I can't believe it!! I actually found a McD that is worthy of 5 whole stars!!! Now, I know what you're thinking, but seriously... have you EVER seen a Sausage McGriddle that looks THIS good??? We popped into the drive-thru and picked up 2 of these bad boys for $5. When I tell you that these were the fluffiest, freshest, most flavorful McGriddles I've had, I speak the truth and nothing but the truth!! The service was quick, and the line moved fast. I normally end up with a sammich that's obviously been sitting a while, with the cheese crusted over and dry AF. Not this time, baby. These things were made fresh when I ordered them. I could go on forever about these glorious McGriddles, but the proof is in the pudding, as you can see from my pictures. I hope this wasn't just a one-time deal. Next time I'm here, I'll order again and hope it's just as good. I might even dine in for the complete experience! So, I asked for the number 2 meal. I was told by the drive thru attendant they they weren't doing that either. So I left. Extremely poor customer service. Please hire better staff. It smelled like someone basement that they have lived in for years. I orders the filet-o-fish and when I took a bite something was like hard in it and when I spit it out there was a press on nail in it. I don't recommend the filet-o-fish because of the nail. Then I ordered an ice cream they told me there machine had broken down so I said okay and got a cookie instead but not even a few minutes later a little kid walked in with her mom to get an ice cream and they gave her an ice cream. read more

Worst experience ever!! Tonight on our way home from being at the hospital with out a bite to eat all day we happened to notice McDonald's was still open. We walked inside and immediately a blonde employee walks up and says "we close in 12 min so make it fast" , which we responded no problem we know exactly what we want . Myself and my 3 children order 1 burger each and my youngest son asked for a fish fillet. The blonde employee working up front looks over and says out loud and states to the other employees of course this rude ass lets her child order the hardest sandwich to make right when we are closing. I have normally had pretty good experiences at this location but this time was a disaster, I almost said Never mind and left but my children were hungry. Until we received our order that same employee was talking about us out loud. One star. It was Sunday morning in March, around 9am. I pulled up to grab a quick breakfast on my way to an airshow in Tucson. I ordered my favorite McDonald's breakfast, oatmeal with orange juice and a hash brown. After a couple of minutes waiting by the window, they hand me my food, and I pull away. When they opened the window I noticed it looked somewhat rundown and there was a weird smell, but no matter. I open the bag to check I got everything before I continue on my way, and to my brief delight everything was there. I open my oatmeal, grab a spoon and am about to take a bite when I notice something is very off with the oatmeal. The "oatmeal" in question turned out to be some gooey half clear, half milky white substance with oats sprinkled at the bottom. I physically recoil at the smell and sight of the food, but it's too late to turn back. I simply put it back in the bag. I take a sip of orange juice, but it tastes like floor cleaner and a sneeze. It's fine, I have water for the trip. Finally, expecting the worst, I take a bite of my hash brown. It's dry as a cardboard box and tastes like an old sock. Demoralized, and still hungry, I put everything back in the bag and go to a Starbucks nearby. It's honestly a surprise to me this ramshackle operation of a McDonald's is still open, especially considering there's another one like five minutes North of it but oh well. To anybody who read to this point, or skipped to the end, do NOT go to this location. It's the worst "food" you'll eat in your life, but it did give me a story to tell. My family and I have gone to this location multiple times never had any issues until today when my mom took my daughters out to get some dinner and play on the playground. My mom says that one of the customer associates was constantly harassing them cleaning up anything and everything with Clorox and yelled at my kids for tapping on the light up table. Now from working in the fast food industry I know you try to clean up as you go but you don't do it while the customer is eating. I find that very rude and unprofessional. My mom felt very uncomfortable. I called the restaurant but of course no answer. I hope someone returned my call soon. read more

the temperature in the restaurant was hot. when I asked the employee about turning the A/C on he stated that the owners will not allow it. the service was slow as always. Workers completely ignore anyone inside the store and direct all their attention to the drive thru. 15 minutes to get one happy meal is ridiculous. Absolutely tired of this McDonald's. This fast food place is the perfect example of what happens when you raise the minimum wage based on whining, picketing and striking rather than merit. They are experts at the "deconstructed" burger. These highly payed, unskilled burger flippers throw all the ingredients in the wrapper or box and expect their customers to put the sandwich together. Every time I think maybe they've had a turnover in employees (maybe some went to jail or some got deported), I go through the drive-thru thinking their new staff might be trained like McDonald's employees used to be, years ago. They recently remodeled the inside and refaced the outside of this location, giving it a fresh look. I don't care for the burgers or fries so much, but the Egg McMuffin is pretty good. Lately they have picked up their game on their drive through so it's not as slow as it used to be. read more

Used to be good. Now I'm paying 6$ for a tiny burger they can't even get my extra onions on. What a joke.

Make the drive to go to a different location. Somehow, this location will ALWAYS mess up the orders even when rung up correctly, and the customer service is nonexistent. Went through today and ordered 1 large fry, the first window took payment and when we got to the second window, some older lady just handed us our bag, didn't say 2 words to us, didn't confirm our order or ask if we want sauce. We asked for 2 sauces and she didn't say anything and just walked away, came back with sauces in hand and showed it to another coworker and practically threw the sauces in our hands, rolled her eyes, walked away and yelled to her coworker "they always ask for sauce" in an upset tone. It baffles me that people work in customer service by CHOICE and complain or be rude when they have to do their job. read more

We had ordered on the app and when we got there the order moved to processed automatically. Someone tried to help with the app and had to get their manager, who told us to submit our order again, even though the first transaction had hit our account. She said the 2nd transaction would be removed. Well, both processed and the second one was higher than the order. McDonald's says the owner had been notified and we asked to escalate, same generic answer the owner has to run the credit. It's been 4 days and not a word. Will have to work with the bank to reverse the transaction. Do not trust the app, employees, manager or owner at this location. We had problems with the app and incorrect orders in the past at this location - this was the final straw. read more

This is a McDonalds, so eating here isn't going to be a glorious culinary experience that redefines your life. It is however, in my experience, as good, or better, than what you expect from McDonalds. Service is always good, my order is always correct, and every time I have ordered here, the fries were hot. I placed my order and after I placed my order I said "excuse me" four times and the gal finally answered me, but with a snarky response and said she will have my total at the window. I advise her I wanted to add to my order but to never mind. I got to the window and she tried to play "all sweet" and NO apology. She was an older lady who had a "style" of her own. I love going here in the morning especially because of the amazing service and attitude that the lady with the awesome hats gives in the drive through, She makes my morning that much better so please don't let her go. But in the evening you may need a different order taker on drive through or maybe give them some customer service training because it's the opposite experience with them. read more
