Stopped for restrooms and breakfast burgers in Gila Bend. Drink station and tables clean. Restrooms were clean, air dryers installed. My food was okay. My tots in the burger weren't that good, as they weren't crispy . Nonetheless, food was affordable and the dining room comfortable. read more

Stopped in while traveling through the city and was happy we did. Clean dining area, friendly service, and a menu that made choosing fun. Two breakfast burgers plus two grilled cheese breakfast sandwiches with sausage came to about $23, which felt like a good deal. A comfortable and pleasant spot for a quick bite. read more

Nice staff. It's so nice to be greeted like a human to human trying to get through today before tomorrow. We had a bad experiences at McDonald's coming here was second choice, now our first choice when traveling through this notable town. Genuinely love driving through gila. History is fun and unfortunately town looks like it's falling into history. read more

Carl's Jr - a soda dispenser in a restaurant - Fast Food Near Me - Gila Bend, Arizona

We heard this was a place to try. On line it states they close at 11 I believe drive through. We walked in and stood at the counter for 6 to 8 minutes. We heard the staff in the back giggling away. The cook right there but chose to ignore us. The girls came from the back and informed us they were closed! We were in the door before 10 pm. If you are closed then lock the door. So disappointing and unprofessional. read more

Food and services were outstanding Have driven by Carls over the last five years Never saw it Has lots of Tesla chargers in the parking lot read more

I've been to this location a handful of times as I go to Phoenix frequently. I usually eat in. Today I went through the drive though and was halfway through my sandwich when I turned the lights on in the car and realized the bread is extremely moldy. The drive thru worker looked pushed to be there working and probably gets joy or of serving these burgers to people. read more

If I'm doing fast food, I prefer a double double at In and Out. But I've never had a bad experience at a Carls Jr/Hardies until now. Wow. Where to begin? Fries were cold and squishy burgers were flat and tasted like something from a high school cafeteria. We ate just to get food in our stomachs. Will not return. Ever! read more

We pulled in at 5:47 on a Friday. It was not very busy. The restaurant was clean, and the service was friendly and quick! We ordered 3 of the California Classic and 1 El Diablito charbroiled double deals. $3.49 each. Not bad burgers, pretty tasty actually. Not quite like the picture on the exterior window It was tasty and I will probably stop again if we are in Gila Bend, Arizona. read more

Why do I need to ask for my drink to be wiped off? If you're handing it to me, holding it with 2 fingers as it is dripping with soda, give it a wipe, would you? read more

This Carl's Junior and the two workers I saw tonight were disrespectful and vulgar. 1. They decided to close 1 hour before the posted time. Then while I was pointing it out on their drive through sign the man on the inside flipped me off. These people should not be working in any capacity for a service industry. But hey if the bosses at this location are ok with it. I guess that's ok. So if you like bring disrespected for simply pointing out a locations policy, eat here, as for me I wouldn't give any money to this location. read more

This was by far the very worst fast food experience we have experienced. Aside from messing up our order. We ordered two famous star combo meals, which, according to their $ poster, were $5.99 each. So we should have been charged approximately $12.00 plus tax. We were charged $30.00. They forgot are fries so we had to wait five minutes in the parking lot for the fries. Not to mention, we gave the exact change for out order and the clerk couldn't figure out how much money to give us back. If you're going to up minimum wage, then train people to earn the increased wage. I have stopped eating fast food because of the high prices and disappointing service. We were traveling and had no other option. We're sorry to stopped at this Carl's Jr. read more

I unfortunately ate here and soon after, as I was getting ready to leave, I started to notice that they have some kind of bug infestation.. and I mean infestation! There were these little black bugs everywhere. For a second I almost thought they were rat feces, but then quickly realized they were moving. Don't know which is worst They were all over the floors, walls, in the bathroom, above the menu, everywhere. How has this gone unnoticed by heath inspectors? I will never go to this location again. read more

Great service, great fresh hot food, and very clean! Staff was very friendly. Best Carls Jr experience I've ever had!

