If you get too small ice Waters they don't charge you but if you get a large ice water they charge you the price of a soda. Normally some places charge you a penny just add it to your meal and most places are free. Food was hot, french fries for wear hot. Service was friendly. Didn't go inside so didn't see the bathrooms or cleanliness. Four stars for service. read more

I wanted a late-night McDrive on my return drive from Stroudsburg to Dutchess County. It did the job, just not in the most professional way. The parking layout is not the most outstanding design (no photos). You'll see for yourself. Considering it was late at night, it's understandable that some or most of the food was not prepared. After ordering, I waited almost two minutes for the food, and, by surprise, she didn't tell me to park in the waiting area. Meanwhile, there were many cars behind me. When my order finally came, I thanked her and said no problem with an attitude. Hopefully, things will improve on my next visit, which will be in a year or more. read more

McDonald's - The only photo worthy sign I found assuming. You can't miss it. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania

Hello, Good afternoon. I'm writing to report a very rude and unprofessional experience I had with one of your McDonald's locations regarding a mobile order. I placed a mobile order and later realized that a slushy I intended to get for my younger sister was missing. I called the restaurant to ask if a refund or solution was possible. During the call, the employee hung up on me. I called back twice, and both times I was told "I can't hear you" before the call was disconnected again. This behavior felt dismissive and disrespectful. I understand mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional. I was simply looking for assistance with a missing item from my order and did not expect to be treated this way. I would appreciate this issue being reviewed and a resolution provided regarding the missing item. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. read more

McDonald's - Coffee & Tea Near Me - East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania

Wow! This was the absolute worst McDonalds I've ever been to and that's saying something. We were told that we had to order from the machine and that no one was able to take our order at the counter. Then we were told that we couldn't get a receipt because we ordered from the machine. The buns were stale and the burger was undercooked. My daughter ordered chicken nuggets and was given chicken strips cut up and over cooked. We ordered and paid for 6 nuggets and were only given 4 pieces of cut up strips. The staff were rude and lazy. Stay far away. read more

best mcdonald's i have visited by far. the employees are so helpful & don't mind our complicated orders, bathrooms are so clean as well as the store itself. nicest and most welcoming employees read more

There was hair in my food and then when I went to call them no one answered the phone and the put the phone on voicemail only, after giving someone food with light brown hair in it when my hair is black. read more

best McDonalds experience I've ever had. 10/10 customer service. super nice staff. would recommend

Food was amazing the wait time was long but it was worth it and it was a little bit dirty

Three of the three hand sanitizers were completely empty. Upon entering and the duration of my stay, the team leader was literally screaming at the team members in a team meeting. After paying almost $15 for a double quarter pounder meal, my fries were half empty upon receipt. Would not recommend. read more

Service was quick, and the nuggets were hot. The size of a large tea, though, dropped... is this the work of corporate? That not being the reason for two stars - I ordered an Oreo McFlurry, and the Oreo crumbs - plenty. The ice cream, though, only filled up to 75% of the cup. Very strange- normally other shops top up. While the machine was at least working (unlike another I visited recently), I was disappointed. read more

The true definition of "incompetent workers". I placed a mobile order at 12:58pm and then took the 8 min drive to pick it up. They told me at the drive through that they did not have my order and to come inside. I get my 2yr and 4yr out of the car, go inside and stand at the counter for 8+min before anyone acknowledges our existence. "What are you waiting for?" is how we were greeted. I explained the situation, showed my emailed receipt from PayPal, and from McDonalds. Only to be told I didn't order correctly, "its the WIFI", they don't have my order, I had click that i was there, etc. basically every excuse. There was an order behind the counter that looked like ours, (2 lemonades, 1 happy meal, and a bag of fries) I asked them to check and they said it was not. I was instructed to order again. Frustrated with the incompetence and blame and left. Put my crying children back in the car and "put the order through again" at 1:19pm. I proceed to the drive through, give the code, get to the window and they hand me the BAG FROM THE COUNTER with the receipt that had my name on it and time stamped 1:02pm!!! Are they serious?!?! DO BETTER. read more

