Seriously disappointed, I usually order on the app for ease of use, but they always, 5 out of 5 times, didnt add the bacon to the sub even though it was paid for. Today I went in and ordered, paid the extra $2.50, and received one piece of bacon. My daughter ordered a sandwhich, no customization, but was given just lettuce and meat, no mayo or tomato. A frustrating experience today. I ordered 2 sandwiches, one as an 'unwich' which means no bun (I can't have gluten)- the gal taking my order made was not welcoming or friendly, she made no eye contact, she repeatedly turned and talked to other staff WHILE I WAS ORDERING, scolding one for not wearing a hat. I kept pausing while ordering because I did not feel she was listening to me. It took 13 minutes for me to get 2 sandwiches- ok, I'm patient because of COVID shortages etc but I was there at 11:15 am, well before the lunch rush. Of course my order was terribly wrong, not to mention my sandwich was on a thick bun- which I told her I could not have, there was mustard on the other sandwich which I specifically told her NOT to put on that sandwich. Worst Jimmy Johns experience EVERI ordered 15 sandwiches 4 hours before they needed delivered. Called 10 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered, they said it was on route, called back to make sure they knew where, when they said your order is almost done. Hadn't left the store!!! We were getting on a bus to catch a flight and they were 30 minutes late. Management gave no apology only excuses. Seriously??? I ordered it 4 HOURS AGO!!! Oh... and we didn't get 3 of the sandwiches!!! Update!! Never received a call back from Jimmy Johns feedback line... which states it will within 24 hours (and is supposed to be from Franchise owner) they sent me a $10 gift card in the mail... that didn't even cover the missing sandwiches!! read more

My buddies and I took a road trip down to F-Town Brewing in Faribault and I hadn't eaten breakfast. I was getting super hungry after a couple of beers on a beautiful day, so I ordered my buddy a sub and I got the Turkey Tom. After about ten minutes, in came the Jimmy John's driver with two really good sammy's. It was $16 after tip, not bad for two hunger quenching subs delivered to you. She was super nice and the Tom has just the right amount of mayo, turkey and shredded lettuce. Really good bread, crusty yet doughy. I don't think they have ever disappointed. read more

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW!!!!!!! I worked at this Jimmy johns for a bit. This place is absolutely disgusting. Seriously. Open your drink next time and look inside it, there are little chunks of mold in the ice chips, because they never clean their ice machine or pop machines. There's mold around all of their sinks. They don't even clean their dishes, just spray them with some water. They pretty much stopped sweeping & mopping the store. And cleaning the tops of the tables. And cleaning the bathrooms. If you stop in to eat, just look at the floors and feel the top of your table. It's f**king gross. The tomato's come in right off the truck moldy. The lettuce comes in brown and squishy. And the owner makes everybody use it, to save himself money. They have lists of stuff they are supposed to clean everyday, and everybody just puts their initials down on it, and does not actually clean anything. Nobody even washes their hands!!Everybody uses the same pair of gloves for every single thing they do (touch the computers, answer the phones, and then touch the sandwiches!) There are people that have worked there for 4+ years that still do not know the menu, and continue to make the sandwiches the wrong way. The owner knows all of this, and does not care as long as he continues making his money. Also, if you have a gluten allergy, they are supposed to change out their gloves and utensils, and put fresh papers down on the line before making your unwich. They don't do any of that, so seriously, if you have a gluten allergy, STAY AWAY. Or if you want food that has been made in a clean environment, STAY AWAYYYY. If this place had a health inspector visit, it would be shut down in a millisecond. I quit because I kept telling the owner how no one would do their job and clean the store, and he did literally nothing about it. Just went on another vacation. I recommend going to the Jimmy Johns's in Owatonna, it has a different owner, and he's dope. read more

Have had great, fast sandwiches at the store and delivered. Staff is always friendly and makes good suggestions and you can buy the older breads for only 50 cents that still tastes fresh! Obviously the 4 star rating is against chains and not fine food dining experiences. read more

