This is one of the worst McDonalds I've ever experienced. The employees are at best apathetic and at worst rude. When you get your order, you better check it out. It might be your order, it might be someone else's. It might be what you ordered, or they might have decided to mix it up a bit. It's a fun game of "What am I gunna get?" No matter what you get, it'll be pathetic. Order a Big Mac? Expect the bun to be on one side of the container, the meat will be in your fry box. The fries? Maybe there's salt, maybe there's not. Depends on how long they've been sitting in at the fry station. 10 seconds? Piping hot but zero salt. 10 hours? Cold, soggy, and so much salt that it absorbs all the water in your body. But, you wont get the 10-second fries very often because they like to take their sweet time getting you your order. I waited 10 minutes for a McMuffin just today. There's not a single item on the McMenu that takes 10 minutes to make. This location is trash. Frankly, all McDonalds are trash anymore, but this one goes above and beyond to be the absolutely laziest, unappealing location I've been to in memorable history. So, well done, gang. You win the gold medal in sucking in an industry that is replete with suck. read more

Wish I had not stopped here. No customers inside and no one going through the drive thru (now I know why). Employees just standing around chatting, no one wanting to serve me. Eventually someone served me. Got the Sausage with Egg breakfast meal with a black coffee. Breakfast sandwich was burnt (see photo), how do you do that in McDonalds !! Coffee was luke warm and had a floral smell to it. Tasted like it had been in the pot for 3 days. In fact it didn't even taste like McDonald's coffee, it was rank. It was 11:40 when we pulled up, we didn't think anything of it as they close at 12. This location at 3pm during the weekdays can't handle the after school business, and that's not even the high school kids, they're nowhere to be found and ebide tly for good reason. Did a dinner order for the family so we could eat on the go as we had someplace to be and I thought, I'll order thru the kiosk, it will be so stress free! The machine didn't print my receipt and they had to find my order number, but that's. It the trouble. There was a big miscommunication between the employees as one of them started to fill my order as an Uber Eats and the mgr told her it was not, she had to tell her several times, well this employee kept her back to us, didn't update us on whoes next, and moved very slow, so slow, the customers who had been waiting for their online orders started cussing and finally demanded they cancel her order, they said they'd be following up with Uber Corporate about this restaurant. Apparently, they said this happens all the time at this location. We've been in the area for over a year and the quality has gone downhill steadily. The other customers were grumbling and said they don't even go to this one usually and regretted giving it another try. We came to this location for ice cream and they said the machine was broken (maybe they should just turn the machine on then) And then another time, my husband ordered 4 drinks to go, and they told him there was a wait, he needed to pull into the parking space for food pick up. This place never fails to surprise me, it's almost impressive how bad it is. With that being said, I got pretty hungry and decided to drop by and only ordered two Big Macs, no drinks, no fries, just Big Macs. This McDonalds has the worst service I have experienced in my entire life. I pulled up with two cars in front of me in the drive thru and ordered some nuggets and they asked me to pull into a spot to wait. I figured this meant my food would be fresh, but it was cold and hard and had clearly been sitting out for a very long time after me waiting on my car for 15 minutes. They forgot my sauce so I had to go in and ask for it and when I walked in they were blasting music dancing and cutting up in the back. I stood at the counter trying to get their attention for about 5 minutes and when they finally listened to me a girl walked up and said "what do you want?" with an attitude. I said "sweet chili sauce" and she said "I mean what is the name of your sauce?" with a huge attitude. Apparently the name of the sauce is Mcdonald's sauce. I had to give this place one star to write this review. This has to be the worst McDonald's in the area. They are always out of something. I went there on June 10, 2022 and ordered a ten piece nuggets with fries. They gave me the nuggets and told me to pull into lane 3 and they will bring the fries out. I decided to go in the store after 20 minutes. Also I seen the person that told me to pull into the lane come outside and got in her car and left. They also stay open 24 hours on the weekend but don't go there because their system will be down, they don't accept debit cards, and whatever excuse they can think of. Though the staff is generally friendly, I have serious concerns about the cleanliness of this location. These pictures of the customer beverage/condiment area were taken over a two week period. General cleaning of the customer area here has obviously been neglected, which causes great concern for how the line and back of house are maintained. Sad to see since this location is in a rather affluent neighborhood, has been recently remodeled, and there are usually at least 10-15 employees meandering about at any given time. This location is trash the other night i walked in to get some food and all the employees running the register were in the dining room on there phones. As i wait for someone to take my order i hear all of them arguing about who has to take my order i then turn around and they are all on there phones after several minutes of them bickering someone finally takes my order and can't tell me one thing about any of the food they serve. So lets start of with this is a Mcdonalds. You know the food they serve, no surprises here. Overall I would rate it an above average location for the change due to multiple reasons. The first of these reasons is cleanliness, both the interior and exterior of the store are generally kept cleaner then the other local franchises. I can't stand going to an establishment that does not appear clean or sanitary The second would be the food generally seems warm, and fresh... for Mcdonalds quality of course. I have realistic expectations and don't expect my burger to be as juicy as one I just paid twice the price for at Five guys. Thirdly the food comes out in a timely fashion, I am rarely "waiting" in line for extended periods of time like the Mcdonalds just south of the intersection of Bel Air and I-20. The one downside I would say is the staff can be argumentative so could use better training on customer service. I always always always order a Large drink with Lite ice. About fifty percent of the time I either get a medium drink or don't get the lite ice. When i inform the server that I didn't actually order a large I didn't ask for lite ice. This common occurrence is slightly frustrating but overall it is probably still the best Mcdonalds I have visited in the are. read more

Ordered 3 things through the app. Only got one of my items brought out to me. When I mentioned it in the drive through I had to come all the way inside and tell them what I had. Walked inside one employee was dancing near checkout the other 10 or so employees walking around.
