Only reason for 5 stars is because of josh, the guy is super nice and brings life to fast food ordering. It's better than the average "go ahead" and rudeness when you pull up. Dude always has a smile at 12am and deserves the highest of raises. The people who are leaving a review just to be negative to this person probably hate life and are afraid to look uncool. I love this mcdonalds before I go to class!!! I usually go in the morning so theyre prepared to have a lot of customers and I swear I got my Egg mcmuffin and small coffee in under 1 minute. I was so happy about the speed!!! Also delicious hot food and coffee, seemed totally fresh. The people who work there are usually very personable and cool too. read more

How hard is it to pull off a chicken Caesar salad? Too difficult for this place, apparently. The "roast" chicken tasted like a sponge that had been left in a brine solution for a couple days then warmed up. Weird texture and tasted of nothing but salt. I threw the chicken away. On the plus side, they didn't screw up the greens, cheese and Newman's Own dressing. read more

Paid for my food and waited at the window for 20 minutes. I saw people cleaning up and i knocked on the window out of frustration and they ignored me and went to the back. I drove away without my food. They need better management or shouldn't be open 24 hours if your service is gonna be like that. Their street McDonald's light also wasn't turned on. :/ read more

The only reason McDonald's is gettin 5 stars is because of the drive thru guy named Josh! He had to be the best most excited drive they worker ever! He deserves a raise and a promotion! I walked in and was excited to get some ice cream. The employee moping the floor dropped his mop as if we were interrupting him. he proceeded to ask me my order very rudely and was rude to me. i said i wanted a mcflurry and he rudely states "WE HAVE NO ICE CREAM" not the first time that I have come to Mcdonald's with the hope if getting ice cream but receiving none. Food is okay, but in all honesty I can taste the grease in the food. It's where tubs of lard go to eat, it's gross. The staff was exceptionally nice, a young worker named Brian had very good service and very helpful so Brian if you see this Thank you and you deserve a raise! Ha! Went here and the staff has all the lights off outside trying to act like they're closed when everyone knows McDonald's is 24 hours. The woman working the drive through lied to me and said they were only serving breakfast at 2 am. Some people have weird work hours and rely on McDonalds for dinner. Ice cold burgers, and scrap hard fries, problem is employees go there for a pay check, not to work, I believe they serve cold food so people don't return, and makes there job easier, less people to serve, well they did it, I would never go back to that McDonald's, or any other McDonald's. I have gone here a few times and I've never had any problems. The food was served reasonably quick and it tasted like a standard McDonald's meal. The store is also conveniently located right by Corkscrew Rd. and the Miromar Outlets. My only problem is that the chain should emphasize food quality a bit more. I'd recommend this place to those in and around Estero. read more

Short n sweet.... First off the first window guy taking my order kept not responding to me I had to keep repeating "hello"? Then when I get to the window he doesn't say a single word to me. Just takes my money and hands me my receipt. Literally that's it! Then they gave me an unsweetened iced tea. Even the receipt said sweet on it... I have to turn around and go back through. When they give me a new tea they won't take back the old tea to throw away for me.... They made me drive up to the trash can and get out of my car to throw it away..... well Saturday October 27th about 10 30 am i visited this establishment for some lunch... ordered 2 MC chickens a large sweet tea and a small fries. i got my food took one bite of my sandwich and as i proceeded to get some fries i saw there was a big blonde hair stuck to my fries. i immediately pick up my tray and walk up to see the manager as i requested him to look closely at the fries he replied to me does it look like i have blonde hair on my head.....i was upset and at this point disgusted by the food, i gave him the tray with everything and he didn't even offer a refund.....needless to say i experienced poor customer service,, horrible food and didn't even get my money back....