I called to let them know I was going to come in 5 mins before they closed for the night. They were more than happy to get us in and out. We were coming back from a hockey tournament and the boys were starving. Way better than any other fast food. The 2 guys working there went above and beyond for us. Sandwiches were fantastic! We ordered mini Jimmys for my grandmother's birthday party. I goofed up and ordered the food for the wrong day/time. The delivery driver went out and couldn't find us at the park because it was the day before! The poor manager called me to ask where we were, and I asked if he could save them for tomorrow. He responded that the sandwiches wouldn't be good the next day, and they would remake them and deliver when I wanted them to. The party was a hit and everyone said the sandwiches were delicious. 10/10 recommend. Thank you! read more

Slowest Jimmy John's delivery I've ever experienced. It took over an hour to get here and when they arrived they forgot one of the sandwiches. They did go back and get it, but that took another 30 minutes. Quality tasting food, but poor quality service. read more

Jimmy johns in general is better than subway in my opinion. I always get sick from subway. The bread at jimmy johns always taste amazing! I love being able to customize my sub on their app and in person. However the last sub i ordered they messed up a little but it's not enough to deter me. The actual place is usually pretty clean. Staff is always friendly. Delivery is not freaky fast sadly. We recently moved within the same town and they will not deliver to our house! But they will deliver to the street right before ours. We aren't in the country so you would think they would be able to. Oh well. Overall 3 stars read more

This was the first time I had a bad experience with a Jimmy Johns and I will not be going back to this location. There was a big sign that you could pick toppings. No, you can't. I got stale bread (NO excuse for that) and tomatoes on my sandwich that tasted old to the point of rotting. It was a very small portion of meat and lettuce. Just a really bad sandwich. read more

This is the worst possible Jimmy Johns I have ever been to. I have had two encounters in 1 week, where I had sandwiches delivered. The first time I went outside to discover that my sandwich was given to someone else, and when I asked why she said it was bc she was in a 'rush'. I was extremely mad, but I ordered a new one at 9:40 p.m. When they said it could be delivered by 10:30, the time alarms are set at my school. It was not delivered by then, and I never ate that night. The next encounter is now. I have been waiting for 1 hour for 2 sandwiches, and hey have yet to come. I will never order from this restaurant again. I would rather go outside at 9:30 when I order ate eat the fireflies so I can actually get my food. read more

Ordered delivery an hour and a half before I quit waiting and cancelled my order. Terrible service, did not apologize and rude facility.

It took about 10 minutes for me to get my belt Sud and the three tomatoes on it were tiny, so I brought it bake and asked if I could get more but the guy took the tomatoes and threw them bake with the others and put three slightly bigger tomatoes on it. The cashier was very rude also. read more

How should I start this? All I can say is that I have never given a Yelp review in my life, but this specific establishment gave me reason to do so. And not in a good way. I decided to visit on account of the fact that I had no choice, but was forced to eat here by one of my cross country coaches that will not be named. When I walked in, we were told that a soccer team had just visited, and that we were going to have to wait about ten minutes for them to do "something". Unfortunately, by the end of the entire process 58 minutes (yes I timed it) passed between the moment I walked in the door and the moment I got my food. For a place that calls themselves "freaky fast" this experience was just plain freaky, especially considering that most Jimmy Johns are much better than this. It should not take 58 minutes- despite being warned that it would only take ten- to make sandwiches for 20 people. Once the sandwiches arrived a century later, they were your classic Jimmy John's sandwiches- nothing special, but nothing to complain about (although they did have fun plopping mayo on my sandwich). Unfortunately, this was not a great compromise for the hour long wait that put my eta at home back from midnight to 1am. Needless to say, the Jimmy John's establishment in Fairbault, Minnesota is not a great place to go if you are in a hurry, or even have a schedule for that matter. Jimmy John's is by far the fastest drive thru in Faribault. I ordered my custom sub (#16 with cheese and spicy peppers), chips, and cookie, paid, and received my food in less than 2 minutes. The food is always fresh and delicious. And the staff is always very friendly. read more
