This McDonald's is located 0ff of I 70. So it was pretty busy. The drive thru was so long. I went inside to order. About a 5 minutes wait. Although a lot of us were confused about kiosk ordering. The manager was so attentive in helping everyone out and getting the condiments they wanted at no extra charge. Hats off to this lady (manager). Working on Sunday 20 July 2025. I have never been less impressed with a restaurant. Food was cold poorly assembled and they let it sit on the counter while they waited 20 minutes to pour the soft drinks. 0/10 Not to mention, a lady got a hot fudge sundae, and they filled it up a third of the way with one singular pump of hot fudge . The service in this establishment is non-existent. The manager clearly does not know how to manage and it shows. The poor employees were obviously overwhelmed as I watched them scramble. The poor associate at the register was brand new with no guidance. So no surprise when my son's simple order was incorrect. This is after waiting 20 minutes for a plain sandwich. The manager was not apologetic for the error and to add insult to injury she did not feel it was urgent to provide the rest of my order and went back to scrambling. The renovation is nice but I suggest some Leadership and Service training and a better vetting process for the managers you hire. read more

Rude. I have had many great experiences with this particular McDonald's, but I am absolutely outraged on behalf of the elderly couple who ordered breakfast on February 17, 2026 at the drive thru around 7:45AM. I worked in the restaurant business for nearly a decade, including drive thru, so I know people can be frustrating sometimes. But the person who dealt with this little old couple should be fired. It's obvious these folks didn't know that a meal included a drink. And when the order-taker realized that, she used it as an opportunity to confuse and harass these people by talking in circles at a rapid pace. Shame on you. I'll say it again...SHAME. ON. YOU! These people just wanted breakfast and you either used them for entertainment, or to feed your pathetic ego. I have been let down multiple times at this establishment! Over the last 3 years, I have been served burnt mcchickens (which don't fair well with stomach issues), meals without my fries, and cold food. The customer service is disappointing, with dissatisfactory attitudes from employees (except the morning ones). Throughout the day, you never know if you'll be in line for 5 minutes, or 15. This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. First what is the point of me putting in a table number is if the lady is just gonna scream from the front that my order is ready. Secondly what happened to the trays how are we supposed to eat off these dirty tables your staff doesn't clean without a tray? Next why do I put in my order on the screen with what I want on a sandwich if you aren't going to follow my food instructions what if I had an allergy to that item? On 12/20 I went here and ordered a double quarter pounder, when I got home to eat it I noticed it was gritty, almost like eating sand. When I took off the bun I found something smeared on the bun (see photo) I stopped eating the burger and was sick for hours after. I immediately sent a request through McDonalds requesting a refund for the burger which was way overpriced. I did not hear back so I submitted another request. Still nothing from this location and multiple requests have been sent to the management. Go to another location if you can. read more

This is the nicest McDonald's I've been in. Clean, neat, women's bathroom clean and with paper towels, and can push door open with shoulder or elbow rather than having to pull open. Very well thought out. Ps. I especially appreciate the paper towels so wipe the sink area clean when I've finished drying my hands. Don't know if it's ever noticed but consider it my thanks for having the towels available. read more

Probably one of the worst mcdonald's in hagerstown. I always try to use my coupons from the mobile app and the cashiers always give me attitude about it and try to refuse my coupon. They never return your receipt so they can mess something up and get away with it. Always give you the wrong price and then expect more at the window. Service was terrible and the two employees that where working where uncaring and rude. read more

They handed me a half of a McFlurry. They had a crew of young teenagers in the dining area using fowl language in front of my 3 children. Terrible service and terrible food all the way around.
