This place is what they call a "fast-food' restaurant, which I'm guessing implies that the service is quick, the food is cooked quickly, and you leave quickly (unless you eat in).
For some strange reason there appeared to be three separate lines at the counter and only one cashier. Nevertheless I journeyed forward and waited in line. And waited. And waited...
Eventually I ordered my food, took my receipt and moved to the pickup area. In less then two minutes a tray of food was in my hands. I took a seat and contemplated my mortal life.
One cheese burger value meal, medium in size, and a quarter pounder by itself. The chips were salty and chip like, a thumbs up there. The cola had more ice in it than liquid. The cheese burger was a decent starter, the sweetness of the tomato sauce and bun coupled with the sharpness of the pickle and cheese was complementing the beef.
The quarter pounder is a burger which may intimidate the weak hearted. This is like the grown up brother of the cheese burger. The acidic onion and extra slice of cheese turns this into a grownups burger.
This place appears relatively clean, and also had play equipment for young children to enjoy the outside air. Not bad, with a bit of effort McDonald's restaurants might start opening all over the place. read more
