I recommend cleaning the bathrooms more, when I first walked in, all I saw were fake eyelashes, clothes on the sink, and fake nails everywhere there was a whole bunch of hair strands in the sink and on the floor, even coffee spills on the floor, so Please clean the bathrooms more often read more

This is the blue ribbon loser for any McDonald's I've ever been too. No sense in ranting, I'm too stoned for that. Lets go with point form instead: - Chronic understaffing, as if anyone would want to work there - Long wait times even when not busy - Quality of food is poor even for fast food - Don't use the bathroom there unless you need a place to shoot heroin - Overall cleanliness varies, but is usually mediocre - I have observed numerous employees not following proper handwashing as mandated by law. - Believe it or not, the homeless addicts that frequent this location are some of the better behaved customers Do yourself a favour and just go somewhere else if you have the munchies. If you absolutely have to have MacDonald's, roll an extra joint and smoke it on the way to the one over by United Cycle. read more

This used to be a good location but it has gone horribly down hill. Firstly the washroom is beyond disgusting. I've been to cleaner campground outhouses. Second they got my order wrong and overcharged me twice. Third the napkin dispensers were both completely empty. Third the fries were way too salty. I should qualify this review by saying it was completely empty when I came and a bunch of employees just standing around. I mentioned the washroom and napkins twice but nothing was done during the 30 minutes I was there. read more

Went through the drive thru. Waited for 5 minutes for someone to actually acknowledge that I was even the window waiting. The guy at the window was nice, read my order back to me. Upon receiving my order they missed an item. Then proceeded to argue with me that it wasn't on the order. Then when the manager who was at the window looked at the receipt realized she was wrong. Needless to say, my experience here was not one of the better ones I have had. read more

These people deserve less then minimum wage. 1. Left me outside in the cold for 10 mins before opening the door in the morning, two employees saw me standing there 2. Coffee was stale, I was their first in store customer and they didn't even make a fresh pot 3. Eggs were runny on my McMuffin, got yolk all over my face 4. PHONE WAS RINGING THE ENTIRE TIME AND THEY IGNORED IT. It hit the point where I told them to just unplug it if they are not going to answer it, then they pick up and she goes "sorry I was in the washroom". No you were NOT you willfully ignored it for well over 10 mins 5. The back is an absolute mess, almost wanted to cancel my order when I saw how little they cared. 6. Manager came into the bathroom while I was taking a shit and literally peaked through the space in the door to make eye contact. Yo, if the door is locked, somebody is in it you dummy My bar is as low as possible for McDonald's, and somehow they lowered it even more. Just go hungry. read more

This is the only McDonald's that does not have regular side mustard but only spicy mustard. And the only McDonald's that charges for each mustard package. 0.50 cents to be exact. Other than that the service was good. read more

I got a McChicken meal with a breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was burnt, the McChicken was super sloppy and the smoothie tasted like plastic. I eat at McDonald's fairly frequently and it's never this bad. read more

Horrible service, long wait times, quality of food isn't good. Any other location of McDonald's would be better.

Didn't get one of the items that I ordered. The manager who took my order said she didn't ring it in despite repeating it back to me when I ordered it. I couldn't tell you if she did it or not as I didn't get a receipt. The burgers were fine, but a total sloppy mess. The chicken had obviously been sitting under a warmer for some time. I've been going to this McDonald's for years, for reasons I don't understand. Incompetence is the only consistency at this location. They fail in all areas. We're talking over cooked hashbrowns, burnt buns and English muffins, coffee that occasionally tastes like it was made with dishwater, and just plain forgetting they have a drive-thru. I advise you skip this one and I will try to as well (it's hard because it's such a convenient location for me). read more

I wish I could give this a 0 but sadly I can't. The bathrooms smelt and looked like something died. The coffee tasted burnt, they actually burnt the egg Mcmuffin, and the hash brown had black spots. Whatever you do please don't ever come here! read more

Food quality has become a problem again at this location. Lately, staff members there seem incapable of properly cooking the fries for which McDonald's is famous. They seem to be overcooking them to the point where they are unpleasant to eat. Not recommended until they fix this problem. read more

This is hands down the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I went at 3:30 in the god damn morning after a long week of studying and hard work in my strenuous profession in hopes to find a sense of belonging and comfort in something I once enjoyed and loved. Needless to say, I earned myself a McDouble. To begin, I waiting in line amongst absolutely no one for 56 minutes before I was even asked to order. Over this 56 minutes, I had plenty of time to absorb the utter filth around me. There's was garbage everywhere and drinks spilt all over the floor, counter, and front desk. It looked like they hadn't taken out the garbage in over a year. I could have taken a dump on the floor or front desk for that matter and no one but myself would have noticed. After I finally placed my order; I waited another 42 minutes for them to take a week-old burger out of a drawer and slap it in between two buns. At this point I am getting ready to just walk out and get back to my life. However, I decided to wait another five minutes in hopes that I'd finally get what I had desired. I receive my burger, without a bag, or packaging because the claimed they "ran out." After a total of 56 minutes of waiting to order and another 47 to get my food. Starving at this point, I eat the burger in the parking lot, and begin to walk home. Overall, my experience at this place was absolutely disgusting and disappointing for a young man who sought out a sense of belonging in something he once called home. I would never, in my deepest, darkest nightmares, ever wish upon ANYONE to go to this restaurant voluntarily. read more

This has got to be a contender for worst McDonald's in the city. I feel bad for the employees working here as most of them really do try hard, but this location is so understaffed. There are three registers at the front to take orders, but I have never seen more than one manned regardless of how long the line gets (it's also worth noting this location still does not have automated order kiosks, so your only option is a register). Even then that lone register is empty the majority of the time, as the one front counter employee is busy putting together the last order received. My last few wait times: 14min for a medium fries, 16min for McNuggets, 18min for a McDouble and small fries, 26min (!) for a sundae. Not good, especially as the number of people ahead of me ranged from 0-4 for these orders. The understaffed and rushed nature also leads to the people in the back making mistakes and the food not being right/good quite often. The drive-thru isn't much better as the order is typically slow to come out so they'll tell you to pull forward to wait, despite there not being an actual spot to do so. What results is trying to awkwardly position your vehicle so as not to block any people trying to exit behind you, while still trying to leave yourself a way to backup and leave should there still be a vehicle behind you at the window. Lastly, this location is a major hangout for street people and like it or not, that brings many issues. People aggressively panhandling in the store, obviously intoxicated people ranting at customers and sometimes threatening them, people dealing and/or doing drugs (avoid the bathrooms), etc. It gets especially bad late at night. Most 24hr locations close the inside part late at night and just run the drive-thru in order to avoid such issues, but this location has brilliantly decided to do the opposite and closes the drive-thru at night forcing you to run the gauntlet of sketchiness if you want anything. The staff completely ignore these people and any issues they might be causing, although I can't say I blame them given the circumstances. I worry about the safety of some of these kids working the front counter alone late at night. read more

Orders are slow. Could use more staff to accommodate patrons. Washrooms are locked between 11pm and 8am so you are unable to use the restroom to wash your hands or do any thing else. Asked for the key to use the washroom but was told they do not have the key on night shift. Really ?? I do like to wash my hands before eating since almost all food is touched with your hands - burgers, fries, etc., but am unable to do so. No, I will not go back to this place nor recommend it to anyone - simply because of the washroom factor - I do need to relieve myself everyone so often like everyone else. read more

there's a line in the counter and then the crew from the back help the crew in the counter to prepare the orders and put in the bag..she's hardworking, helpful,fast,and friendly..as far as i remembered her name is Susan...great job!!! read more
