Absolute garbage. For the second time this month this place cannot seem to get an order of fish sandwich right. Once again I am forced to wait in the drive thru and pull up. What is the point of going here and ordering their garbage food if I have to wait for over priced garbage. read more

Order food from drive up took for ever to get and they were not busy. People talking but no work . 0800 Pm and waited for long time. Great way to start the New Year! read more

This place is terrible, I literally just went in there to place a order. A Spanish worker helped a guy in front of me, looked at me and walked off to the back! Didn't ask if I wanted to place an order or needed help. This is terrible customer service, the days of good customer service is over. These are the people that want more money to do a terrible job. I walked out, I'll keep my money. read more

Received two wrong orders within 1 week. First time they gave me a Big Mac (with everything) when I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal no pickle and it exploded all over the chicken nuggets I got. I turned around/went back and had to get the order corrected. The second time, they had to come out and tell me they were out of sweet tea, then I asked for a sprite and they were out of that too. Got home, and was missing chicken nuggets but had sauce. No quality control, poor management. Such a bummer. You had one job. One more thing - I was the first and only car in line when I began my order. read more

Drive to the next McDonald's. There are 2 decent ones in Libertyville, 1 in Gurnee, and another in between. The Grayslake McDonalds is the worst, their rude and incompetent staff will get your order wrong 2/3rds of the time and blame you. Not that your burnt sloppily made order will be identifiable. The fries come in two flavors, cold or soggy. It doesn't matter what drink you order, for the last 5 years they've only served one flavor, "Broken Drink Machine". Every soda is a medley of carbon water with a hint of metal. In the same parking lot, there is an Arby's and a Burger King, you'd probably be better off dumpster diving there. I guarantee the service will be better. read more

It's great and food really tasty no rude service Matt s is wrong about rude service. The big macs really good tasty tasty one star reviews are wrong read more

Vs other McDs they do not make mistakes often. Very consistent and friendly. I rate this McDs the better one in the area/town. 4 stars only as their order tv screen has not been working for probably over a year. I depend on that to listen to my order numbers. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The manager is terrible just seeing me stand there not bothering to take my order. And then the asshole gladly acknowledges the DoorDash order. Also the drive through line is backed up. Avoid this place. Not worth the trip at all. read more

this is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever experienced. Anytime I go there I am bound to have something missing from my order. For example, just got a happy meal and no french fries. Imagine coming home and your three year old saying there's no french fries. If I could give zero stars I would. If it was just an issue once in a while that would be different, but I kid you not anytime we go there there is an issue. make sure you check your order before leaving the drive-through. unfortunately this is the closest McDonald's to me read more

This is a public service announcement. This McDonalds employs the absolute rudest people I have encountered in the fast food industry. Food was terrible place was filthy poop on the toilet seat garbage on the floor order was completely wrong snd they couldn't care less. manager doesn't speak English and servers looked like they jumped out of a dumpster. read more

I know it's only McDonalds and it's fast food but this location always forgets something we order when I go Through drive through. This time they forgot our 10 pc nuggets had to drive all the way back after getting home and finding out no nuggets. Go back and explain to them they forgot and manager looked pissed like t was my fault and NOT even a apology, nothing!!! I'm done with this one and will go out of my way to go somewhere else. read more

Staff is very hard to understand, is also rude and very unhelpful. Went in there and they misunderstood the order, and refused to fix it. When he put the order in the bag, he threw it in there and ripped the bag. When the manager tried to talk, also very hard to understand, he was very rude and when my husband got a little frustrated, he kicked him out of the restaurant. Worst McDonald's we've been to. read more

Better get your act straight! The last three times I've been there my order has been screwed up (wrong items, missing items, etc) and them the attitude from managers. Really? It seems it is an imposition that I would dare order food from you - and then let you know things were not right. From being downright rude to indifferent, with no apology, does not give me assurance you care about your customers. And not to call customers back when they request it is just a poor practice I sincerely hope it gets better. I miss the days when I was treated like you wanted my business. read more

Worse Mcdonald's to go to. While in the drive thru, I witness a manager yelling at my brother who works there because she was having a bad day. My brother just got released to go back to work after an accident. His mouth is wired shut due to a broken jaw. This manager was yelling at my brother regarding how he was transporting the tea to the front. When in fact my brother was on light duty and limited talking, so he should not have been lifting the tea in the first place per doctors orders. This Mcdonalds is always super slow, messy, and has broken machines. They mess up orders frequently. They ice machine never works. And they dont know how to even give correct change. Its a disgrace. They treat their employees badly and discriminate too. The store owner would not interview my brother for a manager's position due to his appearance. Smh. Don't go here unless you want to pay for overpriced tea or get the wrong order while listening to managers bash employees. read more

We are grateful for all the hard work to make our orders correct and fast at this McD- friendly staff and hot food. Our orders have always been correct and hot-- very Much Appreciated!! read more

This is the worst McDonalds in the area. Every time I order in the drive thru, I am missing a sandwich or fry. Longer than necessary wait times in the drive thru and the cashier is always apologizing for the long waits. I will never visit this local McDonalds again after this last trip. Get it together over there, management! read more

I don't ask a lot of McDonald's, I really don't, but this location is just the worst. The employees here consistently lower my already low expectations for fast food. I have encountered one friendly employee and I am convinced they sent him to another McD because he was too nice to be at this one. Save yourself the trouble and go to another location even though it will probably be out of the way. read more

The drive thru was so, unbelievably fast. We didn't even have to stop the car.

