It was 4:30am and I arrived at this McDonald's. I checked google maps and this is a 24hrs McDonald's everyday. I ordered on the app and it said they are open. Pulled up to the speaker and no one answers then I pull to the first and second window and can't see anyone. I call the restaurant and they said they don't open till 5am. This place. I mean I know it's McDonald's but seriously. My man has a severe reading disability and instead of helping him they told him he would have to order at the kiosk. He came out so I could go in and order. I asked them why someone couldn't take his order and was told there was no one available to do the register. I did the kiosk. They forgot my drinks, my sauce for the chicken nuggets, a sandwich and the kid's water bottle. I give stars where deserved and this place was gross. She made a lot of small talk. Our food was prepared in decent timing. It was super tasty and worth it. This is THE WORST MCDONALDS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! As everyone else is saying, it is defiantly being ran by a a bunch teenagers with ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and ZERO MANNERS! I have walked into McDonald's and the first table had nothing but trash scatted all on top! Like as if someone ate there and didn't throw none of their trash away. I waited to see how long it took for someone to clean it and no one ever came. Then in the same visit I had my kids with me and took them to the play place area after we made our order. It was even more disgusting and none of the table were wiped off and there was food all on the floor! I had to then asked someone to wipe off the table and they couldn't even do that right! The girl just got a wet rag and pushed all the food onto the floor next to our table...she also left one of those numbering signs on the table to from previous customers and didn't bother to even take it back with her! Also another employee came up to me while I was eating and asked me "can I ask you some questions?" And proceeded to tell me about her and her boyfriend's problems...definitely something I don't want to hear and from someone I don't know....Also of course like everyone else...they can never get a order right! And when I ask them to repeat it at the window, the little snotty brat teens give attitude while reading it back...most of the time WRONG and I act shitty back when I correct them....save your money...take the extra 15 minutes and go to Yukon or OKC if you want McDonald's! read more

I went to this McDonald's this evening, I first set in line for about 15 minutes waiting to order, get to the window and the pink opened the window the smell of pot came rolling out. Paid and moved up to the second world down and the kid that was there was so stoned he gave me two meals. My wife brought me home a bacon smokehouse burger and a McFlurry. The burger had NO sauce and McFlurry was only 2/3 full. I spoke to the manager and this is what he told me. They are out of sauce but are forced by their boss(s) to sell the burger anyway. And the reason the McFlurry was short was because the ice cream machine is slow and it takes to long to fill it up all the way. While in the drive thru they helped 4 other people in the other line before they got to me. Told me to hold on. Just to tell me half my order wasnt available. This is nothing new. If there is adults there they dont act like it. I live here in El Reno. And the last few years this place is gone down hill. If go through the drive thru and ask for ice cream they tell you the machine is broke. But you can come in and it works. That is just laziness. When you order is wrong or you dont get it. And you have to wait like 30 minutes for the rest of your food, if the even put it on the order. And I dont think the owners even care one bit.
