I came here, the service was quick, the food was hot. My biggest issue is that the customer service is never that good. I'm not exaggerating when I say half the time that I come to the drive-through window, the person doesn't say hello to me, they don't say thank you, sometimes not even one word. It's crazy. I don't have any issues here when I stop in for lunch sometimes near my office. Today the staff was out cleaning all the tables, friendly, quick and most importantly ACCURATE with orders. It's McDonald's, I don't expect much but they are usually good when I stop in. read more

Today I pull up to window and wanted a Mcrib and I always must have extra pickles onions and sauce and when I saw my bill they charge me an extra $.70 and I was like you Gotta be kidding me because I ordered extras at other McDonald's before and have never been up-charged. The manger said it's at each franchises discretion and their policy is to charge for extras. I told him that it is at my discretion never to come here again. As other reviewers have noted, this small McDonald's on Rt. 18 means that it gets more drive-thru traffic than foot traffic. Since I don't like wasting fuel idling outdoors while breathing in exhaust fumes of the car in front of me, I order inside and I've yet to be disappointed with the service. The only times my orders were ever held up were when I ordered breakfast sandwiches at lunchtime and there were no more pre-made fried eggs so the kitchen had to make them fresh. The staff seem friendly and patient, especially to the older customers who often take a long time to order. If you're coming from Tices Lane and don't want to deal with Rt. 18, you can park in the Lowe's parking lot by the LA Fitness and walk over instead. read more

Nice place to eat in, clean and spacious. The food is usually fine. BUT, What is going on with your McCafe machine?? 90% of the time it's not working..seriously, not good!! One rating is generous. This place is horrible. I don't see how the district managers that oversee this franchise don't shut this place down. They never get an order right. Most of the workers there speak Spanish and their English isn't that good. The guy who takes orders on the drive thru speaks English but once the order is passed off to the crew, forget it. I was there today with my family. This particular attendant left the trays on the pickup counter without even calling our name or order number. When my son tried to get some salt and pepper from the attendant, he ignored him and kept working on some other orders while our food was getting cold, my son repeated "buddy why you ignoring me, he said, "Can you F---ing wait" when I intervened, he started throwing the "F" words on me. I ordered a quarter pounder thru the drivethru and I'm pretty sure they just gave me a regular burger instead. Complained online and no response over a week. Also there is a tree blocking drivers view when you leave. The tree should be moved before someone gets into an accident. read more

I paid by credit card and the short, plump Hispanic manager (wearing a black shirt) refused to give me a receipt. I advised her that I needed a receipt for my credit records and she refused. She was unapologetic, rude, and just walked away. God only knows what they are charging to my credit card. She was very shady. read more

Much better when compared to the other McDonalds south of this one (on 18 northbound side) This one almost always has gotten my order correct over the past 6 months. And I'm never asked to wait on the side for 20 minutes. The other location gets the order incorrect 40%-50% of the time or asks me to wait on the side. If either happens, I end up with cold fries and melted ice. read more

NVER GO HERE. Rude, offensive made a toddler upset and 15 minute wait for cold garbage food. I went through drive though slot two. They served three other cars before me in other slot. When I said hello two order take cares came on irritated and said kept saying what do you want in an really offensive tone with my child in the car was getting upset. I started to order and they kept interrupting me saying what do you want rudely so i couldn't even get my order out. So I went in to order. Cashier was mad at me for not using kiosk, because I had a special order (extra pickles) . No receipt so I had no order number. and made me wait 15 minutes for two hamburgers and nuggets. The service here is great. When you order inside the employees are friendly and quick. The problem is when you order through drive through I went there one evening and every time I wait about 10 Mins for my order. Sometimes there couple be one car in front of me and I still wait that long. A few times there were cars that ordered but after waiting what felt like forever they just drive off and at the window I'm explaining what's my order and telling them the car drove off. One Word Yelpers - coffee. Yes I try not to eat McDonalds too, now that I am so refined and classy. WORST SERVICE EVER! Constantly have to wait for drive thru order and told to pull up so they don't mess up their service scores. 9 out of 10 times get order wrong so have to go in anyway. When i go to McDonalds with my dad, we almost always prefer this location. It ain't for the food because that's pretty standard across the board. But I like this setup and location better than the other one in EB, and I feel service here (at least when you order inside as opposed to the drive-thru) is a lot quicker. Almost always, we rarely waited more than a few minutes for our order. Compared to the other McDonalds on Rt. 18, it feels quieter, and I swear, a lot more families come to this location as opposed to every walk of life that breezes on by. And I prefer it that way. Very calm and cozy. This also has less seats overall, but I have never had a problem getting a table, mainly because it's never jam packed. I also have never had to wait on a long line of customers here either. Maybe 1-2 people in front of me. Also had a large TV on the wall, so occasionally I could watch a show while munching. Parking is OK. I swear more people go in the drive-thru here, so there have always been spaces, but it's not a big lot by any means. read more

Love the Y-lane drive-thru. The other day I was getting home late, missed dinner, and wanted something quick. I WAITED FOR 26 MINUTES IN THE DRIVE THRU WITH FIVE PEOPLE IN FRONT OF ME. People actually got out of line and left. I didn't want to be a jerk, and I had the mentality of 'I've waited this long already, might as well stay here.' When I got to the window, the attendant never said, 'thank you for waiting' or 'sorry for the wait' or hey, here's a McFlurry on the house (that would have DEFINITELY been ideal for me). On top of that, my fries were cold, I had 9 chicken nuggets instead of 10 (wasn't going back to wait in that line just to wait for one more nugget) and my soda was 70% ice. First time at McDonald's in a REALLLLY long time, and they just blew it. NEXT TIME I'M GOING TO WENDY'S. read more

3/3 of my order was wrong. You wouldn't think that you would have to say PLAIN cheeseburger as well as saying ONLY CHEESE PLEASE. But I always do, and most bright McDonalds workers can't seem to understand.. Also, when my order was "corrected" after waiting a generous amount of time.. It was still incorrect. Drove off. Honestly the customer service at this McDonald's is absolutely terrible. We went through the drive thru and they misheard our order. Upon pulling away we noticed that they forget majority of order. This was very unfortunate because when we pulled to the side to go inside to fix the order, the doors were locked. It was 11:30pm and the inside dining was open until 12am. I even called because I couldn't understand why the doors were locked, the person on the phone even said they would be opened until 12am and then noticed us standing outside and quickly changed her answer because they were understaffed, understandable. However, she then proceeded to say we needed to go back through the long drive thru to get our messed up order corrected. It was a very frustrating experience. Would not recommend. read more
