McDonald's - Late night sundae - Burgers Near Me - Gila Bend, Arizona

Clean bathrooms. BUT check your order before leaving. They are not very accurate with making sure you have all your food.

When entering this establishment it looks clean some scraps on the floor but high traffic area doing business here at Gila Bend very satisfied with the environment. We're going to order the classic two cheeseburger meal supersized add big Mac sauce so we will see how it comes out The parking was kind of tight and the line was a little long but like I said location very busy. The food came out fast and with flavor and taste as McDonald's should some kind of addictive product I'm assuming but everything was hot and warm good and fast give this place thumbs up read more

McDonald's - Burgers Near Me - Gila Bend, Arizona

After arriving at the restaurant, we order after a rush and did not get our food for over 20 minutes. When mentioned to the workers, they did not apologize, but instead made excuses as to why the food was not cooked nor delivered. After confronted, employees talked bad about us, and we could see this clearly happening at the cash register from our table. Another person that was with us, ordered something else and still waited for longer than 10 minutes. Very poor customer service. Not happy read more

They have over 10 employees in there, and skipped my order for 20 min until I finally asked and the worker looked confused and she started working on it , really forgot my sauces too read more

I have peed here many a time as I'm sure you have when traveling between Southern California and Arizona and let me tell you: for such a frequented pit stop and for being a lowly fast-food chain, this bathroom is surprisingly reliable and relatively clean. Quality pit stops are certainly 5-stars! read more

I am a McDonalds lover no matter what. Everytime we travel to Phoenix we stop here and get some food. is busy mostly all the time which makes it better because u know ur always getting fresh food the only reason i dont give the fivr stars is because the customer service is not too great. They have so many customers daily that they forget to be polite with everybody. Restrooms are clean but can be cleaner. read more

Stopped here while traveling from Tucson to San Diego on 2/8/19 at 12:07 pm. Husband went in and used the terminal to order my Quarter pound hamburger. Very clearly says that on the receipt but my hamburger came with 2 pieces of cheese, not ordered. Would have brought it back but already waited forever. Manager, your employees aren't paying attention to your customer or the kiosk order. I did not order cheese. Glad I'm not allergic. Please do a better job of listening to the exact order. Not everyone wants cheese on every sandwich! read more

Don't stop here. Always crowded and disorganized. Stopped on our way to San Diego it was packed. We waited 20 minutes for our food. Go to Carl's Jr. just passed McDonald's. It looked clean with few cars. read more

Super long wait. Manager "checked" the bag to ensure the order was correct. Missing 25% of the food. No wonder you're always hiring. read more

First time that I stopped at this McDonalds after being ignored for at least 5 minutes ( i timed this on my phone), this place is not worth stopping at as I left i noticed the overflowing refuse cans and the overall lack of cleanliness. went to the carls Jr down the street, and was immediately acknowledged by the counter person read more

Horrible customer service by cashier to what I found out by a reluctant associate cashier Coleman. Ks# 1 on 12/14/2019 @ 1010am in Gila bend AZ. I being a store manager would never ever let my employees help my customers the way he did us. It's sad to see that our new generation has no customer service skills. When I placed my order and asked for coffee he literally told me in a very rude manner well it's over there and pointed. Never saying coffee will be right up. Never had I had such rudeness being spoken too. Afterwards sitting with my 80 year old mother whom says daughter stay calm not everyone will be friendly. The associate whom I requested the cashiers name from even was hesitant to give me the cashier name and questioned why I needed it. I then demanded the name he approached the cashier whispered in his ear came back with name. I just spoke to him his name is rodyner he was opposite side of the coin. He took it upon himself to apologize and made me feel better. I see him with great customer service and concerned about his customers. He is a keeper. read more

Very clean and nice atmosphere that you don't really expect from mcdonalds. Staff is super friendly

Used the self ordering kiosk for the first time. I thought wow, this is easy. I was just ordering to large cups of coffee. I entered the amount of cream and sugar to add in per the screen instructions. Why bother when the lazy people behind the counter hand you too large black coffees and inform your the cream and sugar is over there. RUDE! read more

Went through the drive though, ordered the hot cakes. Got my bag and drove off. No silverware, no syrup, no napkins. Just the pancakes. And $1 up charge for getting orange juice with a breakfast combo? They want to get paid $11 a hour but can't put the correct stuff in a bag. Hm. read more

The first Drive up window is covered with a sunblock screen, I drove by it only to hear knocking from the back of my truck. So I pulled back to pay. Then they forgot straws. Then had to pull back because they gave my 2 year old frys instead of apples. Gila bend is punishment from above! read more

Just went through drive in for a shake and sundae. No longer use drive up window for pick up you sit in a line and wait. Ten minutes passed, there was 1 person in front of ya, and I went on to get my order. Staff walking around not helping customers. Drive through does not have dedicated staff any longer. Been in line for 27 mins! Slow as can be! Hungry people beware! This place sucks so bad. yelp wont let you write a short review. They make it to where they want you to bash a company. Yelp is a joke! Yelp is joke! read more

