Started as a normal day trying to get some food and I had to go use the bathroom when I walked in, I heard uncomfortably loud squelching sounds coming from the big handicap stall I did my business but the squelching remained persistent I even called out to the person to ask if they were ok, and no response I peaked under the stall and saw a young teen recording herself fisting her butthole. I retracted my head and went about my day and it scarred me. The food was aight read more

The Food is always Hot and Fresh here. The Service is Great but while eating I noticed that a staff member who was on break. He was being very rude and yelling at the other staff about how his food wasn't ready fast enough. This is honestly one of the nicest McDonald's I've been in. It's always clean and the interior is great. It's a very calm and clean environment except for today. read more

Normally, very friendly service. We drive extra miles to come to this resteraunt. Today the lady taking our order at lunch, around noon today, was very unfriendly. read more

So i don't like McDonalds when they make orders wrong because one time my sister got a cheeseburger and they put ketchup and pickles on it and she crying because she ruined are WHLOE ORDER and the we hand to go back and return it and this time they FINALLY made orders right plus my food was good read more

please tell me what's so hard about reading a screen and making an order correct, i ask for a mcchicken add pickle and i get a mcchicken only ketchup or if i get a burger with no cheese THEY PUT CHEESE. these people are too mf high on drugs to do one simple task. it's embarrassing especially because this is the geneseo location can we have some decent employees? id expect this service in rock island but come on read more

I usually order iced tea and ALWAYS ask for lots of ice. The tea I got today had no more than half an inch floating on the top, the drink was not even cold, and the ice melted right away. This is not unusual. It may not seem like a big deal but iced tea without ice is tea, which is not good at room temperature. Is it really so darn hard to get enough ice to make the drink cold?!! read more

They messed up a VERY clear order. I asked for a HAMburger with ketchup, onions, and pickles. They gave me a CHEESEburger without the pickles. I don't eat cheeseburgers especially from there. It said on the wrapper of the burger the correct order. So someone needs to learn how to read. ALSO not even a WEEK before my Mom and Stepdad went there and got a spicy chicken sandwich. They gave them chicken nuggets, which costs less. So my parents got robbed technically. read more

I got a bacon egg and cheese bagel the service was great got it very quick and the bagel was delicious

The menu could improve for a fast food restaurant for one. The hamburgers taste like sawdust. The only time I will eat at McDonald's is for breakfast. They do have a good breakfast. read more

You'd think that a cashier would know if you said SPICY deluxe McCrispy or DELUXE McCrispy when placing your order. Well, if they were paying attention anyway. It wasn't even an excuse of "It was busy." Sure, there were customers in the store, but everybody had gotten their food by the time I was at the register. There is virtually no excuse that my order should've been screwed up. Something I learned during my time at this very restaurant is to leave your personal grudges outside of the store at the door and have your mind set on your work. This has been a problem long before I got hired, and it appears to still be present after being released. And, with almost no doubt, this will still be the case for years to come. read more

my experience was NOT good. they have so many people working but can't get the order right? I got my child a happy mean and they gave me a COMPLETE different thing. I order a Dr. Pepper and sweet tea, and instead we got Diet Coke and Normal tea and it was not filled up all the way, we also had to wait 5 minutes for a quarter pounder. Do better! read more

Breakfast items are fine. Just can't get past how terrible the French fries are. They are floppy and greasy. Used to be the best fries but no more. read more

Very efficient. They were quick to take out order and had everything ready in a timely manner. Truly living up to the fast food label. I'm loving it. read more

This Mcdonald's is great! The staff is very nice (shoutout to a former employee of the month Jack D.) I love getting a nice spicy m'chicken and it is always very good and quick service! read more

Best restaurant in town, I've went here hundreds of times with my friends. Always good, probably the best McDonald's in Illinois.