Worst service ever, we drove through the drive through only One car in front of us, It took about 15-20 minutes to get our food, the cashier wasn't helpful, didn't offer us any condiments, it seems that he is forced to be at the window, you guys need friendly cashier and do not keep costumers waiting for long time to get the food read more

I'm going to go all out here and give this particular location 5 's. Usually when we stroll into this town, we will frequent the crusty arches for some artery clogging grease or run down the street to the king of whoppers and throw back a double. I do, however favor the double Western bacon cheeseburger, it's been an all-time favorite since I was a child. Brings back memories. Thanks mom! My experience, though with traveling, Carl's juniors is usually about a 2-3 experience. The crusty arches next-door had left us super disappointed from the last run. They just could not get it together so I thought what the heck, let's see what Carlos has in store for us. Here we go..... cashier super pleasant and friendly. Customer service was great, order came out right away and it was correct. Most importantly, it tasted awesome. I think of Carl senior or junior were eating lunch with me that day, they would've been proud. Great job fast food employees and management, keep up the great work please and hopefully you'll get a lot more business in that one horse town. read more

Ordered star burger during stop in drive to San Diego. Meat smelled rancid. Ended up eating sandwich without meat. Tasted exactly the same. Had two bites of meat. Really hoping I don't get sick. They need to check meat....unless they knew and trying to pass it off anyway. ?? read more

Chose Carl's Jr because competitor line was 12 cars deep and super slow, Carl's drive thru was empty. Fast greeting and associate work mask, etc..., pleasant recap of our order of large order of chicken tenders, fries and fried zucchini... courteous service while paying. Asked to drive forward as food would be freshly prepared. Order delivered to car, super fresh and hot. All was delicious. Definitely will return based on hot, fresh food and great service! read more

Probably one of the nicest Carl's Jr's I've visited. Carl's is usually my "on the go" fast food joint. I was passing through Gila Bend on my way to Tucson and was surprised to see them open at 02:00. The food was freshly cooked and totally hit the spot. Thumbs up to the Gila Carl's crew! Super fancy! Even has Tesla charging stations out front! read more

Went thru drive thru and when I opened the bag I was ticked off lol. My double cheeseburger was pretty bad looking to say the least. We asked them to make fresh ones (which they did) but insisted the other was fresh.....um NO!, It most certainly was NOT. Anyhow the second was fine and gf liked her burger, neither of us liked the onion rings. read more

2 western Bacon Cheeseburgers and a guacamole burger. And we all got sick. The parties seemed to have been sitting there for a while. Food inspection should really drop in to this place more often. Burger King is no better. My father got salmonella and ended up at the hospital for about a week. They couldn't figure out what was wrong until they asked where we had ate. I ate the same thing he did and mine tastes like a bad patty about halfway thru. I got sick but not as severely as my father. The only thing that I would consider safe to eat at this point is the freshly made pizza at Circle K. I wanted something different even though its tradition for us to always order a pizza. And in will never make that mistake. Stick with the pizza from Circle K read more

Easy to access location and clean seating area. The fries were fresh the burger was ok. The staff on the other hand is a different story. Was not greeted upon entry, had to initiate my own order since staff was to busy joking around with each other. I went to the counter to ask for sauce and jalapeños and when the cashier asked the back staff who was leaning on the counter he literally rolled his eyes due to the "inconvenience". Super rude. read more

This place is awesome! The only reason I cut it down from 5 to 4 stars was that we were there at 1105 and breakfast stopped being served at 1100. First we stopped at McDonalds. The drive thru line was 12 cars long so we went inside. ONE cashier and the line was to the back of the restaurant. Besides the fact that the place was filthy dirty with trash all over the tables and floor (apparently neither the customers nor the staff feel the need to pick it up). No way would we eat there although that has been our number one place to stop for 20+ years. So we drove one block to Carls Jr, the drive through had one car but we went inside. ONE OTHER CUSTOMER! And the place was sparkly clean, even the bathrooms! We will definitely return. To make it even better, the electric car charging station is right in their parking lot! read more

Worst place to come on a memorial weekend. Came and literally sat in the drive through for 20 mins with no response. When I called the phone number for this place. The kid that answered said "there is a bunch of people inside that are waiting and we need to get them their food" ! Lol is he serious. So I said " so what do you not take care of the drive thru then"? And he said the same thing again. All the people in line behind us in the drive through were honking and upset at us as if we were not ordering or ordering too much! So they were all backing out to go inside. So my husband gets off and goes inside and there is 3 boys working and one fat one sitting there doing absolutely nothing. I can not believe there was 7 cars in the parking lot. I couldn't believe they couldn't at least take our order or tell us something... read more