The absolutely slowest McDonald's ever for many years we passed through Gila Bend and always regret stop at this McDonald's. Stood in line for 10 minutes which is three people in front of us the people behind the counter just looking at each other nothing getting done read more

I am not a big fan of fast food however when driving to from Phoenix/San Diego it is the most convenient spot to stop and grab a snack and use the facilities. Sometimes I wish the Love's next door had a Subway or something like that since Gila Bend doesn't really have health food options. read more

If you get here during rush hour, it can get pretty slow. However, breakfast is par with other decent McD's and the bathroom and general cleanliness is slightly above par. Good place to take a break. No playground though. read more

Choose another fast-food restaurant in this town to get a bite to eat. Service and quality of food are definitely not worth the wait in line. Wait to reach the next big city to get your McDonald's fix. read more

Typical newer style McDonald's. Typically when I go they always mess up my order. How hard is it to remember NO PICKLE? But they screw it up every time. Other then that my family really enjoys the food. read more

Hardworking , very friendly. Every aspect of their hard work shows their care for the customer. Not your average Mcdonald's. Five stars!

Sunday June 9th, Went to drive thru to get some coffee at 5:10 am, a guy was taking out the trash and told me they opened at 5 and I said it's 5:10 and he ignored me. A lady inside saw me and she totally ignored me as well. I just wanted to get some coffee and I couldn't get down at the gas station bc my little one was sleeping inside the car so I had to wait until Yuma which was two more hours for coffee. And there was more people waiting and they did nothing about it. read more

The Gila Bend McDonald's is a destination for the bathrooms, not the food or service. I stop on every trip from Yuma to Phoenix (there and back) for a restroom break. The 2 stars is for the restroom, not the restaurant. This review is based on the standard baseline of McDonalds. Given the food is what it is. I normally feel obligated to put an order in as I use their facilities, but I'm basically using them as a pit stop not because I'm hungry or crave bad service, a long wait or McDonalds food. The service at the counter is slow, impersonal and boarders on unsanitary. If you want to hear about the personal lives of the workers (which is not an option if you're at the counter waiting for your food) go to this McDonalds, where the gossip is more important than getting the food out correctly and in a timely fashion (again the baseline is a normal McDonalds). Case in point; last night heading home we made our ritual stop. The restaurant was not busy, maybe a dozen people in the place, total. There were 6 orders pending filling on the counter when I walked up. I ordered a cone and a mocha latte. The cashier promptly put my order on the counter in line with the other six, and turned to look for the next customer, which wasn't there. He was obviously told to work the register not assist with drinks or food. So for the next 15 minutes I listened to the two ladies filling orders talk about who called in, and who said what, and she did this and he did that. My order number finally came up and the lady makes the cone and sits it on the counter after coughing into her hand, then proceeds to make the latte as my cone is decomposing on the counter. She plops the drink on the counter and yells out the order number as she turns and grabs a bag for the next order. No personal contact, no thank you, not even waiting to see if someone claims the order. I just felt this needed to be said since so many others seem to think this type of behavior is typical for McDonald's. It isn't. The management is lax at this facility and the workers unmotivated. So if you need a potty break, stop by. If you want quick service for typical fast food, go somewhere else, this isn't fast, at least not at the counter. read more

Thank goodness there was a McD's in this town! We were driving for hours with nothing in sight and my toddler was screaming his head off! I'm giving this place a 5 because the 2.5 stars turned me off and we almost didn't go. But it was clean, fast and the food tasted just as good as any McDonalds. The fries were just how I like them and our cheeseburgers were just as we ordered them, so that's a win in my book! Thanks for making our road trip a little more tolerable! read more

Got a case severe meat poisoning from uncooked burger. Been dealing with this for over a week. The people there are very sloppy. I asked for a fresh burger cooked. I noticed it appeared undercooked but ate it anyway. My folly. Avoid this place. read more

Stopped here to pee and eat breakfast our way to Rocky Point from Phoenix. Being a popular stopping point for those going to Mexico and San Diego you would think they would be suited to handle a plentiful amount of customers.....Nope. Walked in to see the counter lined with at least twenty tickets that hadn't been made and the kitchen staff seemed to move at a glacial pace. We were able to order right away but got stuck waiting 10 minutes before they called our number only to tell us they were out of sausage. Did I mention it was only 7:30? They still had three hours to go! After yet another 10 minutes they finally were substituted two sad looking bacon strips on a biscuit and called my number. It was the driest thing I have ever eaten. Not that I'm expecting much from McDonalds but c'mon! read more

good fast service, and the food didn't disappointed. i must have come in at the end of a rush because it was a little nasty in there.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's anywhere! Bathroom's trash was overflowing and had no toilet paper. Most pathetic looking employees ever - everyone looked miserable. Manager was a total beeoch when I told her she was giving us the wrong food and stormed off. Rather than emptying the trash bins a worker used some metal device to smash it down. Gross! Food took at least 5 minutes to come out and was mediocre. Go somewhere else!! read more

Most of you know what to expect at a McDonalds, so I will keep this one very short: fast service, hot food, and fairly clean. It makes for a decent pit-stop in Gila Bend. read more

Woefully understaffed. I stopped there yesterday morning and left immediately, after seeing 20+ people in line.