This McDonald's cannot be counted on for shakes, sundaes or ice cream cones. I do not eat anything at McDonald's besides ice cream and shakes, and I would say about 75% of the times I've been to this location they say they do not have ice cream. They should post a note on approach to the drive-through so I don't have to waste my time waiting to order an item that is not available. read more

So I'm trying to get some food to snack on before I get to work and this line is so long idk what the hold up is but once I was next in line to pay at the window, the person in front of me and everyone behind me were waiting 10 minutes for him to pay. He started to become impatient and started to tap at the window which indicated that there was probably NO ONE THERE! Like holy hell people it's a holiday where are u. Over the speaker they said my total was $4.06 when I finally got to the window the cashier, who looked like he was eating, rudely told me my total was $4.02. I corrected him and said "I was told $4.06" he snapped at me saying it was $4.02. I wasn't going to argue I was hungry and all I wanted was my food. So I handed him $4.02 and he GAVE ME ¢96 BACK which means MY TOTAL WAS $4.06. I asked him if I give him the darn 4 cents could I please get a dollar back. He than ROLLS his EYES and GROANS at my simple request. The manager that comes over to see what the problem was and said that my total was $4.06 and made feel like it was my fault to give him the wrong amount and hold the line up. They are so disrespectful. SAVE your time and money here unless u want to feel like your the bad guy read more

Person taking orders can barley speak English and I would think the workers that interact with customers should be able to speak English.

Does anyone speak English anymore? I can never understand whomever on the drive up speaker deal, sounds like gibberish. I clearly place my order and watch it come up wrong on their monitor you can view. WTF? Every stinking time. I always order the McPick 2 so how difficult is that? Well, it's a crap fest at Park City and you never know who's coming at you in this hood, so be aware peeps or go to a different location. Oh yeah, the fries are usually cold so check them before you drive away. I've made them fix that a few times. I detest cold or lukewarm fries they pass off on the drive thru folks. I've gotten in the habit when I place my order saying; I would appreciate 'hot' french fries. It seems to work read more

Today (11-23-16) I came in for breakfast at about 10:30 am for a steak and egg bagel meal. The sandwich was both hot and tasty, and my coffee was made precisely as I asked for it. The service was both fast and courteous, and the dining area next to the play area was both bright and clean. What especially impressed me was the attention that I received about 45 minutes later when I came looking for my cellphone, which I believed that inadvertently left behind. The manager was both thorough and courteous in asking around about it, an effort which I very much appreciate! read more

Bad service, they can never get the drive through order straight. I had to call the mgr on them 3 in one month.

Some of the employees working the drive-thru refuse to scan the McDonalds Deal App because they say it's "too hard"! On the App I was trying to use the buy 1 breakfast sandwich get 1 free. It was 10:00am weekday without anyone in line. Since the drive thru guy didn't want to scan my App I had to pay $1.50 for one sandwich instead of 2 for $1.50. This happens multiple times at this location. Also they seem to always only take cash on most days. Ugh! I wish another McDonalds would open up down the road. read more

Ordered a chicken sandwhich today, took a couple bites and realized it was totally raw. I called to tell them about it and they immediantly started to question me rather than offer me another sandwhich or a simple refund. I will not be going to this location again read more

I really hate this McDonald's the people that work here are not friendly at all. There is a taller Mexican guy I believe he works there from time to time he is the only one that is nice and professional and helpful. McDonald's Corporation in Oakbrook Illinois I am sure this McDonald's does not live up to the McDonald's customer satisfaction. I come to this McDonald's from time to time and I would think out of one of these times I would get good customer service especially from the store manager I have said hi to him and he ignores me I don't see him doing any kind of work. I do not know why but he ignores me every time I placed an order. I would think as a manager he should greet as many people as he can. But instead he was giving me some attitude for some reason I don't know why. If the store manager can be nice he shouldn't be a manager or work customer service. I see where the employees don't go that extra mile to make the customer happy. The only thing I can say positive about this place is the food and they have never got my order wrong yet. I have work for McDonald's about 40 years ago and we would never treat a customer like I was treated I feel like I had some disease or something. From now on I will go to Burger King around the corner I go to McDonalds because it is well known for good customer service. This McDonald's has lost my business for good I will not go there no more. Bad customer service is very costly. At my job I tried to put a smile on every face that I come in contact with I have a fun friendly personality and my customers know I am genuine. The manager here needs a attitude adjustment and he is not professional at all. I will continue going to McDonald's but not at this location. I am sure if McDonald's corporate reads this they will not be too happy. I arrived at this location at 10:46 p.m. on March 31st. The sign on the door says the lobby is open until 11 p.m. I was very upset. I noticed the manager kept looking at me through the window I walked toward word the door and I explained to him through the door the sign says 11 p.m. and I was here at 10:46 p.m. The manager look at his watch and saw that I was there before 11 o'clock. He told me the manager on duty the corporate wants them to close the doors at 10:30 p.m. I find this very hard to believe. Why would they post one thing on the door and supposedly to tell an employee to close the doors at 10:30 p.m. it does not make any sense to me. I was very upset for a couple of reasons. One the door was closed earlier then it was supposed to be. And number two the manager on duty told me that corporate wants them to lock the door at 10:30 and not 11 like the door says. Number 3 it is the principle. To me this McDonald's doesn't value their customers when I come here on occasion I watch them in action I would not treat a customer like they treat customers. Today was such an inconvenience I decided since I was upset I went to a different restaurant. I believe that a business should not close their doors early because there could be a customer on their way to that business. When exactly did the convenience of the workers become way way more important than providing great customer service. I think the managers and some of the employees I think this location needs to be better with their customer service. My question to you like it if you traveled a long distance and the business decided to close their doors early I am sure you would be very upset just like I am. All I got to say is a apology goes a long way a apology would have made me feel a little bit better. But I feel the gentleman lied To me and told me that corporate wants them to close their doors a half hour earlier then what the door says. I will see what corporate says when I call on Monday. read more
