Stopped in today for a Cheeseburger Value Meal. Anything but value as the burgers weee dried out and appeared to have come from under a heat lamp. They lie about their hours. McDonald's website says that this location is still a 24x7 spot for overnighters. However the night manager at this location randomly closes shop during the overnight for several hours at a time between switching from the dinner menu to the breakfast menu. Very unreliable. Would be helpful if they posted clear hours to the corporate McDonald's website and/or shut off the golden arches sign when they decide to randomly close shop for the rest of the night. This McDonald's has a few issues. For one, the double drive-thru capability is actually a hindrance. It is very difficult to order your food when the person in the car behind you is ordering their food and SCREAMING every single word of it. I had to repeat my order several times and if I am not mistaken, this defeated the purpose of double drive-thru capacity. My second, larger issue with this location was the terrible coffee I was served. I've never had a problem with McDonald's coffee, per se, however, this McCabe crap isn't getting the job done. The coffee I received was basically a cup of sugar. My immediate impression was, "Wow! May I have some coffee with my sugar?" McDonald's, you don't have to try to compete with awful coffee chains like Starbucks. Let them sell the disgusting, sugared-down concoctions. You need to focus on the food of the working man, and that is decent breakfast sammies, burgers, and drinkable coffee. read more

We went through drive through on Thur Febuary 10th approx 9:30 pm They got our oder totally wrong we ordered mcdoubles no pickles we got regular cheeseburgers with pickles We ordered mchickens those werent even in the bag!.We asked for fresh 20 piece nugget and those werent even warm.Fries we ordered 2 large those were actually hot but not even half full.The Quarter pounder was on a cheeseburger bun black all around outside of burger.Cold and dry wasnt even edible.This Mcdonalds has gone down hill so bad.Go elsewhere go hungry this place is terrible. read more

I came in to order lunch. I walked by an employee who was cleaning the top of the garbage can with a paper towel and cleaner. I proceed to walk up to the cashier and the same employee who cleaned the garbage can took my order. She then proceeded to give me my cup putting one finger inside. I asked her, "wasn't she the one who just cleaned the garbage can?!" She said, "yeah". I asked for someone else to give me my cup. It never occurred to her, which it should have; to wash your hands after doing any cleaning before taking care of customers. The management needs to better train their employees because that is disgusting. I do not recommend this establishment. They make sure that the outside of McDondald's is clean yet they do not have proper protocol when it comes to sanitary practices especially when it comes to the handling of customers food. This McDonald's used to have decent service. I don't know what changed but this is no longer the case. There is now always a wait. Ten minutes at the drive thru is now the norm. And the counter staff needs some serious training as many shouldn't be working with the public. read more

Unfortunately it seems finding a "good" McDonald's where customers actually mean something to management is harder and harder to find. I understand these restaurants are franchises and ownership is never present but definitely sadness me how paying customers are meant to feel and disengaged ownership seems to be. This McDonald's is supposed to have a 24HR drive through. I have tried stopping there many times for a cup of coffee on my way to work as there are no other good options nearby. It's actually hit or miss whether someone will respond to you at the drive thru order point. I've had the workers standing outside smoking as I pull up, wave me to stop and tell me they are closed. There is no consistency whether or not you will get lucky and they will acknowledge you and do you the "favor" of taking your order. Also call me old fashioned but a worker saying "thank you" after handing you your order would be nice. This seems to be even rarer then being open at night! read more

One of the worst visits to this location. Came here on Sunday 1/7/19 in the evening around 8:30. The girl at the window who handed me my food will get five but the rest of my service was horrible. The girl who took my order was nice until I had to wait until she was done playing with a dog in the car before me. got to the window and told her I forgot to order a drink and asked if I could add one on and she told me no but I could add it at the next window so I never ordered one. I go to the next window and was there for about 5 minutes or more waiting for 2 small sandwiches and 2 apple pies. Seriously 5 minutes that's not fast food. So as I'm waiting I watched the girl at the counter on her phone, touching her hair, went outside then came back in did not was her hands. Turned her hat backwards started playing with her phone again. Watched three managers come up front and the left to the back again. I called the store and asked for a manager (gentleman named Kevin) I told him what was going on and I received no apologies from him at all just an ok. What kind of manager is that. He could only say ok. Kevin I believe you need to find another job. The I asked for another manager come to find out that Kevin is a manager in training still no excuse it's common sense to apologise whether I was right or wrong.