I work here and I get a free meal every day and I'm not that picky XD It's always tasty I think service could be a bit better but it's hard to train people up front (counter) because I feel it's a bit more chaotic than the back (kitchen) because in the kitchen it's so structured but when they throw you into the fire upfront it isn't as structured like there isn't an order to things and I feel a lot of employees may struggle with that but there's only so much the managers and gm and supervisor can do when the main priority is customers first training second as for ambiance it's quite nice our managers always say alright it's slow time for cleaning XD not like that but their nice about it ya know as for work culture I would absolutely recommend working here our gm is awesome and we got some great people and when you're dealing with some stuff at home some of my best friends were from here sooo hell yeah!!! XD read more

Good news ... flies are gone. Bad news ... despite a high probability that this place might accidentally get an order correct, they still remain a befuddled group from manager on down. You are inconveniencing everyone behind the counter should you make the smallest of requests. read more

I ordered a caramel macchiato and an iced latte with no flavors, a bacon egg McGriddle with no cheese and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I got my two drinks and had to wait for sandwiches. While waiting I tasted my latte and it had vanilla flavoring. When they brought the sandwiches I returned the latte for a replacement. While waiting I opened the sandwiches. The one that was supposed to be a McGriddle with no cheese was a biscuit. I returned that when they returned my new drink. Which was coffee (no milk) with vanilla flavoring. Definitely not an iced latte. When they brought my sandwich back I said the drink wasn't correct but I would go inside to get it corrected. I went inside and they were already making me my third drink. She asked exactly what I wanted, they made it again with French vanilla. So the fourth drink they finally got correct. I drove back home opened the "McGriddle " only to find out they gave me another biscuit with cheese!! Seriously, a little attention to detail would do wonders. Very disappointing. read more

the place is clean. but, the service is only good in the morning. if you have to go here, always check your order. they will mess it up. they consistently mess up orders. its all they are good at. read more

Seriously the best McDonald's I have ever been to! I go here weekly, and have rarely had an order wrong. They have this restaurant running like a well-oiled machine. Food is always good, fresh, and hot. Drinks are great also, love the new iced caramel macchiato! I am always blown away by the great deals offered on the app! read more

This is the best-run fast service restaurant I've ever seen. It's also one of the busiest; rarely is there not a full parking lot and/or drive thru here. What is amazing is how they handle those crowds - it's like an Indy pit crew. It's not unusual to get in a line of 8 cars in the drive thru and be on your way in two minutes. The staff here are incredibly friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy helping people. Food is well prepared. The owner and managers should be teaching a master class on quick-serve restaurant management. I've never seen anything like it. read more

I once dropped fries at this particular McDonald's about a week ago (if you're reading that, yell it) and they didn't give us a refund even though they saw me drop fries and they made us buy a brand new batch (not even at half price!!) The complete opposite experience of when I didn't have to pay tax for my big drink. read more

I'm giving them an extra star because they sweet talk my dog. It's McDonald's...drive thru is slow, food tastes nasty, fries always over salted and hash browns always greasy. read more

One of the dirtiest restaurants I've ever been in. Dozens of flies buzzing in the resytaurant. Counters were dirty. Restrooms and floors dirty. Shocking! read more

I'm not sure what people are complaining about regarding the flies. We live in the Midwest! There are flies in every restaurant. I personally go here 3-4 times a week and have small work meetings there. They are extremely accommodating, even refilling our drinks at the table, now that's service. The General Manager is super attentive and runs a great crew! The place is spotless! The food is always fresh and hot, and yes sometimes they do make mistakes, but much much less than other fast food restaurants. I think overall, this is one of the cleanest and best run McDonald's around! read more

I love the iced flavored coffees there when they're made by someone who remembers what all and how much to put in them! For some reason half the time they're wrong and I've complained to manager and she gave me free tickets go use to buy more but when I went back the next day and ordered two, the sweetener was left out of them! Please train your employees on how to make these drinks otherwise wasting money going there and the tickets are useless! read more

I went through drive thru, staff was more friendly than most. Food was ok, bun for breakfast was stale but edible. Iced coffee was ok as well, I've had much better at other locations. They were on par about speed but there was no one else in line either. read more