Why do people go here? Their nuggets came out hot, but the oil needs to be changed, so it tasted kinda gross. The fries are crispy, but not salted at all. The workers were just cordial enough, but not friendly. read more

gave me food poisoning and now i can't eat anything worst place in history even burger king is better

Went to this McDonalds around 11pm on Wednesday 10 May and they were closed even though the hours say to midnight

This place is for the birds, arrived at the drive thru at 920PM order my food and was told to drive up to the second window which the cashier told me it would be 28 dollars. i handed her a 100bill and she said we don't except big bills this was not a 2-dollar order. the price of Mc Donalds is crazy so i settled for WaWa. read more

Not only is their food never hot, but their fries are old and cold, the cheese is never melted on their burgers and their bagel sandwiches for breakfast are hard as a rock had to return it because I couldn't bite into it. very slow service. gave other customers their food that ordered after us and only gave us 1 ketchup packet for the entire meal.

bros always forget the sauce and then make u wait 10 mins JUST FOR SAUCE like just read the ticket

Absoloutly amazing service. We were going through the drive thru when my wife's water broke. Alexis leaped thru the drive thru window and delivered the baby while continuing to take our order! We was born healthy and was given a free McFlurry just because he was born. read more

I was in the mood for a milkshake and figured I'd give McDonald's a try. I was worried their machine would be broken but Alexis fixed the machine just for me! I waited there for her to fix it and she was able to. Excellent service. My milkshake was delicious. When I told her I was missing my home town. (I'm from Iowa, "the corn state") she serenaded me.. "it's corn. A big lump with knobs. It has the juice.. it has the juice." It really set the mood , great ambiance. I could not be happier and I really felt at home. Great employee at a great location. You won't be disappointed read more

The old ass lady is stingy as fuck with sauce that we paid extra for and everything else we asked for sweet tea and they gave us unsweetened. without bothering to say they were out then got mad with us when we complained. Not to mention I had to step over dirty tampons on the floor and jump over roaches fighting over a damn fry. It was really scary and I don't plan on ever coming back. read more

This is the worst McDonald's ever, they are slow as crap. It takes you forever to get your food and they always forget stuff. Not to mention the other night when we went to use a coupon the cashier mumbled under is breath "you've got to be kidding me" like really I'm sorry I was bothering you at your job. read more

They have amazing employees like Alexis who is the real mvp! . She has exceptional customer services skills. Someone give her a promotion!!!

My wife and I got engaged about a few months ago and have been having some trouble looking for a venue for our wedding. Luckily when we were going on a family vacation with most of our immediate family we stopped by this McDonald's and had a lovely conversation with the lady at the window, patty, about our situation. She informed us that she was an ordained minister and the managers were willing to hold the reception inside for us, free of charge. Anyone that stops by this location is lucky because everyone here is wonderful and very accommodating towards our needs. 10/10 recommend read more

we're really shaping up this place please come! we are really excited to get your orders out quicker and have fresher food I'm one of the managers there and we're really gonna try hard please please come by!!! read more

McDonald's - (in memory of brad my car) - Coffee & Tea Near Me - East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania

Drive thru is the worst! I won't revisit this place again. Not to mention that the staff is extremely unfriendly. I waited 30 minutes twice for two cheeseburgers. I would have left but my kids were looking forward to them. read more

Worst McDonald's I have been to: the service is super slow, fries were stale and the Big Mac seemed like it had been sitting for hours. This is not my first visit, it's always the same. read more

The Worst!!! I took a trip down to this McDonald's and ordered a sandwich, A "Big Mac" to be exact. Waiting in like for 10 minutes, not the worst but not great. I had to repeat my order 4 times to the woman taking the order, could be understandable. Once I received my order and attempted to enjoy my food my "Big Mac" turned into a Big Pile of bread, beef, and A LOT of Mac Sauce. I Am tired of spending my money on useless corporations who can not hire competent employees. McDonald's employees should worry about how their sandwiches are leaving the kitchen. Your simple paychecks reflect the work you provide, garbage. Have a Great Day. read more

