Zero Stars. This is the absolute worst McDonalds. The latte machine and ice cream machines never work. They always have some kind of excuse. Take a peek in the kitchen, dirty as ..... food and trash all over the floor. The manager was preparing food and was not wearing gloves. Everyone has an attitude in this place. When I finally got my food it was only warm because the ambient temperature was 85 degrees. No one cares at this place and it shows with the quality of the product they put out. Although McDonalds Restaurants have similar menus, the maintenance and service make a big difference in the experience at each individual restaurant. This McDonalds Restaurant was clean and had well-maintained restrooms. In spite of heavy rain outside, inside the staff was working to keep the floors dry and safe. The young lady taking the orders in the first window was EXTREMELY rude. She was very short and had an attitude when taking the order. When we drove to the first window she was preoccupied flirting with the young man next to her. Both were playing around taking the headset off and on to talk . Very disappointed with their service . Double burgers only had one patty on our sandwiches. We have been here before and have had "okay" service, but this evening dictated the future visits to this McDonald's. Fuck this McDonald's. It's been absolute shit for about a year. If they don't forget about your order, they might not even realize you've pulled up to the speaker as you watch about 3 cars from the other line go past you while you wait. The coffee machine has also been busted for about 6 - 8 months now. The customer service is not good. Working in fast food and dealing with customers is stressful, but that doesn't mean I want that bad attitude taken out on me, either. read more

Despite the same problem EVERY time, we eat here periodically because it's convenient & I'm obsessed with the fries which is the problem. We order 3 or 4 Large fries each time; yet they give us an amount equal to a small or medium fry. WE NEVER HAVE THIS PROBLEM AT ANY OTHER MCDONALD'S...Probably because the others WANT repeat business & exemplify good or decent customer service. Also, fries have the LOWEST OVERHEAD COST for McDonald's so it makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE why they cheat customers daily over some fries. I hope others will request another fry or have them fill your fries up while you stand there watching them from the counter everytime this happens to you. The customer service will only improve if more people complete these reviews & speak up. There's only a handful of restaurants in Gray. So I said I would never eat here again and I didn't. I have out of town guess that wanted to eat here even after I told him it's gross. So me being a good host I said well I'll go inside again and ask can I wait for my order to be cooked fresh. I was told yes. 1st off the place looks like it's going out of business on the inside. I was dirtier than the last time, it looked craZy. Yet they putting up Halloween stuff. Need to put that energy into cleaning up. It was alllllll kids in there laughing and playing over the food as usual. Waited and waited. I order at 7pm hot food at 7:05. Fries wear gross no salt and taste like it had been sitting out waiting to be dropped or just double dipped. Nuggets wear greasy definitely double dipped. So they made me sit there and wait just to still give me no fresh good. I'm 41 I know what old double dipped food taste like. I had to taste it before giving it to my son who is home from the service. He didn't even eat it. That's the 3rd time I lost money at this location and I see these reviews mean nothing to the owner. Owell. I'll door dash or anything before I spend another dollar. I'm not even give any locations my money. My sister had issue with papa John's and Home Depot and I support her and we don't spend money with these people I'm sure McDonald's will be crossed off for her and her family of 6 also since her kids love other places over McDonald's anyhow. Customers meaning my and my family don't mean anything to these company's. Might be one of my worst McDonald's experiences. Had to go there for breakfast because the Days Inn behind McDonalds was not available. When we walked in we noticed a line of ceiling leaks across the store from the McCafe area behind the counter along the counter and towards the side door. No one there seemed to care that the leaks were dripping on the counter and on my tray. The place as a whole appeared to be not so clean. The floors looked like they were not swept for a day or more. They had just opened the dine in area within the hour and had all but 2 customers so I know it was there since yesterday. I would skip the McDonalds in the future. read more
