Some things not right here. We ordered nuggets and didn't get sauce. They told my daughter it costs 17 cents. Huh? I asked and they gave it to me but it was weird. They gave us the wrong size pop. No napkins or drink refills in the lobby. Every table in the lobby was dirty. Maybe about average for McDonald's nowadays but not the standard they had in the 1980's or 1990's. I ordered two hamburgers tonight for my daughter. Two hamburgers only ketchup, only mustard. The receipt stated that exactly. My daughter and I than drove home when she opened the wrapper she found no mustard, no ketchup, only pickles and onions on both. We drove back to McDonalds to complain when we received the new order I told the manager to let whoever made the order that I had more invested in gas to return the hamburgers and get the corrected order than I paid for the hamburgers. As MexDonald's has supplanted a wide ranging age of Mexicans, in place of American youths as were previously hired at these places, it's hard pressed to find a counter person that actually speaks english. (I'm guessing the Mexicans work for nearly free, compared with American youths.) As a result of this dynamic shift in employment, comes also a dramatic reduction in food prep quality. (if you ask for no onions, you may for example, get "extra" cheese instead. Other than the occasional issue, this location always has orders ready immediately with NO waiting by the time you get to the 2nd drive-thru window.
