I've gone to this location many times and I would say it's pretty average for what you'd expect from a McDonalds. I've never had too much trouble with my food. The workers are typically friendly and move things along, but nothing extraordinary. The store is usually pretty clean and tidy. Honestly... the worst thing about this McDonald's is the location. Turning in and out off such a busy street makes almost every trip to this spot a bit of an annoyance! read more

Hello there. Just a quick few comments to say about this Boulevard/Dover Ohio location. Visited here today for lunch with my spouse (Charles). Lady taking our order, did a good job of doing so. Young woman (an Asian girl) not sure of her name, made sure to tell us which Diet Coke was which. Overall very nice dining experience (Drive thru) and would highly recommend this location to others. I've never had any problem with this McDonald's location until this morning. Part of my order contained two blueberry muffins. After I ordered and paid for my food, the guy at the pickup window informed me that the blueberry muffins were not thawed out yet and they were not supposed to be selling them. He did offer me something in excahnge, but that information should have been given while ordering. Not at the pick up window. My whole order was wrong. The smoothies were watered down and disgusting, ordered an ice vanilla latte, they gave me a hot one. Went back to see if they would fix it and they said they won't because we didn't call them. We didn't even get a receipt. And they were being disrespectful. read more

This mcdonalds used to be good, until they added the double drive-thru. Now it takes literally have an hour to get a sweet tea. As I type, I've been sitting in the drive-thru for 20 mins. Over the past few weeks I've been going inside to get the drink, but it still takes that long. This is not that busy of McDonald's so I don't understand it. And thank you to the three Cars in front of me that just left without their food, I actually got my food before an hour... too bad my son didn't have time to eat it before school. read more
