Typically we receive good service from this location; my only reason for 4 stars is that the posted hours are incorrect. They open later and close earlier than is posted on the door and online, which has gotten us on both ends. Please update the posted hours! Still my favorite location. read more

I was in the drive-thru at Grand Ledge McDonald's about 10:15 a.m. Line was moving slowly so I went inside so I didn't miss the 10:30 shut-off time for breakfast. I placed my breakfast order on the kiosk and then waited so I could pay the cashier. Two other ladies were waiting as well. We waited about 5-10 minutes before someone came to the register. The first lady paid for hers, and she got her food. I then told the same cashier that I, too, already ordered and just needed to pay. In the midst of her ringing me up, the manager, "Jim" walked up in a huff and said in a very nasty way "We're on lunch! There are no more sausage biscuits and hash browns!" I told her I had already ordered my breakfast when the kiosk screen offered breakfast items, and I was paying now. The cashier also told her the same thing. "Jim" repeated "We're on lunch!" and she walked back into the kitchen. This manager was LESS than professional...yelling at the employee! You just don't do this!!! I felt sorry for the lady. I told her that the manager was REALLY rude! The lady just kind of nodded her head. She couldn't say anything. This "Jim," the manager, was not only unprofessional in her manner but in her appearance. Her hair was greasy and you could tell by the way the back looked, she hadn't even brushed it that morning. It was flat like your hair gets while sleeping. I would think McDonald's would/could train, teach and provide examples of how to treat employees; especially their elders. I highly doubt that they ran out of sausage biscuits and hash browns precisely at the bewitching hour of 10:30. "Jim", the manager should be put on notice for her behavior!! read more

During the day, this place is full of friendly, fast and effecient workers. The two times I have come here at night, not so much. Ive worked night shift at a mcds, so I get it. Im not expecting a five star restaurant experience with a side of caviar... but when I order a bacon quarter pounder, I dont want a small single slice of bacon that also has mayo on it. (See pic I posted) I want the standard three slices that come on it. And my large fries filled, not 1/2 way filled. The soda was good though! Avoid going there at night. You will leave unsatisfied. Quality should be upheld no matter what the hour. I get that you are an hour from closing time and you just want to go home. But in customer service, customers needs and basic wants are not an interruption of your work, but the purpose of it. read more

Ethan was a great help overall very kind and efficient with my order and even was funny. I know there was a lot of bad reviews in years past but as somebody who's lived in this community my whole life they've really tuned their act around and it's now a staple of grand ledge!!! Breakfast ends at 10:30am here and every time I've gone the coffee isn't very good :( I wish there was better consistency at this location.

I asked for a large iced coffee and they gave me this and I said um I asked for a large and she said that is our large. I've been here countless times and they have given me a larger cup. If I wanted to pay 5 bucks for a small coffee I would go to bigby. read more

Went through the drive-thru tonight and was literally greeted with, "yeah, go ahead" no hello or anything. Got our order completely wrong, I don't think think they listened to a word we said and got all the wrong size meals. On top of that the fries were cold and the rest of the food just barely warm. Last time my husband went there, he asked for a large chocolate shake with no whip and they tried to hand him a smoothie with no ice? They really need to start listening to the customer and paying attention to their job. read more

I got to McDonalds about 10 minutes before they were going to close. It was as soon as I could get there from being out of town and my boyfriend and I were starving. I get to the speaker and after waiting a minute or two, the employee, instead of the usual friendly greeting, says "Yeah?" I disregard the rudeness and give her my order that I had to repeat 3 times cuz she just didn't care. When I'm done ordering, instead of "thank u, ur total is ......please pull to the first window" I get "17.00" and that's it......I pull to the first window and ask to speak to a manager who is having trouble with the computer so he says " ya know, don't worry about it, we will pay for ur food" I was overjoyed and that definitely took care of the problem until......I get to the second window and the manager says "I got the computer to work so u owe us X amount of money. I said "weren't u comping it because of the way I was treated? That's what u said" and he tried to argue with me. I told him I wasn't paying for it because I didn't deserve that treatment. Finally he did comp it. This location is HORRIBLE with the rudeness. Not to mention, our food was extremely cold. For having to deal with that and waiting that long, you'd think they would've put down fresh fries at least. Either way, it was a horrible experience. read more

Me and my gay boyfriend were just at this McDonald's, we experienced severe mistreatment, when we came in my boyfriend sat down, I then ordered a McChicken since I like those the rude lady then made me pay, (only bc I'm gay) she didn't even give me my receipt ! I then waited along time for our order the lady threw our food on the counter like we're dogs and yelled our number, I came and got my food and began too eat, then another gentleman came in and ordered. HIS FOOD WAS BRUNG TO HIM. He was straight, I was outraged and pounded my table for service... None came, this happened several more times when people came in I sincerely hope this mistreatment stops or I will no longer shop at this establishment. read more

Absolutely beyond frustrated with this McDonald's. Got 2 kids meals and food for my wife and I. Half way home realized they didn't give us any drinks for the kids. I know your thinking we should have said something while we were there. But a truck with 2 toddlers and an infant is stressful. Anyway. Get back to the house open up the kids meals and wouldn't you know it. No sauce. Can't express how disappointed I am with them. This isn't the first time they have messed up my order. read more
