I'm sure no one reads reviews for McDonald's and I wish I did. I ordered at 11:10pm for this location that closes at midnight. Ordered on the mobile app. Got to the drive thru and was told they are cleaning and have no food because they close at midnight and are trying to get out at a decent time. Like WTF. It's not like I was there at 11:55. Maybe this job isn't for you ? Reviews shows this as the worst McDonalds in the country. I second that. Since there are similar reviews, it tells me that management really doesn't care to fix this issue. Very disappointed!! read more

This restaurant stole my money without giving me my food, then the assistant manager, hung up the phone twice on me, then the third time was argumentive with me, then she got really personal by insulting my physical appearance, the District manager justified the stolen money that I lost and glass-lighted the issue by saying, "It's a personal thing between you and the manager" who I don't know, and have never met, really? I didn't get my 10-piece chicken McNugget and was basically told, you might have to go to another restaurant because the management was incapable of doing her job, which was to give me the food that I paid for. I might seek legal action for defamation of character, personal insult, and they stole my money. So, I paid for a product that I didn't receive but instead was insulted, defamation of character with the staff. So, people, always check your order at this restaurant, ask for a receipt and know that when they make a mistake, they'll glass light it by arguing with you and creating unnecessary turmoil, oh yeah, waiting for your order takes over 10 to 15 minutes, so much for the concept of the drive-through. read more

WTH! i live really close to this McDonald's, and we would often go there a lot for the past few years. now have i only realized that this place is not worth your time! food- well, food depends. i would give it a 3 star. usually would get order wrong or cash more than the price is. The customer service does not match the exterior of this establishment. My boyfriend and I sat there at the register for 10 straight minutes while the workers were not working, WALKED PASSED US, counting bags, and not even acknowledging our presence. This place was so slow that I am able to download the yelp app while I'm in the drive thru, and leave a bad review. Then the lady tells me to pull up to the 2nd window without even ordering at the menu. I sit at the window for at least another 10-15 minutes without any interaction. So I drive off hungry and again disappointed. I've had multiple bad experiences with this location. This trip to McDonald's was the most unbelievable and ridiculous experience I've ever had at an establishment in my life. It started at the drive thru, where I ordered 3 different drinks on the menu that they said they are now out of. The employee was rude, disrespectful and used short answers. After completing my order, I pulled up to the window and asked for the manager. When explaining that the employee was disrespectful, he proceeded to tell me that "he didn't give a shit," in front of my young children. After telling him "how dare you talk to me like that," I asked him for the store managers name, and he proceeded to tell me "to f#%* off and that he wasn't going to give me that information because I was just going to be a D#%head about it." After being in complete shock in his usage of profane language in front of my kids, we left with no food. My suggestion is if it was the last place to get food on the planet, we'd starve instead. I'm giving it 1 star because I'm not able to give 0...place is disgusting, dirty, filthy and I'm sure I saw a handful of health code violations in the half hour I had to wait for my sons double cheeseburger and fries that was incorrect. This McDonalds doesn't understand the concept of "fast food". Spent nearly 25 minutes in the drive through for a breakfast burrito and tea. I believe they had one employee working both windows. Multiple bad experiences. Most recently they had me pull forward to wait on a caramel coffee. They forgot me, and I had to run in. It was sitting at the counter. They were all running around in a panic and I have no idea why. It was barely busy. The coffee had no caramel, they fixed it. They were nice about it. read more

Worst McDonalds I have ever been to. I live two minutes away from this place and seriously every time I order from here they screw up part of the order. The manager should be fired. When you call in to complain, she just blames her employees and says you can come back so they will fix it. Avoid this place at all costs. Chicken Nuggets are not cooked often. Tea is usually stale tasting. Try another McDonalds if at all possible. There is one in Middlebury at SR 13/ US20 and on CR 17 north of US 20. Both are 10 minutes away... This place is horrible. Went there for the last time. Stopped in to get my son dinner one night. The place was filthy, trash cans overflowing and the napkin and ice dispensers were empty. While waiting for a Happy Meal I watched the manager deal with an incorrect order. Was supposed to give a guy a side salad but gave him fries. The guy took the fries to his table then returned to complain. He got his salad but the manager took the fries...that had been served to a customer and taken to his table... and proceeded to dump the fries back in the fry bin to be served to the next customer, and that was me. Yes, the MANAGER did this. I told the cashier to make me fresh fries and not dump them in with the rest. She did but you could tell she was mad at the manager for what he did. Talked with one of the cooks, he was shocked by what I told him but wasn't surprised. Said they don't have a decent manager there. I filled out the online survey and asked for the store to contact me. They have not done so. Avoid this place at all cost. read more
