They don't have HUNTR/X Meal available at my local McDonald's and decided to go to a different location that has it which happens to be this one. I heard that it's a family-owned McDonald's and they have their own social media accounts based on the signs I see at the drive-thru. As usual, the line is very long and crowded on a lunch break. Pretty much, the food is alright. The quality is the same as any other McDonald's you go to. I would rely on going here if this location is participating in a meal that I want to have. read more

Had to make a pitstop for and use the restroom decided to make lunch out of it. Restrooms were cleaner than the dining room. Thankfully, the hand sanitizer dispensers were working and had fluid. I ordered a big crispy deluxe meal without salt on the fries and three ketchup packets. I received very hot crispy fries unfortunately they had salt so they made me a new batch that came out hot and soggy undercooked. I don't usually order from the kiosk. I prefer ordering from a person so that the order gets done correctly, but the menu was not displayed correctly on the TVs so I was forced to use the kiosk next time. It's gross because overall table is dirty, leave mess over 30 min as I enter eat then leave, the mess still there and lot of homeless around not keep the table clean and they leave their stuff as person isn't there. I love their fish filet sandwich, chicken McNuggets, big breakfast , sausage with eggs muffin , special items like Mac Ribs, happy meals and you can get a large coffee for $1.69 . With the phone app coupon, it will be 99 cents . Drive through is fast and convenient. I also like to order or vis phone app ahead of time . However, I don't like their burgers as much because some other places have better beef burgers, like with fresh tomatoes and lettuce with no extra cost . Generally speaking. Stable as a rock, I've been more disappointed by highly rated restaurants than this McDonalds which is the "good" one in this area. Unique thing is: -Double drive-through, two lanes with two ordering systems that quickly merge into 1. Great speed and efficiency, they have a good organization system because they have never messed up my order despite how crazy it can get. -Before covid this used to be a homeless gathering spot in the morning, its better now but sometimes you'll get the crazy guy living in his car dumping trash all over the parking lot and throwing cups of his old cigarette butts in the air like our last visit. Older Kid loves the happy meal, we get the chicken nuggets, apple, fries, and milk. He eats it really well and we add vegetables to it at home. The prices for items at Macdonalds have been going up but quality and qua Tory going down. I went to get ice cream cones and the employee MANUEL was very rude and unprofessional. hr have three cones that barely had ice cream and melting. when I asked him why they were in that shape he spoke rudely and mentioned that this is how much they give. This was untrue. I live down the street and go here at least once a week for the past 9 years and have never seen these junior cones before. I expect management to take action and train their employees to do their jobs better. The restaurant was newly remodeled with some cool art, new chairs and tables as well as ordering kiosks. The counter is lower than the one in the past, making it more friendly and open. While this McDonald's has been remodeled and looks fantastic (and bigger) it tasted the same as all McDonalds. Apparently this place doesn't let you customize the meals unlike the McDonald's in San Francisco. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget while my boyfriend ordered a regular burger and we were pretty excited to drink a Shamrock shake since we never had one.... I give this McDonald's two stars today for the following reasons: - Bad customer service (I have been waiting for my food for more than 15 minutes, so I followed up on it. I found out that the cashier gave me the wrong receipt - an Uber receipt - which probably meant I was waiting for nothing!) - Slow service (The line was long already, and there was only one open register.) - The condiments/napkins station was dirty. - I order their big breakfast with hot cakes frequently, and this time the portion of eggs was smaller. - There were sticky spots on the floor. Came here for the Travis Scott meal, widely advertised at $6. As it turns out, this store has set the price for $7, which is very misleading and sneaky way to take your money. But nevertheless, I ordered one set. The employee at the cashier was friendly, and allowed me to choose any soda flavor, not limited to the spirte. After receiving my order, it was very noticable in the car of how good the fries smelled. Sadly to say, they were not hot, (not cold either), just lukewarm, which is not favorable. The burger was decent, bacon was a little bit to crunchy, but the combination of sauces and two cheeses were good, the meat was surprisingly big that it extended out of the burger on all sides of it. Another thing to add, is that they forgot the barbeque sauce that was supposed to be included in the meal. tldr: 2 star review for sneaky $7 cost despite big $6 advertisement, lukewarm fries, forgot BBQ sauce read more

Best McDonald's in terms of drive thru facility. Multiple lanes, spacious enough even if there's a length line. Service is ok, they messed up my orders couple of times, especially the coffee. I was once wrongly handed over a diet coke instead of coffee.. lol Otherwise quite efficient and quick. Dined in couple of times prior to Covid. Decent experience on both occasions. Inside service isn't fast as drive thru. But the people are friendly and nice. read more

Their drive through service is always fast. Their workers work really hard, and they are always super nice. I don't eat at McDonalds often, but I know I can count on them if my best friend ever wants black coffee which is often. The building and parking lot size is pretty small. The entrance to the parking lot can be dangerous since the exit of the drive through leads to where people turn into the parking lot. Really got to be careful there! Overall, I don't recommend going inside this McDonald's; just do drive through! read more

You would think if you are spending $40 on 2 meals being delivered on Valentine's day from McDonald's, they would try to get it right. But no. This location recently got a facelift on the inside. I think the staff must have all left while the restaurant was closed. Your new staff are poorly trained and even more poorly supervised. Recently we got food from the drive through and the order was inaccurate . And just now while eating in we ordered from the kiosk and a female staff member brought our food. She did not bring the drinks. Brought 2 xl fries ( one we ordered was a medium) and she brought 3 apple pies ( we ordered 2).