Picture this, it's 1:30pm on a Sunday..you stop to get some food on your way home from California. It's been a long trip, your 2 small kids are cranky and hungry. You jump in the drive-thru line, there's only 1 car..sweet it should be quick. We pull up to the menu to order, "someone will be with you in a minute". 20 minutes later-NO JOKE. 1 kid is crying hysterically, a high pitched shriek that is actively picking away at any patience we had. The other child is repeating "hungy hungy hungy" over and over.. The employee must have been my dad, because they never came back. No one took our order, we gave up and went to leave. Sadly to our dismay, the car that ordered before us, STILL sitting at the window waiting for their food. We were stuck, couldn't go forward nor back. 10 more minutes we sat there in a claustrophobic angry rage. Finally the car in front of us got their food and we were freed from the tortuous prison they call the "carls jr drive-thru". We left annoyed, angry, and hungry. Is there just a bunch of sloths working in there? Toddlers? Clearly they get paid by the hour and they know it. If you aren't hungry and have a few hours to kill, perfect place to wait around and maybe get food by the time you're actually hungry. read more

This is the newest, cleanest, and least crowded of all the fast food/pit stop places in Gila Bend. It's the first thing you pass if you come from the Yuma direction and the last thing you pass if you come from Phoenix. The McDonald's has always been the old standby but now there's a less crowded alternative. It is actually at the western end of the big parking lot that has McDonald's and a whole lot of huge truck parking spaces. Service was decent and food was alright. Bathroom was clean. I usually just blow through Gila Bend but if I need to stop here, this is the place. read more

Carl's Jr - Fast Food Near Me - Gila Bend, Arizona

Worst Service Ever. After waiting for my "fast food" for at least 20 minutes, I asked where it was. The girl behind the counter, Michelle, rolled her eyes at me and pointed to it sitting there in the window. Not sure how long it had been sitting there. Then she says "It's coming!" I was like...umm...today? I have never waited this long for fast food before. Then, she screamed "I fucking hate people!" "Can't they see this is a fucking business?" And threw all my food into a box, and a bag, even though it wasn't to go and shoved it over the counter at me. That was some shit. I was on my way to California, and that stoo took an hour for some dinky little sliders and some cold fries. Pass it by. Eat in Yuma. This may be a business, but it is not a well run business. These people are slow, and that girl is an asshole. read more

Well, let me start with we walked in on Halloween night traveling from San Diego to Maricopa. All the employees were sitting at a table and we got a look that they were put out that we wanted to order. I looked in the kitchen and there was trash all over the floor and wasn't very kept. The guy taking our order was very rude and not helpful with my husband's questions. We should have walked out but we ordered. Got our food and it was ok. Patty of burger could have been cooked more. Anyway, will never go there again! Owner should check on this store! read more

Food was pretty good, I got the famous star protein styke and it was good. Fries were on point aswell

If you are going west on I-8, this Carl's Jr is tucked behind the McDonald's and a Love's Travel stop. It's also the first restaurant on the left if you are headed east. So, it's very easy to miss if you blink your eye while passing through this 'lil 'ole town. I'm not quite sure why the steel decor in the restroom (sink and urinal) look like they belong at a rest-stop or prison cell (The Gila Bend McDonalds definitely has a better looking restroom), but if you need to drop a bomb, chances are that you will have more privacy here. The customer service was also a little off- large parties are allowed to stand near the register and stare at the menu while those in the line who are ready to order are left waiting. Other than all that, it's your typical Carl's Junior. Bon appétit! read more

Sweet potato fries and orange cream shakes, those are my wife and son's kryptonite :-)

They advertise hand scooped milkshakes but refuse to make you a shake for the same reason. First they said they were too busy and it took too long to "hand scoop" the ice cream. Then we asked again when the entire restaurant was empty and they said the ice cream was too frozen. Sounds like a bunch of lazy workers too me!! Terrible service! read more

Worst customer service EVER!!! I had stopped there before and had no issues. Today the manager and employees had a crappy attitude.

This was a nice clean place to eat. It is a typical Carl's Jr. The food was good and the staff was nice, and the bathroom (mens) was clean. The only downer was the do not have their great biscuits on the menu. Too bad, I love those things. read more

I was so surprised by this Carl's! We stopped at the McDonald's next door on the way out of town and decided highly against that on the way back into town. Definitely will be stopping here next time I head that way. read more

If you want food poisoning this is the place to go! My partner eat only one or two bits but had the runs a few hours later. I ate more before tossing it and ending up with the most violent body explosions of the tainted food for hours! We had no other food that day so it can not be blamed. The Bacon Cheese burger must have been setting under a heat lamp for a VERY LONG TIME! The bun was dry, the meat was dry and it was the worst hamburger I every had tasted not to mention the after effects! I am going to talk to their corporate office and the local health inspector because this could have killed someone. The tip off should have been when there were no cars in the parking lot but all the other fast food places were real busy. read more
