The food is never ever prepared right the staff is lazy and unprofessional can't ever prepare food correctly and usually miss whole items

Also, they charge $.20 for a straw and $1.99 for a cup of ice. Orders are always wrong. Employees are never wearing their uniforms. Their hair looks completely unclean and unkept. It is never tied back out of their face. They handle money with gloves on and use the same glove hands to handle the food. Why do u say open at 5am, when no one speaks at the drivethru or comes to the window. I get there at 530 am and I'm sitting there waiting for someone to speak. Sometimes I'm waiting for 5 minutes for someone to speak. Then Sometimes no one speaks at all and I drive around and no one is there. Then I go to another McDonald's with no problem. But it's out of my way. U should close this McDonald's in the morning cause no one is never there. And just open for lunch time. This McDonald's gets the orders wrong 85% of the time and have workers with horrible attitudes. Especially the female workers. The main dining area is still shut down; even though the mask mandate has been lifted. The wait times in the drive through are ridiculously long. The workers are unprofessional and have horrible attitudes. The owner of the restaurant is no better. When contacted by the owner who was also notified by corporate. The owner showed no interest or responsibility in making any of the situation better or compensating for her inadequate staff. Came inside because the line was long I'm the only person in the lobby it took almost 10min for an ice coffee and a sausage biscuit . The cashier kept hanging in the lobby with her friend when she could have been making my drink horrible service and customer service lets hope the food is hot and my coffee is right! I just went there today to order a steak egg and cheese bagel . I waited 15 mins for one sandwich and nobody was in front of me ! When I ordered the order taker didn't tell me to verify my order or to pull up so I was sitting there like a fool till I realized she wasn't going to say anything else ..... once I got to the window the cashier look like she didn't wanna be there she didn't even say the price she just reached her hand out for my card! The owner drives a new jaguar with plates that declare her "debt free", but she doesn't give her employees raises. She has people who have worked for her for years for minimum wage and I'm under the impression Mc Donalds has a policy that they give their employees raises after a certain amount of time. With that being said the store manager counts down the register and pockets a few dollars from each shift then bullies kids into cashing their checks on site to payback the difference between what their register was suppose to be and what she stole this isn't the perfect location for your kids to work or for you to eat. If I could- Zero stars. I have had tons of horrible encounters with this McDonalds in the past but none worth telling about but this really takes the cake. I went there this evening and ordered two sundaes. There was only one person in line in front of me. Waited 15 minutes for the person in front of me to get their order. I was as patient as possible considering all I got was two sundaes and was already waiting 15 minutes. I understand a lot of places are understaffed at the moment. I finally get to the window and they tell me to pull up to the gate. Wait another ten minutes and nothing. While I was sitting there I get a call stating my mother was being taken by ambulance to the hospital, so I bolt out of there- my mother was more important. I call them while I am on my way to the hospital to ask for a refund and that I was sorry for the inconvenience. The phone rings over and over for 5 minutes before some teenage boy picks up. I explain what happens and before I can even finish he hangs up. With the benefit of the doubt, I call back thinking maybe it was an accident. Again, rings forever before the same boy answers. I explain AGAIN what happened and ask for a refund, instead, I hear laughing on the other end, and then he starts making this noise that doesn't sound like any words at all, kind of like yup and ugh mixed together. For five minutes straight he does this. I tried being nice but then asked to speak with a manager and got hung up on again. I called four more times and continued to be hung up on over and over until they finally just let the phone ring until the call was canceled. I will be calling corporate first thing tomorrow. I moved away from this location a year ago and refused to eat at this location. This was due to poor service and bad product (fat free hot chocolate with a substance that was bitter making the drink undrinkable). I recently bought a house in the area and because I was running late, I went back to this location. Once I got to my location, I remembered why being a touch late for work was preferable. I had two biscuits. Both were a little hard around the edges and tasted nothing like the biscuits I am used to from other McDonald's in the area. I was charged $1.09 to get a small hot chocolate instead of coffee or soda. The hot chocolate tasted vaguely of chocolate and when I looked into the cup, it was a very light tan color. The taste was closer to mostly water (I was told by another location that McDonald's uses milk) and some chocolate thrown in. Granted, it may have been that the employee didn't realize that they were out of chocolate but one would assume that the machine would have been flashing a warning. While I could have called in a complaint, the last time I attempted that - no one answered the phone. I did call corporate and someone took my complaint - even offered to look into it further but I just assumed it was an error and wasn't an issue - perhaps it should have been. Seems like the only thing this location is even remotely proud of is their Live Gospel (not interested in your religion) and their Universoul Circus basketball near the drink machine. read more

biggest mistake in going there! ordered a steakhouse burger,3 cheeseburgers and 2 large fries in drive thru, said pull forward and wait. OK. 10 minutes later still no food and still sitting there! 21 minutes after I paid and still waiting, i'm pissed now. I am still in the drive thru pull up waiting spot, I go in, wait my turn in line, and ask where's my food, some young girl manager says they are still waiting on it, okay, I ask does it take 26 minutes to cook a burger. I get a deer in the headlights look from her. Again I ask how long does it take to cook a burger- maybe 4 minutes tops- right. She says yes. ok so why does it take 27 minutes(now) to cook a burger, her answer " I don't know", now I am mad, I say I don't know is not an answer, why does it take this long to get a burger. 31 minutes after I paid I finally get my food and the bun is burnt to hell, nastiest thing ever. And as im sitting there waiting I get no apologies or anything, not even a "would you like a coke while your waiting" I will never ever eat at a McDickheads again, I hope the owners read this and feel a little bad, not about what happened, but that they will never get a penny from me again. A few weeks later I went there again. Still slow, got my food and left. Got home and the order was wrong, completely wrong.
