Place was ok clean. Bathrooms gotta be buzzed into. No soda machine in lobby. So youre at the will of the workers to get a refill good luck. Workers are rude they'll look at you and just keep walking by won't ask if you need something. Poor attitudes at this point if you don't like your job find another one. You'll get one of the worse experiences at McDonald's there. It's like it's gonna hurt them for you to get a refill. Get ketchup get sauces like it's a burden on them to get you the stuff. You paid for it but gotta ask to get it like beg for someone to do their job. read more

Slow. 6 people working no one asks you for your order. Do not expect to be waited on.

Workers are rude and unprofessional I mean it is fast food but still. Going through the drive through on multiple occasions they have taken someone's order before mine when I was there first. They are so slow to get ur food out or to even get to take ur order. ALSO not to mention they are RUDE and disrespectful to their workers. And they wonder why they are short staffed. read more

WORST LOCATION EVER! Went to get food 2 days ago and ordered a 20 piece nugget with EXTRA BBQ specifically said it at the speaker. We get up to the window and get the bag and I ask for some bbq for my fries, they hand us one more and we drive off, I look in the bag and there's only 3... Then I go today, order a medium and large fry and a large drink, the drink was not full at all looked like someone took 3 huge gulps out‍ and then I look in the bag at my frys and they're literally both halfway full. Every single time I go here they mess up no matter what, never going here again! read more

Did not print receipt, and employee took several minutes to figure out how to reprint it. Was not able to unlock the restroom for me to use it. read more

This is the worst McDonalds to which I've ever been! Twice... because I was willing to give them a 2nd chance... I was ignored while at the drive thru speaker for 3-5 minutes. Finally acknowledged, was able to order, and received a disheveled bag of food the first time... but drove off the 2nd time before ordering because this store is simply pathetic! What incompetence is "managing" this store? Plus, can you not find any employees that are even able to fake a caring attitude? Just plain terrible! read more

No matter a pandemic or not, they take forever to process a food order. And then when you get to the window, the fries are either over salted or raw...or both. So next time you order from this location, and it's not all locations, stay put and check your order. It's bound to be wrong if you drive off. read more

This place has decreased a lot over the last year. Sadly they lack services that would be available to all other resteraunts of the franchise. They lack soda machines and Kiosk registers. The soda machines have been out of server for at least 6 months. Kiosk machines have went out on the last 3. I have yet to hear or see anything on the repairs of this equipment. It's worrying. The refills costs here as well. Since the soda machines were down I needed to ask for one. They charged me for an entirely new drink. Idk if that's due to covid regulations still being enforced or an accident. But overall this place lacks in abundance. read more

Terrible service the man was not taking our Order and then he looked like Jess Mariano red flag, and he got my order wrong.

This was the most disgusting McDonald's i have ever been in. The food was double dipped in grease to reheat, so soggy fries and over cooked chicken nuggets!! The place stunk so bad when i went back and went inside for a refund, and it was filthy with flies and nats everywhere. I will NEVER return again that's a definite!!!!! To be honest i can't believe they are still open... read more

They had failed to undaye the current prices...the menu listed them lower then they rang up. Not a huge deal but seems like something they should have been concerned about. read more

If you're going to go here, just go through the drive through. If you go inside and sit down to eat you'll be bothered by moochers constantly while you try to eat. Makes me uncomfortable and I'll never step foot in this McDonald's again. read more

Can I give 0 stars? Bad. They focus on drive thru to detriment of dine ins. 10 minute wait for qtr pounder with cheese meal? Please! Besides that, it is a ratchet place. No napkins or catsup on self serve. Must ask permission to use restroom. Give this one a miss. read more

This has to be the worst McDonalds to exist. Slow service and you'll be sitting the drive thru for ages.

The weird thing about this McDonald's is they have large signs explaining that you can only use their Internet for 15 minutes or they will kick you out. I'd say either they have a problem with moochers or they are extremely busy. I'd guess the former. The sweet chili chicken McWrap is pretty tasty...probably not good for you, but tasty. read more

Took me 25 mins to get my food today. You would think with all that time my order would be right. Nope and on top of that it was all cold. Even my drink was wrong. Threw it out in the parking lot. Will never go back. read more
