my friend got herself a filet o' fish, which was so hard that and she had to rip pieces off, and she still couldnt even finish it cuz it was just a block of fried fish. she was depressed cuz she loves filet o fishes. it was also hot as balls in there. came here for a munch, ended up walking into a sauna. even with how hot it was in there, my fries were still cold. the only thing keeping me sane was my cold coca cola. come here if u wanna sweat off all the calories of ur meal while eating read more

The food was good but the atmosphere was horrendous. Customer service was okay, though it took about 10 minutes for food, granted it was quite busy. The bathrooms were disgusting and looked like they've never been cleaned. The booths were dirty and seemed to have been like that for a while. There was a sticky substance on the ketchup packets and it made me feel like I was in a Waffle House. The floors were also sticky and it was extremely humid. I fear we were not the only customers that were not happy as I heard others complaining too. I do not recommend this place and will never be back. Not impressed with this McDonald's at all. First of all, the restroom situation. One of the toilet was completely filthy. The one that I did use had no toilet paper. Water in the sink was so slow. I thought I had a handful of soap with nothing to wash it off with, but it finally came down. Food service: we were going to get a light lunch and first thing we were told as the frappe machine was not working. Frappe was what one of us wanted so we just left. My wife ordered a mc double to go without mustard or catchup. When she opened the sandwich there was mustard and catchup but no hamburger!

This was literally the WORST experience I've ever had at a McDonalds. Ordered a large iced coffee. Waited forever. Finally get to the window and it's just over half full of coffee and half the cup is whipped cream. My husband asked her to fill it up more and she argued with him that that's all we get. Pulled away from the window, went inside to speak to someone and their solution was handing him a cup of ice to add to it so it was more full. ‍ I don't like complaining but I've never been more surprised by the rudeness and stupidity of almost an entire shift of people. They wasted money renovating this McDonalds. We came here at 7pm on a Sunday night. Not busy at all but the inside dining area was horrible. No clean tables. Drink statio had napkins everywhere. Soda syrup was sticking to the Coke machine. Floors were dirty with food and wrappers. Just no pride in the cleanliness of the store. Makes me wonder if they can't clean the interior when it is not busy, is the staff following food safety procedures like washing hands? Never coming back here again. read more

For the past year it seems this is the slowest service ever! Forget the timer or 90 seconds to get your food, they will delete your order off the board to show good times, but I have waited 20 minutes from placing the order to having the food in my hand without any special order. "We are short staffed, I'm sorry this took so long" is what you will hear when you are finally given your order hot and ready. Some times when I order special requests I get the slivered onions with a few hydrated onions still left on the bun instead of making a fresh sandwich. Exit 144 on Indiana Toll Rd or Exit 357 on I-69, please go to Wendy's, Bubba's Pizza, Red Arrow, Subway in that area or drive an extra 8 miles to Angola for much better service. read more

Worst Mcdonald's I've ever went to. I waited 40 minutes just to get my food. There was only two workers working the food service. I waited 10 minutes at the counter for no one to take my order. Everyone that ordered on the touch screen got their food before me. I didn't have a choice but to order on the touch thing after all because no one would take my order.
