Just brutally awful customer service. I stopped here for a quick lunch with my two sons who have autism. After ordering, we were immediately met by a manager who was very rude. I then asked another manager named Chris to explain why we were being treated this way. He listened patiently and seemed empathetic, but did nothing. My sons were not making noise or doing anything out of the ordinary. After eating, I took my son to the bathroom and left my backpack and their toys on the table because we were returning. An employee decided to throw out their toys and move my backpack to some random table in the middle of the restaurant, filled with people. All of our passports, my wallet, phone, keys, everything was in that bag. Anyone could've taken it. After seeing how we had been treated, another customer actually went over to the manager and really let them know how horrible they were treating us. This man said he had been listening the whole time and trying to hold himself back from intervening, that's how awful the experience was. Thank you Roger and MRS. Roger, you restored my faith in humanity. There are many wonderful restaurants in Fort William, there's no need to eat at such a reprehensable establishment. read more
