Man - o man...what came out was a very generous portion of shrimp sandwich with little Matane-style shrimp overflowing! It had a nice tartar style sauce on the bun and I switched the fries for a house salad. I'm a true believer in testing out the local menu dishes and this delivered the ticket! The poutines are unfortunately a little dry, so it's best to opt for another variant of the poutine, like the galvaude, or ask for extra sauce. It's also unfortunate that not every cook is consistant with one another, but to someone who isn't a regular, it won't make much of a difference. Definately worth eating here!

Their ice cream is served in premier restaurants around the province, so it was pretty cool that I could go and have their ice cream on site. I ordered two scoops in a waffle cone, but had her do mini scoops, so I could try four flavors. I got the blueberry and cherry sorbets, dark chocolate and yogurt ice creams. The sorbets tasted like fresh berries and reminded me of pie filling in terms of rich flavor, but a lot less calories and sugar. The dark chocolate and yogurt were both exceptional. They also offer salads and soups. I'd order here daily on my next trip.
