Ok so like, I went to McDonald's and I wanted chicken nuggets. They gave me a slice of cheese.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I'm beyond frustrated, I have never made a review before cuz I'm very passive and I just let things go but I'm so tired of this McDonald's they always get my order wrong and today I was done. I am severely allergic to onions and always ask for them to be off well today a very lazy worker didn't pay attention to the order and put just onions on one of my burgers. They forgot all of my sauces and one of my fries. That was the last time I'll be going there. If -0 was an option that would be my go to. What part of extra does nobody in the business understand. When we ask for extra we expect extra not 2 less then the original. You suck at making sure food is good, sodas aren't flat, and there's actually napkins. Horrible costumer serve, and very very portly made food. I'd rather Taco Bell over this place. What a bad service. No one came to help us to the self service screens, we had to go to the register. The cashier was afraid of my mom, as I got closer to the register the girl panicked and left, the manager then came out and told me they don't speak Spanish, I told her that I speak English, I don't know why the cashier left in the first place because she heard me speaking English to my child. For those unaware this McDonalds is a modern, digital-service-focused location. To their credit, their service for online orders and drive thru is speedy as a result, and their small playscape seems to be a big draw for children (though I advise against walking in as I'll detail later). So, that's an easy "quick service" star to put on the review. Unfortunately, this is where the compliments end. My Crispy Chicken Sandwiches are always sweaty, and worse, they taste like the pickles I request in-application to be kept off the sandwiches. I believe they are leaving the pickles on when prepared, storing them under a heater, then later removing the pickles when I arrive. If I had an allergy and this is how they handled it, I'd be sick or worse! Most importantly and kept for last is the service- or should I say, the complete lack of it. I understand it's a digitally-focused location, but this makes the line of 5 people standing at the "service desk" who are ignored for 15 minutes especially unacceptable. When you're not constantly juggling customers by going digital, your priority transitions to helping the customers who are there in the lobby. I was visiting well after rush hour, with a slow drive thru, and just wanted a refill on my drink. The soda machine and condiments are kept in the back away from the customer, so this is the only way to refuel before I go. I stood there at the service desk, with 7 employees making eye contact with me and ignoring me (including a manager!) for at least 5 minutes. I don't mean they were busy and just couldn't reach me- I mean they were standing around, talking about jokes and memes as they occasionally fetched a large fry. A larger woman eventually *sat down at the service desk* with her back to me and two other customers behind m, and I was finally able to grab her attention and get my refill. Waving hands, calling out, the employees actively pretended I wasn't there. I guess their conversation was far more important than me and the 2 people behind me looking for help. The lobby, on that note, is not kept clean. The tables are likely dirty for hours with sauce and crumbs. This is especially noticed with the trash bins, which get so full that customers are forced to lay trash on top of or to the sides of the bins. Digitally-oriented is not an excuse to ignore the lobby and the customers within. If anything, it empowers the employees to have more time and ability to provide service! If they can afford to stand around and talk for 15 minutes, they can spend that time cleaning the store and helping customers waiting in the lobby. read more

This is probably one of the most unorganized places I've ever been to. The staff is completely clueless they are more concerned about sitting and talking to their coworkers than they are working. After sitting in the drive threw for 25 mins after they asked me to pull forward I had 4 staff member ask me what my order was and sat there for another 10 mins finally I went inside and ask some kid with a chain around his neck with an attitude when the food would be ready he said that he and the other staff members had checked 4 or 5 times to see if I was there and I they thought I had left. He then stated he would get the food right out. The order was a 10 piece, chicken nugget meal & 2 cheese burgers. He handed me a back with 2 cheese burgers in it. I look at him and said you're missing the fry's and the nuggets he said no they are in there I told him to lookin the bag him self which he just looked at me and rolls his eyes. I mean it is McDonald's so you can only expect so much but the unprofessionalism here is on a whole level. I ask him for a refund because I didn't have another 30 mins for them to sit and chat with their friends in the back. If it where me I'd fire the entire crew working tonight because they have absolutely no common sense or know what customer service. I find it funny two of the workers where standing in the pick up lanes talking to their friends in the car. There is absolutely no leadership or management at this location. Clearly their yelp reviews show it. If I where the owner I'd be reviewing any sort of pay they are paying their managers because clearly they are extremely over paid for doing a subpar job. read more

Have said three times "I will never go back to this McDonald's." Just wanted a burger, fry, and smoothie for myself and my husband. After being told to pull forward and waiting 10 minutes both burgers were cold (they almost got the cheese on one), the fries were cold and didn't get the smoothie. Watched the entire drive thru go through and 20 minutes later myself and another vehicle are still waiting for our order. And I only had 1 item! Do not go to this McDonald's. Trying to give their overall rating a boost with these five stars. This location is not as bad as others are making it sound. Seems like unrealistic expectations to me. I generally am generally very patient with fast food restaurants. I understand the current struggles. However, I placed an order on the app and waited in the curbside pickup spot for over 20 minutes after confirming my order and receiving the payment notification. Finally entered the restaurant and was told that the app was not sending orders to the restaurant. My order was then taken inside. I asked why no signs were posted or why no one was sent to notify me or the other 2 customers waiting. I was told that IT was notified, the young lady was talking to walked away. I told the other customers waiting that they needed to go inside to get their orders. I felt there was no regard for the customers. read more

I went here and populated a coupon on my phone with a code then the girl in the checkout line took to long to take the code from me and it timed out. She then proceeded to say she was sorry and it was her fault and I asked if there was any way she could still give me the discount and she said no, even with her admitting it was her fault. I also ordered a specialty coffee and after paying full price because she didn't take my coupon code in time I pulled to the second window and the coffee cup was 3/4 full. I am very unimpressed with the customer service and quality at this location. I understand it is new but they should still be at the very least giving you a full drink. read more

I wanna love it so bad!!! I'm personally not a huge fast food guy, but the convenience of having this right here is nice from time to time....... but bro!! What on gods green earth is taking so long, literally sat in the the drive thru for 1 full out before just leaving. So I decided to give them another chance about a week later (maybe they figured out some bugs). WOW! Not even close, literally the same exact thing!