Every single time I stop at this McDonald's they forget something. This time they forgot my entire #6 order... didnt realize until I got home & had to send my husband back out. My fault for not checking at their parking lot, I guess. I thought their staff would competent. Also my fault for assuming. Medium fries should also be considered a small, considering they only fill them 1/3 of the way. -an angry, hungry, & pregnant lady. read more

I waited at order window for 5 minutes with someone in front of me. No one was ever getting on speaker to take their order, let alone my order. I decided I'll go inside instead, as I did a few months ago, but today the doors were locked? I got back in my car to go to ordering window when a bunch of people got on the line in front of me so I drove straight to pick up window to make my order. I ordered face to face with the manager, only 3 items, and when I got home my sandwich was completely wrong! This was very disappointing bc I don't often spend money on take out and this was supposed to be a Friday morning treat. I was upset but willing to look past it, as I at least had my hash brown!! (So I thought), after about 3 bites the hash brown comes flying out of the paper and all over my lap bc the paper was not sealed on either end!!!! Since the first 3 bites were oily and mushy I didn't bother to try to salvage what was left and wound up just drinking my iced coffee for breakfast While times are tough there should be no room for giving people the wrong orders or a hash brown that will fall on the floor. While I acknowledge these were surely unintentional mistakes, it's not right for any customer to pay for something that they don't correctly receive. read more

McDonald's - Both sides of the paper were opened so it fell right through all over my lap - Coffee & Tea Near Me - East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania

Frappacino is decent. The coffee gives me a massive headache. Sweet tea is okay, but unsweetened causes headaches. I do not remember the Big Mac tasting like that in the 70's. Maybe I raised the bar on my taste. You van ring the oil out of the Filet'O Fish. I will stick with the occasional Egg McMuffin. read more

Im ngl, at this point ya sucking McDonald's piece , there nuggets be bussin and fries be bussin so buff a polla .

I don't like to write bad reviews but I guess I have to now. This place gave a me a diet coke instead of a regular coke and then gave me a diet coke again. My milkshake was barely filled up at all. Overall this place should do way better at taking orders. read more

Let me start off by saying I've been to this McDonald's plenty of times last time I went there I got a fish sandwich there was barely any tartar sauce on it so this time I get the same thing I asked for a little extra tartar sauce because I know they're going to be cheap on it and they charged me $0.30 for the extra tartar sauce and on top of it all I waited online for like 10-15 minutes for my food and to order I'll tell you one thing this place isn't a fast food restaurant more like slow food restaurant if you're in a hurry don't go to this McDonald's read more

I've been going to this location for about nine years you have to really realize the food is garbage it's complicated to explain but you have to know that I don't want to go into details you need some kind of vegetables real vegetables beef and bread alone you not the real that just but that's not the main issue the food is garbage it's mostly at the same stuff at all the places all the fast food stuff is pretty bad the sodas make you sick to you stomach pains the service is pretty bad and that's about the true stories dangerous oh yeah this is none of them explains it's a dangerous location going around telling inside and outside the later the worst they times bed to do some pretty bad act is floating around this staff will do nothing to protect you help to make a joke out of you they feed you to them if they could so it's a bad atmosphere Colbert screwed things up even more whoever is working there is below the bottom of and as I said the food garbage the service bad it's a mess the place is a mess just waiting for somebody to come up with a better idea. This staff is pretty bad read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. The service at this location is the slowest! If you are looking for fast food, look elsewhere. They like to have attitudes and take their time with your order, mostly because there be only 1 or 2 people actually working and the rest on shift just shooting the breeze. Don't waste your time, there is plenty of other choices in the area. read more

The quality of the staff and food has gone WAY downhill at this McDonalds. Their artisan "chicken" sandwiches are gross and I'm not sure what they're even using for chicken; it's very rubbery and chewy. We usually go there at night and the staff is very lackadaisical, slow, horrible customer service, hang out the drive thru window talking to each other about wanting to get out of there, what they're going to do later, just very blasay. They barely, if at all listen to you when you order because they have gotten my order wrong the last 4 times I have gone there. They need real supervision at this place, it's not the block or a hang out, it's a professional establishment-not the hood. read more
