm the service is slow and the nuggets taste funky but other than its pretty good and your fries are SOGGY

I have been going to this place periodically since they opened a year ago. Never in my life have I seen such slow service and inaccurate orders. Not to mention the poor quality of the food that is presented. Not the items they use, but how it's packaged. My 2 year old grandchild could put a wrap together better than they can. Usually I end up having to re-wrap it because it seems like it's crammed into the little box. Or the chocolate on the dip cones is so thick it never solidifies and it's like eating thick chocolate syrup dumped on ice cream. Also, no matter the time, about 75% of the time when I order a latte, their machine is either being cleaned (at 6pm?), they're out, or it's been shut down for the night (at 8pm). And most of the time, I've already paid for it and am told about it when I pull up to the 2nd window. There I'm offered a coffee. A coffee and a latte aren't even close to the same price, but I've never been offered a refund in the difference. Just coupons. I don't want coupons. I want my latte or a refund for the difference. I have complained to the DM in the past, and then had the manager at the time call me. He blamed it on the "young staff" there. Well, the only time I have ever been apologized to was by a young teenager who had to get on the other older employees that work there. He said there was a customer waiting (for my latte) and was wondering why I had been waiting 5 minutes. Apparently they had to go in the back and harvest the vanilla bean for the syrup??? But he was also running the front registers and getting food out to the customers 3 to 1 against the older person running the drive through. I was watching...as I had come in from the drive through because they didn't want me holding up the line. So to say it's because of the young staff there...I don't buy it. I think it's poor management - and it obviously hasn't gotten any better, and the sheer laziness of most (not all) of the employees who just don't give a crap. I understand that "it's just McDonalds. What do you expect?", but seriously, how long does it take to get your act together, have working machines, and serve correct orders in a timely manner? As for the 30 second guarantee in the morning through the drive through...rarely have I seen that happen. And this morning was the final straw. 3 minutes I had to wait at the 2nd window. And with not so much as even an "I'm sorry for your wait." I just got my food shoved out the window with a "Thanks." I don't know why I keep going back... read more

She slammed the window shut and when she opened it back up she yelled to another coworker "because they're asking for extra stuff!!" Like we weren't even there..
