The taste of the shrimp was delicious and not overly breaded or rubbery as can be the case when they are overcooked. The tortillas were cooked perfectly, with a bit of puff to them, and crispy enough so they didn't fall apart under the weight of the contents. The flavor of the tortilla was very good as well. The tacos came with a mix of lettuce, tomato, and sauce to compliment the shrimp. I am positively sure that I'll order these again when I'm in the area.
